"I Know What I Like" is a song performed by Huey Lewis and the News and released as a single from the album Fore! in 1987. The single peaked at number nine on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Like the earlier single, "Hip to Be Square", "I Know What I Like" featured background performances by then-San Francisco 49ers, Dwight Clark, Riki Ellison, Ronnie Lott, and Joe Montana.
Upon the release of the album in 1986, "I Know What I Like" peaked at number 25 on the Billboard Album Rock Tracks chart in September 1986. When released as a single in 1987, the track re-entered the chart but topped out this time at number 31.
The song is in major and uses the rare minor dominant (v) chord, lacking a leading-tone.
Anthony and the Camp is a dance music group led by producer Anthony Malloy. The group also consists of Crawford Peterson, Henley Goddard and Linden Aaron. Malloy, who already had a number-one hit on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart with his former group Temper, hit the top spot again with the Camp in 1986 with the song "What I Like".
"What I Like" spent three weeks at the top of dance charts and was ranked as the most successful dance single of 1986. It also briefly appeared on the U.S. R&B Singles chart, peaking at number eighty.

Your Wardrobe was a British television series which aired from 1949 to 1950. While there are virtually no references to the series online, it is notable as an early example of a fashion television series, and an early example of a BBC television programme aired at women. Featuring Margot Lovell and Mary Malcolm, topics varied in the series. Some episodes reflected the affluent nature of early TV set owners, such as an episode which looked into fur coats, while other episodes reflected the austerity of post-war-Britain, with a series of segments on inexpensive clothes which aired for several weeks in 1950.
It is unlikely that any of the episodes still exist, as the BBC rarely telerecorded shows prior to the mid-1950s.
Other early fashion television series included U.S. series And Everything Nice (1949-1950), Fashions on Parade (1948-1949), Hair Fashions (1932), along with U.K. series Clothes-Line (1937), and Vanity Fair (1939).
From the album 'Selling England by the Pound'. Lyrics: It's one o'clock and time for lunch, When the sun beats down and i lie on the bench I can always hear them talk. There's always been ethel: "jacob, wake up! you've got to tidy your room now." And then mister lewis: "isn't it time that he was out on his own?" Over the garden wall, two little lovebirds - cuckoo to you! Keep them mowing blades sharp... I know what i like, and i like what i know; Getting better in your wardrobe, stepping one beyond your show. Sunday night, mr farmer called, said: "listen son, you're wasting your time; there's a future for you In the fire escape trade. come up to town!" But i remebered a voice from the past; "gambling only pays when you're winning" - i had to thank old miss mort ...

Steve Hackett - I Know What I Like Lyrics
[Lyrics William Bell - Never Like This Before] I like things that go fast 'Cause I know that good things don't ever last I like believing in what I want to Don't like no one to tell me what to do And I like the times that we've had But I couldn't tell you what's good or bad I'm only hoping that you understand This feeling that I'm feeling when I'm holding your hand (I know what I like) I know what I like (I know what I like) I know what I like to do (I know what I like) I know what I like (I know what I like to do) I like the sound of breaking glass And if you don't believe me, why do you ask? I like leaving town, and coming back home I'm going to show you, when we're all alone I like staying up all night Watching old movies 'til the morning light I don't pretend to know...

I like things that go fast
Because I know that good things don't ever last
I like believeing in what I want to
Don't like no one to tell me what to do
And I like the times that we've had
But I cound't tell you what's good or bad
I'm only hoping that you understand
This feeling that I'm feeling when I'm holding your hand
I know what I like
I know what I like to do
I know what I like, well what about you?
I like the sound of breaking glass
And if you don't believe me, why do you ask?
I like leaving town, and coming back home
I'm going to show you, when we're all alone
I like staying up all night
Watching old movies 'til the morning light
I don't pretend to know what's right or wrong
But I won't like leaving, if I stay here too long
I know what I like
I know what I like to do
I know what I like, well what about you?
I like things that don't change
Because the more something changes, the more it stays the same
I might be simple, take it easy sometimes
But I can be stubborn when I've made up my mind
I know what I like
I know what I like to do
