No bonus point for the Crusaders, but a clear and deserved victory. They sprung out to an early lead and kept NSW at arms length for the entire contest. They'll stay on top of a crowded NZ conference for now, but both the Highlanders or Chiefs could leapfrog them with a bonus point win when they clash tomorrow.. For New South Wales, they'll drop behind the Brumbies if they beat the Bulls. Thanks for following along, we'll see you next time!
Four minutes to go, the Crusaders have a scrum just inside the NSW half. They need one more try for a bonus point..
Andy Ellis is subbed off and gets a standing ovation in his 150th game for the club.
Lots of phases on attack there. But seems like Tahs cant quite get a good handle in the wet to move the ball around. #CRUvWAR

Ta'avao drops it a metre out! There goes any chance, however small, of a Waratahs comeback.
Back to topWaratahs go close again! Lucas makes a break before a penalty is given for offisde.
Still not used to @zacguildford11 in blue #CRUvWAR

Foley misses! That was an easy one, really. 29-10.
Guildford scores against his old side!
NSW restore a bit of respectability to the scoreline - it's a simple play from the base of the ruck, none of the defenders were expecting him to go himself and he shoots straight through, runs 25m and scores!
Tahs being stretched ALL over the place #CRUvWAR #SuperRugby

No mistake from Mo'unga and as it stands, the Crusaders have a bonus point. 29-5.
Taufua scores!
The pressure finally breaks the visitors - after a couple of minutes of pick and drives and hit ups, it's a simple crash ball to the flanker who slides in under the posts.
The Waratahs are all offside - the Crusaders aren't interested in a penalty goal though, and will go for a try here with another scrum.
The Waratahs drive back down the other end, and after a few phases at the line, Folau of all people drops it cold - and then the Crusaders go the length of the field! They pass it three times in their own in-goal before McNicholl finds some open space - he sprints 60m before passing to Dagg, who kicks ahead and eventually it's grounded in-goal by Robinson...so it's a scrum 5m out for the hosts!
NSW turn it over almost immediately! It's then booted clear by the Crusaders and that good field position is gone.
Back to topGood field position for the Waratahs here - a pass from the Crusaders went to ground and Polota-Nau dove on it before Foley and Horne combined down the left - it's eventually regained by the home side and kicked away, but only just outside their own 22.
Izzy is a fantastic 13 #CRUvWAR

The Crusaders nearly have another after Macilai-Tori makes a break, but his pass back on the inside is forward.
Back underway!
Dominant half from the home side - they got in front early and if not for a piece of individual brilliance from Israel Folau, they'd be shutting out the Waratahs right now. Huge reality check for NSW, can they battle back in the second half? Back in a minute.
