The Los Angeles Rams will hold the official groundbreaking for their stadium in Inglewood on Thursday, November 17 at 11 a.m. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, Rams owner Stan Kroenke and Inglewood mayor James Butts will take part in the groundbreaking.
