FOX SPORTS+ Digital Subscription Premium Terms and Conditions – as at 17 September 2015

In these terms and conditions News Limited will be referred to as News.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following types of subscriptions: FOX SPORTS+ Digital Subscription and news+ Full Access subscriptionEach of these is a Subscription under these Terms and Conditions.

If you have selected a digital and print bundle your terms and conditions will consist of both Digital Subscription and Newspaper Delivery Subscription Terms and Conditions. If you have selected only a single product then only the Terms and Conditions relevant to that product will apply.

These terms and conditions include the Registered Access Terms and Conditions. Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Registered Access to have a valid subscription.

News or its relevant related companies may change any applicable terms and conditions from time to time. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected News Sites or other News Digital Media and will also be accessible through your login to My Account. If you object to changes to any terms or conditions you may cancel your Subscription up to 28 days after changes come into effect without accepting the new terms and conditions. If you do not cancel or you use or access any News sites or News Digital Media (other than to review the new terms and conditions) using your Subscription within that period you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. You may call Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or email Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au (who will consider your position acting reasonably) if you have reasonable grounds for not having cancelled within the 28 day time limit and still wish to cancel.

Digital Subscription Terms and Conditions

Digital Subscription provides you access via a secure login to view unlimited content on the following News Sites and msites (Included Media):

  • dailytelegraph.com.au
  • heraldsun.com.au
  • couriermail.com.au
  • advertiser.com.au
  • perthnow.com.au

as well as access to certain content on

  • com.au (also part of Included Media) excluding certain live sports packages

as well as the following tablet and mobile applications:

  • The Daily and The Sunday Telegraph
  • Herald Sun
  • The Courier-Mail/The Sunday Mail
  • The Advertiser & Sunday Mail
  • PerthNow

as well as access to SuperCoach Gold AFL and SuperCoach Gold NRL. If you access SuperCoach Gold AFL or SuperCoach Gold NRL, you will be deemed to have accepted the SuperCoach Gold terms and conditions which are available at http://supercoach.heraldsun.com.au/help/subterms.

The above lists may change from time to time, at our discretion. News will endeavour to contact you at least 14 days prior to effecting the removal of any media from these lists.

Your Digital Subscription will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed subscription details, including payment details. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via your nominated email address.

Each username and password is assigned to a single user. You must ensure that your username and password remain secure and are only shared with the residents of your household i.e. family and friends that live at the same residential address. However you agree that your Digital Subscription cannot be used with more than seven devices concurrently. You are responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.

Your Digital Subscription may be used for non-commercial purposes only.

Access from outside of Australia

You acknowledge that some of our content may not be viewable or accessible from outside of Australia.

Newspaper Delivery Subscription Terms and Conditions

A Newspaper Delivery subscription is for delivery of the newspapers specified in the print offer you have selected to a residential address. Delivery is only available where delivery exists in your state. This service is not available to post office boxes. Delivery to addresses within security apartments is subject to delivery capability. If a delivery address is not valid or is not within our delivery areas, the subscriber will be contacted by the publisher to receive a refund or to discuss a Digital Subscription or other subscription.

The Newspaper Delivery subscription is for a period of time and not a specified number of newspapers. You will receive newspapers that are published between the beginning and end of this subscription.

Delivery may take up to 5 business days to commence. If your subscription terminates, you will also receive any newspapers that are published between the termination date and the lead time required to cease delivery, which may take up to 5 business days.

If you require redirection, please notify us at least 5 business days prior. Redirection will only be possible to areas where a delivery service exists for your subscription.

Pricing

The price of the subscription, including where applicable any introductory pricing for a specified period will be displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include GST unless otherwise specified.

News may amend the pricing schedule by giving 28 days prior notice to you. Once new pricing takes effect News may alter your automatic payment arrangements accordingly.

Information about your current Subscription, including its price is available in My Account under Manage My Subscriptions or you can call Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or email Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au.

Payment, Fees and Taxes

Payment is to be made by automatic recurring 4 weekly payments via PayPal or debit/credit cards. Payments are made in advance. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. The recurring payment for the amount of the offer you have requested will be automatically charged by News every 4 weeks in advance, subject to the terms set out below, until such time as we are advised to stop.

Changes to PayPal or debit/credit card details can be made online via My Account or by contacting Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au.

For the purpose of auto-renewing your Subscription, your PayPal or credit card details are stored in a tokenised, encrypted format. They are therefore available should you elect to purchase another subscription.

Auto-renewing subscriptions require payment approximately 5 days prior to the commencement of each billing period. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and request that you update your payment details. We will re-attempt payment several times.  During this period we will grace your subscription for up to 5 days after which time we will commence the cancellation process.

If you are under the age of 18 you require consent from your parent or guardian and the card holder to authorise charges to be made.

Through this sales platform you can only sign up for yourself. You cannot sign up as a gift for another person.

Suspension

You cannot suspend your Digital Subscription.

Newspaper Delivery can be suspended online via My Account or by contacting Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au. A subscriber may only suspend delivery of the newspaper for a maximum of 84 days in a single suspension and up to a total of 100 days during a 12 month period. Please notify us a minimum of 5 business days prior to a suspension. Your suspension must specify a return date no later than 84 days from commencement. Once the suspension commences, your subscription will be extended by a period of time at least equal to the length of the suspension.  You will not be charged for the period of the suspension. You may also at our discretion be able to access the digital/online content during the period of suspension.

Cancellation and Termination

Your Subscription will continue until cancelled by either one of us. Your Subscription may be cancelled at any time by calling Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au or by sending a cancellation request online via My Account.

If you cancel your Subscription before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days. For offers that consist of both a Digital Subscription and Newspaper Delivery subscription, cancelling of the Digital Subscription component only or the Newspaper Delivery subscription component only is not permitted for these are a combined product package offer.

News reserves the right to cancel a Subscription:

  • without notice or liability if we reasonably determine you have breached any portion of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of use for any Included Media, in which instances a refund will not be given; and
  • at any other time and where this cancellation occurs before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days/months and will be notified by News of the reasons for the cancellation.

Cancellation of your Subscription does not affect your Registered Access (unless they are also cancelled).

2) Terms & Conditions for FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription

FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription Premium Terms and Conditions – as at 17 September 2015

In these terms and conditions News Limited will be referred to as News.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following types of subscriptions:

  1. FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Monthly);
  2. FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Annual);
  3. FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription and FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand (Monthly);
  4. FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription and FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand (Annual); and
  5. news+ Full Access subscription.

Each of these is a “Digital Subscription” under these Terms and Conditions. Digital Subscriptions which contain the FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand service are also subject to the FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand terms and conditions, as set out in Annexure 1 below.

If you have selected a digital and print bundle your terms and conditions will consist of both Digital Subscription and Newspaper Delivery Subscription Terms and Conditions. If you have selected only a single product then only the Terms and Conditions relevant to that product will apply.

If you have subscribed to a Digital Subscription through an in-app purchase on the iTunes Appstore , you are only entitled to this Digital Subscription if and for as long as you are a valid subscriber to the FOX SPORTS App on the iTunes Appstore.

These terms and conditions include the Registered Access Terms and Conditions. Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Registered Access to have a valid subscription.

For the ‘FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Annual)’ and ‘FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription + EPL On Demand Subscription (Annual)’, payment is to be made by automatic recurring payments via PayPal or debit/credit cards in advance every 365 days. The recurring payment for the amount of the offer you have requested will be automatically charged by News every 365 calendar days in advance, subject to the terms set out below, until such time as we are advised to stop. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted.

If you cancel your Newspaper Delivery Subscription, FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Monthly) or FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription and FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand (Monthly) before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days. FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Annual) and FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription and FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand (Annual) subscriptions which are cancelled before the end of a prepaid subscription period are not entitled to a prorated refund. For offers that consist of both a Digital Subscription and Newspaper Delivery subscription, cancelling of the Digital Subscription component only or the Newspaper Delivery subscription component only is not permitted for these are a combined product package offer.

Annexure 1 – Terms & Conditions for FOX SPORTS EPL on Demand

  1. FOX SPORTS Australia Pty Limited A.B.N. 16 065 445 418 (FOX SPORTS) is the owner of the FOX SPORTS EPL ON DEMAND service (“Service”). FOX SPORTS and News Limited (News) (together, We, Us or Our) are the operators of the Service. The Service includes 4 selected Barclays Premier League matches live, and 6 Barclays Premier League matches on-demand, in each full round of the current Barclays Premier League Season. Live matches can be watched live (only) and all on-demand matches expire before kick-off of the first match of the next round (except for the final round matches which expire 7 days after they have been played).
  2. Users of this Service (Users or You) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy http://www.foxsports.com.au/help/privacypolicyand the Registered Access Terms and Conditions http://www.foxsports.com.au/help/subscription-terms. News or its relevant related companies may change any applicable terms and conditions from time to time. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected News Sites or other News Digital Media and will also be accessible through your login to My Account. Please read these terms and conditions on a regular basis so that You are aware of any changes. Your use of and access to this Service indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions (and any changes to them). If you object to changes to any terms or conditions you may call Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or email Customer Support at customersupport@news.com.au (who will consider your position acting reasonably).
  3. You must ensure, before you subscribe to the Service, that your internet connection speed is appropriate for streaming audio-visual content and that your personal computer satisfies all other technical requirements as set out on the Help Page for the FOX SPORTS EPL On-Demand Service.
  4. All content on the website and the Service (which includes without limitation all streaming content, graphics, text, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) is protected by copyright and/or trade mark rights. All intellectual property rights in this Service and the material included on it are owned by FOX SPORTS or its licensors or advertisers, and users obtain no interest in those rights.
  5. Users must not circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or any features which prevent or restrict use or copying of any content on the Service. You may view the content which You access through the Service for personal, non-commercial use via your compatible computer or other electronic device. You must not display or communicate the service to the public and You must not alter or modify the content or Service in any way. The Service and its content may only be used and viewed within Australia. Any use of any of the materials (including without limitation the matches, data, information or statistics) on the FOX SPORTS Website or made available as part of the Service which does not comply with these Terms of Use, including without limitation reproduction, modification, distribution, forwarding or republication, without the prior written permission of FOX SPORTS is strictly prohibited, and is a violation of the proprietary rights of FOX SPORTS Australia Pty Limited and the Football Association Premier League.
  6. You are only permitted to use up to two (2) of your devices to view the Service at any one time. If you attempt to use more than two (2) devices at any one time, We may deny you access to the Service, or suspend or cancel your account. You are solely responsible and liable for activity that occurs on your account and You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Users of the Service are responsible for all costs arising from the use of the Service including, without limitation, all download, browsing/data charges and internet costs.
  7. If you subscribe to the EPL On-demand Season Pass you will obtain access to the Service for each Barclays Premier League Season until your subscription is cancelled by You or Us.  Payment for your first EPL On-demand Season Pass is to be made upfront via PayPal or debit/credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted). Payment for the EPL On-demand Season Pass for further available Barclays Premier Leagues Seasons will be automatically processed on 1 August in the relevant year just before the commencement of the applicable season. We will remind you via email when this is about to occur so you can update your details if required. If you do not want the subscription to continue it is your responsibility to unsubscribe ahead of this date. Changes to or cancellation of subscriptions and changes to PayPal or debit/credit card details can be made online via My Account or by contacting Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS(1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at newsplussupport@news.com.au.
  8. If you subscribe to the EPL On-demand Mid-season Pass (once it is available), you will obtain access to the Service for the remainder of the 2015/16 Barclays Premier League Season. Payment for the Mid-Season Pass Service, is to be made upfront via PayPal or debit/credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted.
  9. We will not provide a refund for the Season Pass or the Mid-Season Pass if you change your mind, or if your Season Pass or the Mid-Season Pass is cancelled (other than where it is cancelled by Us without cause). If the Service has an ongoing major failure you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  10. If you subscribe to the EPL On-demand Flexi Pass Subscription you will obtain access to the Service for the 2015/16 Premier League Season for each week you continue to be subscribed. For the EPL On-demand Flexi Pass Subscription Service, payment is to be made by automatic recurring 4 weekly payments via PayPal or debit/credit cards. Payments are made in advance. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. The recurring payment for the amount of the offer you have requested will be automatically charged by News every 4 weeks in advance, subject to the terms set out below, until such time as the subscription is cancelled or expires.
  11. Auto-renewing subscriptions require payment approximately 5 days prior to the commencement of each billing period. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and request that you update your payment details. We will re-attempt payment several times. During this
    period we will grace your subscription for up to 5 days after which time we will commence the cancellation process.
  12. Your EPL On-Demand Flexi Pass Subscription Service will continue until cancelled by either one of us. Your EPL On-Demand Flexi Pass Subscription may be cancelled at any time by calling Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer
    Support at customersupport@news.com.au or by sending a cancellation request online via My Account.
  13. If you cancel your EPL On-Demand Flexi Pass Subscription before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days.
  14. Mid-Season Pass and Flexi Pass EPL On-Demand Subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of the 2015/2016 Barclays Premier League Season, on 26 May 2015 and will not automatically renew after this date.
  15. FOX SPORTS and News reserve the right to cancel your Subscription to the Service:
  16. without notice or liability if either of us reasonably determine you have breached any portion of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of use for any subscription from News, in which instances a refund will not be given; and
  17. at any other time and where this cancellation occurs before the end of a prepaid subscription period and you will then be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days/months and will be notified by FOX SPORTS/News of the reasons for the cancellation.
  18. If you are paying a discounted price for the Service as a +Rewards or other benefit of being a subscriber to a service supplied by News, then the following provisions apply despite anything else in these terms and conditions:
  19. News may cancel Your access to the Service if your related News membership or subscription is cancelled (and provided the cancellation is not due to your breach of any membership or subscription terms, News will pay you a refund on a pro rata basis for any unused days);
  20. Cancellation of your EPL On-Demand Subscription does not affect your registration, membership or subscription from News (unless they are also cancelled); and
  21. your Service is only for the 2015/16 season and will not auto-renew.
  22. Cancellation of your EPL On-Demand Subscription does not affect your Registered Access or any subscription from News Limited (unless they are also cancelled).
  23. If you are under the age of 18 you require consent from your parent or guardian and the credit card holder to authorise charges to be made.
  24. Through this sales platform you can only sign up for yourself. You cannot sign up as a gift for another person.
  25. Due to the nature of providing live coverage of a sporting competition and our arrangements with the Premier League, you agree that as part of the Service, none of the Operators are able to ensure that any particular match or matches will be scheduled for live or delayed on demand viewing. Accordingly, we cannot confirm (and you should not rely on) the continued inclusion of any match, the scheduling of any match at the advertised time or the appearance of any team(s) or player(s) in any match as advertised. You also agree that we may vary the Service, including any part of Service, at any time by changing or withdrawing a scheduled match, adding another match or changing the transmission time of a scheduled match. We will provide you with as much notice as possible of such changes via the Service or the FOX SPORTS website. Neither of Us will be liable for any loss or disappointment that you may suffer as a result of these actions.
  26. Subject always to paragraph 22 below, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither FOX SPORTS nor News will have any responsibility or liability to you in relation to any loss or damage of any kind (direct or indirect) however caused (including through negligence) which is suffered or incurred by you or any other person, including without limitation damage to your software, hardware or any other device, arising from your use of or access to this Service or any linked third party content.
  27. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory implied guarantees/warranties as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010(Cth) and the ASIC Act2001 (Cth), including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or similar laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
  28. If you wish to make a complaint regarding content on the Service, please notify FOX SPORTS by email at feedback@foxsports.com.au with EPL ON-DEMAND Content Complaint as the subject line or by post at Locked Bag 9000 Crows Nest NSW 1585. When contacting us regarding a complaint, please provide the following information in writing:
  29. full details of the nature of your complaint and the content which it relates to;

To the full extent permitted by law and subject to clause 22, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless FOX SPORTS, News and each of their related bodies corporate against any and all liabilities, claims (actual, threatened or potential), loss (including consequential loss) and damage incurred in connection with any breach by you of these terms and conditions and/or misuse of the Service by, or authorised by, you. This indemnity will survive the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions.
  34. Your use of the Service and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

These terms and conditions include the Registered Access Terms and Conditions. Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Registered Access to have a valid Subscription, entitled FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription or news+ FOX SPORTS Complimentary Subscription. You are only eligible for a Subscription whilst you are an eligible Foxtel Sports Customer. You may not be eligible for the following reasons:

  • Not subscribed to Sports
  • Telstra T-box customer
  • Optus TV featuring Foxtel customer
  • Foxtel business customer
  • You are not the Primary Foxtel My Account holder

News or its relevant related companies may change any applicable terms and conditions from time to time. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected News Sites or other News Digital Media and will also be accessible through your login to the affected News Sites’ My Account pages. If you object to changes to any terms or conditions you may cancel your Subscription up to 28 days after changes come into effect without accepting the new terms and conditions. If you do not cancel or you use or access any News sites or News Digital Media (other than to review the new terms and conditions) using your Subscription within that period you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via your nominated email address.

Each username and password is assigned to a single user. You must ensure that your username and password remain secure and are only shared with the residents of your household i.e. family and friends that live at the same residential address. However you agree that your Subscription cannot be used with more than seven devices concurrently. You are responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.

Your Subscription may be used for non-commercial purposes only.

Access from outside of Australia

You acknowledge that some of our content may not be viewable or accessible from outside of Australia.

Payment, Fees and Taxes

No additional payment to News is required to obtain the Subscription.

Suspension, Cancelation and Termination

You may not suspend your Subscription.

A Newspaper Delivery Subscription is for delivery of the newspapers specified in the print offer you have selected to a residential address. Delivery is only available where delivery exists in your state. This service is not available to post office boxes. Delivery to addresses within security apartments is subject to delivery capability. If a delivery address is not valid or is not within our delivery areas, the subscriber will be contacted by the publisher to receive a refund or to discuss a Subscription.

The Newspaper Delivery Subscription is for a period of time and not a specified number of newspapers. You will receive newspapers that are published between the beginning and end of this subscription.

Delivery may take up to 5 business days to commence. If your subscription terminates, you will also receive any newspapers that are published between the termination date and the lead time required to cease delivery, which may take up to 5 business days.

If you require redirection, please notify us at least 5 business days prior. Redirection will only be possible to areas where a delivery service exists for your subscription.

Payment, Fees and Taxes

If payment is required, which will be made clear in the sign-up process for the particular Subscription you are taking up, payment must be made in full and in advance and, to the full extent permitted by law, the subscription is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not transferable for cash.

Suspension

You may not suspend the digital access component of your Subscription – Non Renewing. Newspaper Delivery can be suspended online via My Account or by contacting Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au. A subscriber may only suspend delivery of the newspaper for a maximum of 84 days in a single suspension and up to a total of 100 days during a 12 month period. Please notify us a minimum of 5 business days prior to a suspension. Your suspension must specify a return date no later than 84 days from commencement. Any suspension in Delivery will not extend the end date of the subscription. You will not be charged, nor would you get a refund, for the period of the suspension. You may also at our discretion be able to access the digital/online content during the period of suspension.

Cancellation and Termination

Your Subscription – Non Renewing will continue until the end date described in the sign-up process for the particular Subscription you are taking up unless earlier cancelled by either one of us. Your Subscription – Non Renewing may be cancelled at any time by calling Customer Support on 1300 MY NEWS (1300 69 63 97) or by emailing Customer Support at foxsports@news.com.au or by sending a cancellation request online via My Account.

If you cancel your Subscription – Non Renewing before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused days. For offers that consist of both a Digital Subscription and Newspaper Delivery, cancelling of the Digital Subscription component only or the Newspaper Delivery Subscription component only is not permitted (because these are a combined product package offer).

News reserves the right to cancel a Subscription – Non Renewing:

– without notice or liability if we reasonably determine you have breached any portion of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of use for any Included Media, in which instances a refund will not be given; and

– at any other time and where this cancellation occurs before the end of a prepaid subscription period, then you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days/months and will be notified by News of the reasons for the cancellation.

Cancellation of your Subscription – Non Renewing does not affect your Registered Access (unless that is also cancelled).

These terms and conditions include the Registered Access Terms and Conditions. Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Registered Access to have a valid Subscription, entitled FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription or news+ FOX SPORTS Complimentary Subscription. You are only eligible for a FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription whilst you are an eligible Telstra Home Broadband Customer with an activated Telstra TV Service.

Eligability and promotional code

Eligible Telstra Home Broadband Customer with an activated Telstra TV Service will receive a promotional code and must use this code to authenticate their FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription. This FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription provides acces for a period of 3 months from the authentication date. The promotional code must be redeemed by 31 July 2016.

Your FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed subscription details and will continue for as long as you remain an eligible Telstra Home Broadband Customer unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these terms. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via your nominated email address.

Payment, Fees and Taxes

No additional payment to News is required to obtain the FOX SPORTS Complimentary Digital Subscription during the 3 month complimentary period.

After the 3 month complimentary period has expired, the complimentary FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription will automatically rollover to a paid FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription (Monthly) billed at $4.99 every 4 weeks until terminated and you will be subject to the Terms & Conditions for FOX SPORTS Digital Subscription – as set out in Section Two above. A reminder will be emailed to you at least 28 days prior to your first billing date. If you do not wish to continue to subscribe to the service and be billed after the complementary period, you must cancel the service by logging into ‘My Account’, clicking ‘Contact Us’ and and submitting an Account Cancellation Request within 12 weeks of the date you redeemed your promotional code and signed up for the complimentary subscription.
