1. The Roadside Creature
The footage your about to see shows someone driving thourgh a remote area as he encounters the most unexplainable sighting he has ever seen. The person recording slows his vehicle to avoid hitting what he is seeing. As the video goes on, the strange like creature seems less human than it was at the beginning of the video. No one can identify what is seen, but you be the judge. So here it is...
2. The Sewer Monster
What you are about to see is the Infamous Sewer Monster creaturer captured by a close circuit camera by the North West water company "United Utilities" In England. The creature shown in the video is described by a worker as being 'far too big for a rat, standing upright on strong back legs'. The employee says that he has never seen such thing like it. In the footage about to be shown, a traffic surveillance camera recorded a very odd looking creature crossing the road at around 2 Am in Wessex Way , Great Britain. . The Monster of China
This next footage your about to see was recorded in China in 2015. The video shows an unidentified creature that was captured by plantation workers in the shensen department. The creature was found swimming in contaminated waters but the employees that were nearby managed to capture it and was eventually put inside a cage. Whats strange about it is that this bizarre looking creature has never been seen before and it acts like no other. Anyways, here....is the video.
2. The Creature of Portugal
The video your about to see was recorded in Portugal in 2016. Inside the video, a man appears to be recording when all of a sudden something with the looks of a humanoid like creature is seen walking on sight. Specialists have seen this footage over and over again and up to this day, the creature is still unidentified. People guess that the creature shown might be a Chupacabra or a Bigfoot but.... what do you think? Here it is.
3. The Tsunami Creature
The footage about to be shown was recorded on the 11th of March of 2011 and it took place on the day the devastating Tsunami of Japan occured. The tsunami of 2011 was without a doubt the strongest one up to date and something very weird indeed was caught during the event. This next video was recorded by an anonomys person and it shows a mysterious like creature that came straight from the waves of the tsunami. 4. Ningen
The video your about to see shows a creature named Ningen. You might be asking, what the hell is a Ningen? Well, Ningen is a humanoid sea creature with long arms and similar characteristics of a human that has been rumored to exist since the 1990s. Since then, there have been people claiming to have seen one. No one has ever come forward with any real evidence of this fictional sighting except the one your about to see right now. The video shows a guy recording the waters of the pond in a cloudy day when all of a sudden and out of complete nowhere he catches something INSANELY large under the water that is no way near the size of a water snake. Every once in a while we hear about some weird creature that was seen or caught somewhere in the world: a fisherman almost caught by chance a monster, or someone saw a giant human footprint in his garden. Guys, when it comes to strange, there is no bigger gathering of weirdness than my email inbox because you guys are just sending it in by the boatload…
One of the strangest of them all is this video. It’s called creatures incubating inside phone batteries and was first submitted by Noam Patkin, nfamous14206, and Isaac Alalem just to name a few.
The video was posted to Youtube by A. Ashley Straker and shows a guy taking apart a mobile phone battery and revealing a very strange creature living in the battery.
But is this video for real? Or is it just another big fat fake. Why don’t we crack this one open and see what we can find out!
This first thing I did was look at the video from start to finish to see what I could see. For the most part it just shows us a guy sitting at a table opening a phone battery.
After some fiddling around, the man shows us the inside of the battery and claims there is a spider like creature in cubating on it.
While his back is turned, the spider like creature comes alive.Then when the man returns, he is attacked by it!
The one in this battery has not come alive yet, so the man gets us another sample… In this case, a spider like thing flies off the battery and attacks him.
When the man appears again, he has blood coming out of his ear. He doesn’t say anything about the blood, but quickly throws out all the batteries, and that is where the video ends.
I was pretty skeptical of the video after watching it, but on the other hand, there have been some strange news reports about the exotic bacteria being used to charge mobile phone batteries.
According to Chewy Piranha researcher Homza Andreas, scientists at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst are using a bacterium called rhodoferax to charge batteries. It’s all pretty complicated, but it’s true. These little bugs can actually send electricity into a circuit board.
Now, to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if Samsung or Apple confessed to experimenting with battery bugs, so maybe the man in the video really did discover something.
I sent the video over to my research group, the chewy Piranhas, and thanks to researcher Eric Rivera, I now have the official answer. But if you’ve seen this show before you know we play a little game with this… and that is, you have to tell me what your answer is, but I tell you the official answer right in here.
STRANGE BUG
First sent in by Amardev Singh, Celia Nash and Tanki Fiter, this photo shows a strange looking bug and a hand with badly damaged skin. The photo claims the bug will do this to your skin if it touches you. Maybe it's just a waterbug. Who knows?

From the hairy creature that washed up on the shores of Russia to a scary unidentified animal deep in the Amazon jungle, here are 10 of the most bizarre unidentified creatures.
# 5 Zuiyo-Maru Carcass
In April of 1977, a Japanese trawler was sailing around New Zealand when their net got tangled in a huge mass. They run their nets at around 980 feet below the surface of the water when something heavy caught itself in the net. They ended up pulling out a 3,960 pound, foul smelling, rotting carcass up from the ocean. The carcass was around 32 feet long and had what looked like a 5 foot neck. The crew of the Zuiyo-Maru thought they had uncovered a new monster like the Loch ness monster. They gave it the nickname “New Nessie” because of this. After the picture spread across Japan, the nation became obsessed with it and the common theory arose that it was the remains of a Plesiosaur. However, this theory was soon debunked and the fishing company who caught it released a statement saying that it was the decomposed carcass of a Basking Shark which can grow to over 30 feet in length. Despite this, many people stick steadfast to the Plesiosaur theory.
# 4 Tully Monster
Since its discovery in 1958, this creature’s fossilized skeletons have baffled the science community. It was so alien and monstrous looking it earned the scientific name Tullimonstrum - named after the scientist who discovered it, Tully, and monstrum - which means monster and strange. The Tully monster was a strange fish that lived 300 million years ago and has a completely unique form. It had a long claw like appendage at the front of its body and eyes similar to a mollusk. It wasn’t until 2016 when this creature was officially classified as a fish by a Yale-led paleontology team because of how strange its fossils look.
# 3 Unknown Creature Found in Amazon
This image originates from a Youtube video posted on March 2015, without any caption. The only information available is the title “Unknown Creature Found in Amazon”. The lack of information and details on this image brings its authenticity into question. There is also obvious editing of the foliage around the subject, and the arms and feed look like theyh have been manipulated in an editing program. It is likely originally a cell phone photo of a dead monkey carcass found by someone walking through the area that was manipulated to look more dramatic and strange.
# 2 Panama Creature
In September 2009, a photograph of a creature’s corpse was found near a Panama Coast. The story goes that a bunch of teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave when and were being attacked by it before they beat it with a stick and then took a picture of evidence of the strange creature. The alien appearance of this corpse earned it the nicknames “Panama Creature” and “Panama ET”. However the carcass was taken in by local zoology experts and an autopsy was performed on it. The procedure revealed that it was in fact not an alien but a sloth. The sloth was mostly decomposed by the water and had reached the bloating stage of rotting which gave it a very strange and scary appearance.
# 1 Hairy Dolphin
In 2015, a strange creature washed up on the coast of Russia. It looked like a weird hybrid between a Jim Hansen puppet and a sea creature. What it really looked like was a furry dolphin, which is something that shouldn’t exist. The carcass was also described as “twice as large as a human” putting it at around 10-12 feet in length. It was speculated to be either an Indian or Ganges dolphin which aren’t local to Russian waters. The main accepted theory now is that the dolphin was brought to the coast by a warm current, before the water got too cold for it and it died. The “fur” found on the carcass is likely a kind of algae that attached to the body and resembles tufts of hair.

The video shows a couple of friends roaming around this abandoned house that has been told to be haunted for quite some time. One of the friends in the video decide to be somewhat brave, so he takes the flashlight on one hand and goes into one of the doors that leads inside this haunted house. Right when he opens the door, something very bizarre looking comes crawling and screaming at him with no hesitation. No one can identify this mysterious creature so I want YOU to be the judge on what is seen. Here it is...
2. The Strange Creature From Brazil
You might have seen this next footage on my "5 Aliens Caught On Camera & Spotted In Real Life" video. The video shows a very strange alien like creature captured in Brazil by a group of people that have decided to not come forward to any government. And all of this because they are afraid that the government might take their captured footage of this weird sighting and lock it away on private zone. Fortunately, the video has been shown to the public and here it is....
3. The Crawly Creature
The video your about to see was recorded in a Canadian Asylym which it closed in the year 2000. Inside the video, a couple of friends were roaming around this abandoned place when suddenly they hear very weird screams coming from up stairs. The friends scared and tense run up the stairs to see what the screams were, and from one of the rooms, out of complete nowhere, something VERY scary looking with the appearances of an exorcist comes crawling towards this group of friends. Fortunately, they run down the stairs and immediately out of the location without ever coming back again. Anyways, here...is the video.
4. The Humanoid Creature
The footage about to be shown was recorded in the backyard of a house by one of the home owners. Inside the video, the home owner recording is seen walking around his house when all of a sudden, he hears a weird animal screech coming from behind him, and as he tilts his camara, a creepy and humanoid looking creature is seen on top of his rooftop staring at the home owner. Some people think that the mysterious looking creature is just a human but MANY claim it to NOT be one. But YOU be the judge on this one. So here..is the video.
5. The Ghostly Creature From WWII Tunnel
What your about to see was recorded in Japan in an old World War II tunnel which is about 1500 feet into the ground. The tunnels are said to be radiactive and are NOT allowed to the public. The people who recorded this next clip were engineers that were sent into the tunnels to test the radiation levels. One of these engineers were recording when out of nowhere, something very strange looking glides into the wall leaving the people that were in the tunnel in complete shock. It’s called creatures incubating inside phone batteries and was first submitted by Noam Patkin, nfamous14206, and Isaac Alalem just to name a few. The video was posted to Youtube by A. Ashley Straker and shows a guy taking apart a mobile phone battery and revealing a very strange creature living in the battery. But is this video for real? Or is it just another big fat fake. Why don’t we crack this one open and see what we can find out! This first thing I did was look at the video from start to finish to see what I could see. For the most part it just shows us a guy sitting at a table opening a phone battery. After some fiddling around, the man shows us the inside of the battery and claims there is a spider like creature in cubating on it. While his back is turned, the spider like creature comes alive.Then when the man returns, he is attacked by it! The one in this battery has not come alive yet, so the man gets us another sample… In this case, a spider like thing flies off the battery and attacks him. When the man appears again, he has blood coming out of his ear. He doesn’t say anything about the blood, but quickly throws out all the batteries, and that is where the video ends. I was pretty skeptical of the video after watching it, but on the other hand, there have been some strange news reports about the exotic bacteria being used to charge mobile phone batteries. According to Chewy Piranha researcher Homza Andreas, scientists at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst are using a bacterium called rhodoferax to charge batteries. It’s all pretty complicated, but it’s true. These little bugs can actually send electricity into a circuit board. Now, to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if Samsung or Apple confessed to experimenting with battery bugs, so maybe the man in the video really did discover something. I sent the video over to my research group, the chewy Piranhas, and thanks to researcher Eric Rivera, I now have the official answer. But if you’ve seen this show before you know we play a little game with this… and that is, you have to tell me what your answer is, but I tell you the official answer right in here. STRANGE BUG First sent in by Amardev Singh, Celia Nash and Tanki Fiter, this photo shows a strange looking bug and a hand with badly damaged skin. From the hairy creature that washed up on the shores of Russia to a scary unidentified animal deep in the Amazon jungle, here are 10 of the most bizarre unidentified creatures. # 5 Zuiyo-Maru Carcass In April of 1977, a Japanese trawler was sailing around New Zealand when their net got tangled in a huge mass. They run their nets at around 980 feet below the surface of the water when something heavy caught itself in the net. They ended up pulling out a 3,960 pound, foul smelling, rotting carcass up from the ocean. The carcass was around 32 feet long and had what looked like a 5 foot neck. The crew of the Zuiyo-Maru thought they had uncovered a new monster like the Loch ness monster. They gave it the nickname “New Nessie” because of this. After the picture spread across Japan, the nation became obsessed with it and the common theory arose that it was the remains of a Plesiosaur. However, this theory was soon debunked and the fishing company who caught it released a statement saying that it was the decomposed carcass of a Basking Shark which can grow to over 30 feet in length. Despite this, many people stick steadfast to the Plesiosaur theory. # 4 Tully Monster Since its discovery in 1958, this creature’s fossilized skeletons have baffled the science community. It was so alien and monstrous looking it earned the scientific name Tullimonstrum - named after the scientist who discovered it, Tully, and monstrum - which means monster and strange. The Tully monster was a strange fish that lived 300 million years ago and has a completely unique form. It had a long claw like appendage at the front of its body and eyes similar to a mollusk. It wasn’t until 2016 when this creature was officially classified as a fish by a Yale-led paleontology team because of how strange its fossils look. # 3 Unknown Creature Found in Amazon This image originates from a Youtube video posted on March 2015, without any caption. The only information available is the title “Unknown Creature Found in Amazon”. The lack of information and details on this image brings its authenticity into question. There is also obvious editing of the foliage around the subject, and the arms and feed look like theyh have been manipulated in an editing program. It is likely originally a cell phone photo of a dead monkey carcass found by someone walking through the area that was manipulated to look more dramatic and strange. # 2 Panama Creature In September 2009, a photograph of a creature’s corpse was found near a Panama Coast. The story goes that a bunch of teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave when and were being attacked by it before they beat it with a stick and then took a picture of evidence of the strange creature. The alien appearance of this corpse earned it the nicknames “Panama Creature” and “Panama ET”. However the carcass was taken in by local zoology experts and an autopsy was performed on it. The procedure revealed that it was in fact not an alien but a sloth. The sloth was mostly decomposed by the water and had reached the bloating stage of rotting which gave it a very strange and scary appearance. # 1 Hairy Dolphin In 2015, a strange creature washed up on the coast of Russia. It looked like a weird hybrid between a Jim Hansen puppet and a sea creature. What it really looked like was a furry dolphin, which is something that shouldn’t exist. The carcass was also described as “twice as large as a human” putting it at around 10-12 feet in length. It was speculated to be either an Indian or Ganges dolphin which aren’t local to Russian waters. The main accepted theory now is that the dolphin was brought to the coast by a warm current, before the water got too cold for it and it died. The “fur” found on the carcass is likely a kind of algae that attached to the body and resembles tufts of hair. The video shows a couple of friends roaming around this abandoned house that has been told to be haunted for quite some time. One of the friends in the video decide to be somewhat brave, so he takes the flashlight on one hand and goes into one of the doors that leads inside this haunted house. Right when he opens the door, something very bizarre looking comes crawling and screaming at him with no hesitation. The video shows a very strange alien like creature captured in Brazil by a group of people that have decided to not come forward to any government. Inside the video, a couple of friends were roaming around this abandoned place when suddenly they hear very weird screams coming from up stairs. The friends scared and tense run up the stairs to see what the screams were, and from one of the rooms, out of complete nowhere, something VERY scary looking with the appearances of an exorcist comes crawling towards this group of friends. The Humanoid Creature The footage about to be shown was recorded in the backyard of a house by one of the home owners. Inside the video, the home owner recording is seen walking around his house when all of a sudden, he hears a weird animal screech coming from behind him, and as he tilts his camara, a creepy and humanoid looking creature is seen on top of his rooftop staring at the home owner. Guys, when it comes to strange, there is no bigger gathering of weirdness than my email inbox because you guys are just sending it in by the boatload…
One of the strangest of them all is this video. It’s called creatures incubating inside phone batteries and was first submitted by Noam Patkin, nfamous14206, and Isaac Alalem just to name a few.
The video was posted to Youtube by A. Ashley Straker and shows a guy taking apart a mobile phone battery and revealing a very strange creature living in the battery.
But is this video for real? Or is it just another big fat fake. Why don’t we crack this one open and see what we can find out!
This first thing I did was look at the video from start to finish to see what I could see. For the most part it just shows us a guy sitting at a table opening a phone battery.
After some fiddling around, the man shows us the inside of the battery and claims there is a spider like creature in cubating on it.
While his back is turned, the spider like creature comes alive.Then when the man returns, he is attacked by it!
The one in this battery has not come alive yet, so the man gets us another sample… In this case, a spider like thing flies off the battery and attacks him.
When the man appears again, he has blood coming out of his ear. He doesn’t say anything about the blood, but quickly throws out all the batteries, and that is where the video ends.
I was pretty skeptical of the video after watching it, but on the other hand, there have been some strange news reports about the exotic bacteria being used to charge mobile phone batteries.
According to Chewy Piranha researcher Homza Andreas, scientists at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst are using a bacterium called rhodoferax to charge batteries. It’s all pretty complicated, but it’s true. These little bugs can actually send electricity into a circuit board.
Now, to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if Samsung or Apple confessed to experimenting with battery bugs, so maybe the man in the video really did discover something.
I sent the video over to my research group, the chewy Piranhas, and thanks to researcher Eric Rivera, I now have the official answer. But if you’ve seen this show before you know we play a little game with this… and that is, you have to tell me what your answer is, but I tell you the official answer right in here.

From the hairy creature that washed up on the shores of Russia to a scary unidentified animal deep in the Amazon jungle, here are 10 of the most bizarre unidentified creatures.
# 5 Zuiyo-Maru Carcass
In April of 1977, a Japanese trawler was sailing around New Zealand when their net got tangled in a huge mass. They run their nets at around 980 feet below the surface of the water when something heavy caught itself in the net. They ended up pulling out a 3,960 pound, foul smelling, rotting carcass up from the ocean. The carcass was around 32 feet long and had what looked like a 5 foot neck. The crew of the Zuiyo-Maru thought they had uncovered a new monster like the Loch ness monster. They gave it the nickname “New Nessie” because of this. After the picture spread across Japan, the nation became obsessed with it and the common theory arose that it was the remains of a Plesiosaur. However, this theory was soon debunked and the fishing company who caught it released a statement saying that it was the decomposed carcass of a Basking Shark which can grow to over 30 feet in length. Despite this, many people stick steadfast to the Plesiosaur theory.
# 4 Tully Monster
Since its discovery in 1958, this creature’s fossilized skeletons have baffled the science community. It was so alien and monstrous looking it earned the scientific name Tullimonstrum - named after the scientist who discovered it, Tully, and monstrum - which means monster and strange. The Tully monster was a strange fish that lived 300 million years ago and has a completely unique form. It had a long claw like appendage at the front of its body and eyes similar to a mollusk. It wasn’t until 2016 when this creature was officially classified as a fish by a Yale-led paleontology team because of how strange its fossils look.
# 3 Unknown Creature Found in Amazon
This image originates from a Youtube video posted on March 2015, without any caption. The only information available is the title “Unknown Creature Found in Amazon”. The lack of information and details on this image brings its authenticity into question. There is also obvious editing of the foliage around the subject, and the arms and feed look like theyh have been manipulated in an editing program. It is likely originally a cell phone photo of a dead monkey carcass found by someone walking through the area that was manipulated to look more dramatic and strange.
# 2 Panama Creature
In September 2009, a photograph of a creature’s corpse was found near a Panama Coast. The story goes that a bunch of teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave when and were being attacked by it before they beat it with a stick and then took a picture of evidence of the strange creature. The alien appearance of this corpse earned it the nicknames “Panama Creature” and “Panama ET”. However the carcass was taken in by local zoology experts and an autopsy was performed on it. The procedure revealed that it was in fact not an alien but a sloth. The sloth was mostly decomposed by the water and had reached the bloating stage of rotting which gave it a very strange and scary appearance.
# 1 Hairy Dolphin
In 2015, a strange creature washed up on the coast of Russia. It looked like a weird hybrid between a Jim Hansen puppet and a sea creature. What it really looked like was a furry dolphin, which is something that shouldn’t exist. The carcass was also described as “twice as large as a human” putting it at around 10-12 feet in length. It was speculated to be either an Indian or Ganges dolphin which aren’t local to Russian waters. From the hairy creature that washed up on the shores of Russia to a scary unidentified animal deep in the Amazon jungle, here are 10 of the most bizarre unidentified creatures.
# 5 Zuiyo-Maru Carcass
In April of 1977, a Japanese trawler was sailing around New Zealand when their net got tangled in a huge mass. They run their nets at around 980 feet below the surface of the water when something heavy caught itself in the net. They ended up pulling out a 3,960 pound, foul smelling, rotting carcass up from the ocean. The carcass was around 32 feet long and had what looked like a 5 foot neck. The crew of the Zuiyo-Maru thought they had uncovered a new monster like the Loch ness monster. They gave it the nickname “New Nessie” because of this. After the picture spread across Japan, the nation became obsessed with it and the common theory arose that it was the remains of a Plesiosaur. However, this theory was soon debunked and the fishing company who caught it released a statement saying that it was the decomposed carcass of a Basking Shark which can grow to over 30 feet in length. Despite this, many people stick steadfast to the Plesiosaur theory.
# 4 Tully Monster
Since its discovery in 1958, this creature’s fossilized skeletons have baffled the science community. It was so alien and monstrous looking it earned the scientific name Tullimonstrum - named after the scientist who discovered it, Tully, and monstrum - which means monster and strange. The Tully monster was a strange fish that lived 300 million years ago and has a completely unique form. It had a long claw like appendage at the front of its body and eyes similar to a mollusk. It wasn’t until 2016 when this creature was officially classified as a fish by a Yale-led paleontology team because of how strange its fossils look.
# 3 Unknown Creature Found in Amazon
This image originates from a Youtube video posted on March 2015, without any caption. The only information available is the title “Unknown Creature Found in Amazon”. The lack of information and details on this image brings its authenticity into question. There is also obvious editing of the foliage around the subject, and the arms and feed look like theyh have been manipulated in an editing program. It is likely originally a cell phone photo of a dead monkey carcass found by someone walking through the area that was manipulated to look more dramatic and strange.
# 2 Panama Creature
In September 2009, a photograph of a creature’s corpse was found near a Panama Coast. The story goes that a bunch of teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave when and were being attacked by it before they beat it with a stick and then took a picture of evidence of the strange creature. The alien appearance of this corpse earned it the nicknames “Panama Creature” and “Panama ET”. However the carcass was taken in by local zoology experts and an autopsy was performed on it. The procedure revealed that it was in fact not an alien but a sloth. The sloth was mostly decomposed by the water and had reached the bloating stage of rotting which gave it a very strange and scary appearance.
# 1 Hairy Dolphin
In 2015, a strange creature washed up on the coast of Russia. It looked like a weird hybrid between a Jim Hansen puppet and a sea creature. What it really looked like was a furry dolphin, which is something that shouldn’t exist. The carcass was also described as “twice as large as a human” putting it at around 10-12 feet in length. It was speculated to be either an Indian or Ganges dolphin which aren’t local to Russian waters. 1. The Creature From Another Planet
This next video your about to see was recorded in an abandoned property in 2008. The video shows a couple of friends roaming around this abandoned house that has been told to be haunted for quite some time. One of the friends in the video decide to be somewhat brave, so he takes the flashlight on one hand and goes into one of the doors that leads inside this haunted house. Right when he opens the door, something very bizarre looking comes crawling and screaming at him with no hesitation. No one can identify this mysterious creature so I want YOU to be the judge on what is seen. Here it is...
2. The Strange Creature From Brazil
You might have seen this next footage on my "5 Aliens Caught On Camera & Spotted In Real Life" video. The video shows a very strange alien like creature captured in Brazil by a group of people that have decided to not come forward to any government. And all of this because they are afraid that the government might take their captured footage of this weird sighting and lock it away on private zone. Fortunately, the video has been shown to the public and here it is....
3. The Crawly Creature
The video your about to see was recorded in a Canadian Asylym which it closed in the year 2000. Inside the video, a couple of friends were roaming around this abandoned place when suddenly they hear very weird screams coming from up stairs. The friends scared and tense run up the stairs to see what the screams were, and from one of the rooms, out of complete nowhere, something VERY scary looking with the appearances of an exorcist comes crawling towards this group of friends. Fortunately, they run down the stairs and immediately out of the location without ever coming back again. Anyways, here...is the video.
4. The Humanoid Creature
The footage about to be shown was recorded in the backyard of a house by one of the home owners. Inside the video, the home owner recording is seen walking around his house when all of a sudden, he hears a weird animal screech coming from behind him, and as he tilts his camara, a creepy and humanoid looking creature is seen on top of his rooftop staring at the home owner. Some people think that the mysterious looking creature is just a human but MANY claim it to NOT be one. But YOU be the judge on this one. So here..is the video.
5. The Ghostly Creature From WWII Tunnel
What your about to see was recorded in Japan in an old World War II tunnel which is about 1500 feet into the ground. The tunnels are said to be radiactive and are NOT allowed to the public. The people who recorded this next clip were engineers that were sent into the tunnels to test the radiation levels. One of these engineers were recording when out of nowhere, something very strange looking glides into the wall leaving the people that were in the tunnel in complete shock. But when their parents begin to suspect that their increasingly intense friendship is becoming unhealthy, the girls decide to run away to America, hatching a dark plan for those who threaten to keep them apart.
Casting is a delicate matter in telling a story like this, and in Melanie Lynskey as Pauline and Kate Winslet as Juliet, Jackson has found the right two actresses. There is a way Lynskey has of looking up from beneath glowering eyebrows that lets you know her insides are churning. And Juliet, superficially so "bright" and normal, laughs too much, agrees too quickly, always exists just this side of hysteria.
The insight of "Heavenly Creatures" is that sometimes people are capable of committing acts together that they could not commit by themselves. Dark, stylish, and captivating, Heavenly Creatures signals both the auspicious debut of Kate Winslet and the arrival of Peter Jackson as more than just a cult director.
