Police have released CCTV images following the theft of a winning betting ticket at a gaming venue in Perth's northern suburbs on October 5.
The ticket is believed to have been taken by a man about 3:10pm at a gambling machine in Darch while the owner left it behind to take a phone call.
The owner of the ticket alerted staff, who found out the ticket had been cashed in the nearby suburb of Girrawheen.
Police would not specify how much money was on the ticket but said it was a "significant amount".
