Many parents have a love-hate relationship with Lego. On one hand there is the joy of helping your child create something using just her mind and some plastic bricks, but there is no denying the absolute fury that comes with stepping bare-footed on one of those pointy little suckers hiding in the carpet as you make your way to the kitchen for a morning coffee.
