Film Cooperstown, Oneonta, Otsego County Film Partnership Inc., known as Film COOP, is continuing its fundraiser that includes a challenge from Oneonta native and actor Cuyle Carvin. According to a media release, Carvin will match the next $1,000 raised by the local film commission and donate signed photos to give to contributors of the fundraiser.
