- Winners of the competition will be entitled to cash deposited into their Punters.com.au account.
- In conjunction with the standard terms and conditions on Punters.com.au, you can withdrawal your account funds to any nominated Australian bank account or Paypal account.
- If the competition is sponsored by a Bookmaker, the winner will be required to have a funded, active betting account with the Bookmaker prior to winning the prize, deposited to you within 7 business days.

- The prize is only available to Australian and New Zealand residents. The prize will be allocated in Australian currency.
- Only one entry into a competition can be entered per person.

- The results of this competition may be adjusted after the competition has ended depending on the finalisation of some results (e.g. scratchings or dead heats, which can sometimes require manual adjustments).
- Results are final as at time of payment of prizes, regardless if results are later changed.
- Performance of competitions is ranked on Profits. In the event of two or more competitors resulting in the same profits, profit on turnover (higher POT) followed by strike rate (higher strike rate) will be used to determine the ranking. - In the event that a winner has the same profit, POT and strike rate, the winning prizes will be evenly split amongst the total allocated prizes for those rankings.
- In the event that any races within a track-specific competition is abandoned, regardless if some races have already taken place, the prize money from these competitions will be re-allocated to a new competition as decided by Punters.com.au.
