David (/ˈdeɪvɪd/; Hebrew: דָּוִד, Modern David, Tiberian Dāwîḏ;ISO 259-3 Dawid; Arabic: داوُد Dāwūd; Syriac: ܕܘܝܕ Dawid; Ancient Greek: Δαυίδ; Latin: Davidus, David; Strong's: Daveed) was, according to the Books of Samuel, the second king of the United Kingdom of Israel, and according to the New Testament, an ancestor of Jesus. His life is conventionally dated to c. 1040 – 970 BCE, his reign over Judah c. 1010–970 BCE.
The Books of Samuel, 1 Kings, and 1 Chronicles are the only Old Testament sources of information on David, although the Tel Dan Stele (dated c. 850–835 BCE) contains the phrase בית דוד (bytdwd), read as "House of David", which many scholars confirm to be a likely plausible match to the existence in the mid-9th century BCE of a Judean royal dynasty called the House of David.
Depicted as a valorous warrior of great renown, and a poet and musician credited for composing much of the psalms contained in the Book of Psalms, King David is widely viewed as a righteous and effective king in battle and civil justice. He is described as a man after God's own heart in 1 Samuel 13:14 and Acts 13:22.
Ian Snodin (born 15 August 1963 in Thrybergh, Rotherham, Yorkshire) is a retired footballer most notable for playing for Doncaster Rovers and Everton. He also played for Leeds United, Sunderland, Oldham Athletic and Scarborough.
Snodin started his career as a trainee at Doncaster Rovers along with his brother Glynn under manager Billy Bremner, playing in midfield for the club. In September 1982, he scored a hat-trick in a 7-5 victory over Reading at Belle Vue, claiming the match ball ahead of Kerry Dixon who had scored four for the visitors. It would prove to be the only hat-trick of Snodin's career. Even though Doncaster were in the third division at the time, Snodin earned several call-ups to both the England Under-21s and the under-23s due to being such a strong player at such a young age. He soon caught the interest of the Leeds United manager Eddie Gray and was transferred to the club in the summer of 1985 for £200,000. Bremner soon followed Snodin to Leeds and appointed him as captain, replacing Leeds' legend Peter Lorimer who had retired from the game. Snodin added class and bite to United's midfield and became the key player in the side.
Anthony "Tony" Bellew is an English professional boxer and actor. He is the current EBU and former WBO International Cruiserweight champion, as well as a former Commonwealth, British and WBC Silver Light heavyweight champion. He is also a two-time world title challenger. As an amateur, Bellew is a three-time former ABA heavyweight champion. Bellew made his acting debut by co-starring in the sports drama Creed, which was released in November 2015.
Fighting out of Liverpool's Rotunda ABC, Bellew claimed both the 2002 and 2003 novice ABA title's by knocking out every man he faced with the exception of Rob Hough who went the whole 3 rounds from Paramount ABC (Stockport) in the under 10 bouts championships. Then, when he was eligible for the Senior championships, he stepped up to the 91 kg heavyweight class and added even more titles to his collection. In 2006 he lost to Danny Price.
The three-time ABA heavyweight champion is hoping to emulate the feats of his home city's most famous fighter, John Conteh. Like Bellew, Conteh was an ABA champ, before winning British, Commonwealth, European and WBC titles at 175 pounds. And Conteh has even backed Bellew to match his achievements, revealing that he will be keeping a close eye on his career. "John is a big hero of mine, one of the best fighters to have come out of the UK, if not the best, and I'd love to go on and achieve what he did," said Bellew. "To be talked about in the same breath as him is pretty amazing. I've met him a few times and he's a great guy, although I'm not sure he knew who I was! Once I start winning titles, hopefully that will all change." Bellew, who fought out of the world famous Rotunda ABC as an amateur, did not start boxing until he was 17.

Looking out over the ocean
And I'm wondering why it is blue
And the only reason can be...
Cause I'm without you.
Standing alone on the shore
And I'm crying out for more
And the only reason can be...
Cause I'm without you
So stand in silence
Hold me tight
Stand in silence
Tonight
And now I have to know
Just before
I go-oh-oh...
Oh-oo-oo, baby...
And will you still think of me over the largest sea now I'm without you??
Crying out into the night
And I'm trying to put all the things right
And the only reason can be...
Cause I'm without you
So stand in silence
Hold me tight
Stand in silence
Tonight
And now I have to know
Just before
I go-oh-oh...
Oh-oo-oo, baby...
And will you still think of me over the largest sea now I'm without you - ooh - ooh
Oh...
I'm without you - ooh - ooh
So stand in silence
Hold me tight
Stand in silence
Tonight
And now I have to know
Just before
I go-oh-oh...
Oh-oo-oo, baby...
And will you still think of me over the largest sea now I'm without you - ooh - ooh
Oh Oh Ohhh...
