Married At First Sight favourite Zoe Hendrix is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first bub with her partner from the show Alex Garner.
The first time mum took to Instagram to post a picture of herself looking tense and wired up to machines after a scare with her unborn child sent her to hospital and advised other mums to “follow your instinct.”
Zoe wrote: “BUBS SWEET HEART BEAT. By far my favourite sound in the world. This pic is from a few days ago when we had a scare and went in for monitoring. I had dramatically lessened movement from baby and after trying the hot shower/cold drink which always worked but didn’t, we decided to go in for monitoring. We were terrified.”

The post continued: “Everything is fine. But I wanted to share and say to all other mums and dads out there, don’t hesitate to call your hospital and get monitoring. Listen to your body and follow your instinct. I don’t like a fuss, but I’ve learnt that lesson. Baby comes first. Maybe our journey as mothers starts way before the birth.”
Her post resonated with a lot of other women and has been liked 4,900 times with over 130 comments many of them agreeing that you should trust your gut.
One of her followers commented: “I remember when that happened with me, you are right to have not hesitated, baby comes first, but so scary!”

Zoe and Alex are one of the only couples to come out of Married At First Sight still happily together and are due to have their first baby any day now.
The couple have been posting plenty of snaps of her growing belly and they’ve also been incredibly honest about all the highs and lows they’ve been through.
The were refreshingly open about an earlier miscarriage they’d experienced due to Zoe having a severe case of hyperemesis gravidarum, but have really bounced back from their loss. They both look over the moon about the prospect of meeting their child.
