GOODBYE PARADISE - Last Day in the Philippines
Our 30 day visa is up and it's time to say goodbye paradise. This is our last day in the Philippines. We made our way from Boracay to Kalibo with a 7 hour layover in Manila, so we decided to make the most of our time with a little trip to SM Mall and a last meal at a filipino buffet, Cabalen :)
Thank you so much to all of our new fam bam members, we've loved having you along for our Philippines adventure and we're sad to say goodbye! But, we're still traveling so make sure you keep up with us!!

After the success of IKAW AT AKO on social media, TJ MONTERDE is set again to another original hit song, SA TUWINA. The video is directed by Miles Nera under Sindikato Production Inc. headed by Director/Scriptwriter Enzo Valdez. The video depicts the normal "kilig" - "heartbroken" feel in every relationship' conceptualized by a good friend of TJ, Marcelo Santos III who happens also to be successful young novelist with a book called HOPELESS ROMANTIC.
Belting out witty lyrics and acoustic ballads on YouTube since 2011, TJ started sharing his original compositions and reached a wide audience receiving rave reviews in the worldwide web. "Ikaw at Ako" became his signature song and officially debuted as the song for YouTube's viral film called "My Super Fan Girl". The video reached merely 200k hits on its first night.

Kundalini depits Shakti(power). This mantra gives POWER to bring spiritual healing at your finger tips.
Ra means the sun and connecting with that frequency gives you energy.
Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity.
Da is the the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots.
Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and
outwards drawing in the healing the the Universe.
When you chant Sa a second time, you pull the energy of Infinity into you.
Say is a way of honoring the all-encompassing Thou. It is personal,
like a secret name for God.(Universe)
So is a vibration of merger.
Hung is the Infinite, the vibrating real. It is the essence of

Activating the Chakras.

Take Me
Take Me is the title of a 2001 British television drama miniseries on ITV, starring Robson Green and Beth Goddard.

Plot
Jack and Kay Chambers are thrilled when the residents of Hadleigh Corner welcome them to their new home with open arms. But then the neighbours invite them to share their beds too. When Jack and Kay Chambers leave their city apartment for an exclusive housing estate, they hope to save their ailing marriage. Hadleigh Corner is the rural idyll of their dreams and the newly built house is the perfect symbol of their fresh start.
At first, all is rosy. The villagers are warm and welcoming and the party invitations are flowing. Even their children seem more settled. But as Jack and Kay try to rebuild their relationship, they discover their new neighbours are anything but normal. What starts as a cosy dinner party suddenly turns into a night of adult party games with absolutely no limits. What's more, the perfectly polished and manicured estate hides a terrible deathly secret. Mountain Dew
Mountain Dew (currently stylized as Mtn Dew in the United States) is a carbonated soft drink brand produced and owned by PepsiCo. The original formula was invented in 1940 by Tennessee beverage bottlers Barney and Ally Hartman. A revised formula was created by Bill Bridgforth in 1958. The rights to this formula were obtained by the Tip Corporation of Marion, Virginia. William H. "Bill" Jones of the Tip corporation further refined the formula, launching that version of Mountain Dew in 1961. On August 27, 1964, the Mountain Dew brand and production rights were acquired from Tip by the Pepsi-Cola company, at which point distribution expanded more widely across the United States and Canada.
Between the 1940s and 1980s, there was just one variety of Mountain Dew, which was citrus-flavored and caffeinated in most markets (see Caffeine-Free Mountain Dew below). Diet Mountain Dew was introduced in 1988, followed by Mountain Dew Red, which was introduced and subsequently discontinued in 1988. In 2001, a cherry flavor called Code Red debuted. This product line extension trend has continued, with expansion into specialty, limited time production, region-specific, and retailer-specific (Taco Bell, 7-Eleven) variations of Mountain Dew.

GOODBYE PARADISE - Last Day in the Philippines
Our 30 day visa is up and it's time to say goodbye paradise. This is our last day in the Philippines. We made our way from Boracay to Kalibo with a 7 hour layover in Manila, so we decided to make the most of our time with a little trip to SM Mall and a last meal at a filipino buffet, Cabalen :)
Thank you so much to all of our new fam bam members, we've loved having you along for our Philippines adventure and we're sad to say goodbye! But, we're still traveling so make sure you keep up with us!!

After the success of IKAW AT AKO on social media, TJ MONTERDE is set again to another original hit song, SA TUWINA. The video is directed by Miles Nera under Sindikato Production Inc. headed by Director/Scriptwriter Enzo Valdez. The video depicts the normal "kilig" - "heartbroken" feel in every relationship' conceptualized by a good friend of TJ, Marcelo Santos III who happens also to be successful young novelist with a book called HOPELESS ROMANTIC.
Belting out witty lyrics and acoustic ballads on YouTube since 2011, TJ started sharing his original compositions and reached a wide audience receiving rave reviews in the worldwide web. "Ikaw at Ako" became his signature song and officially debuted as the song for YouTube's viral film called "My Super Fan Girl". The video reached merely 200k hits on its first night.

Ra means the sun and connecting with that frequency gives you energy.
Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity.
Da is the the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots.
Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and

Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity.
Da is the the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots.
Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and
outwards drawing in the healing the the Universe.
When you chant Sa a second time, you pull the energy of Infinity into you.
Say is a way of honoring the all-encompassing Thou. It is personal,
like a secret name for God.(Universe)
So is a vibration of merger.
Hung is the Infinite, the vibrating real. It is the essence of
creation. (So Hung together means, I am Thou.) The service of the
cosmic intelligence is within me.
This can be done anywhere at anytime. It is best to relax and allow
yourself to feel the unique power of this mantra in meditation.
Activating the Chakras.
The mantra can be vibrated up the spine, chakra by chakra. Slightly pull on the energy centers as you chant each sound. This internal stimulation helps activate and align the chakras.

DA - navel center
SA - heart
Pause - hold at heart

SAY - throat ( say ay)
SO - third eye
HUNG - out the top of the head
Self-Healing
Self-love and self-healing are really the same process. We use the sound current of the mantra to heal our emotional body. We do this by working with the energy of the emotions. We soothe the conflicted energy with the sound current. In your heart, experience the purity of your essential essence and how it merges and becomes one with the healing mantra. Let this experience pulse through your whole body. Hold this sensation to heal yourself.
Healing Others
Hold the space of unconditional love an acceptance that you have created for yourself and let anyone who you wish to share healing with enter this space of the heart. The more we experience this space in ourselves, the more we have to share with others.
Clearing our inner space and releasing our resistance aligns us with the light. The more light, the easier it is to get support from the universe. Allowing is the absence of judgment and resistance. Allowing = love. Love is the purity of everything that is, was and will always be. Love includes all. All wants to be included and loved. And so do we all. Start with yourself and see how your love grows to include everyone, the world and the universe.
