Gambling Codes of Practice Notice 2013

The Gambling Codes of Practice Notice 2013 prescribes, in the one document, the advertising codes of practice and the responsible gambling codes of practice applying to the holders of the casino licence, of gaming machine licences, of the major betting operations licence (the SA TAB licence), of bookmakers' licences and of on-course totalisator betting licences (racing club licences), to authorised interstate betting operators and to the Lotteries Commission (which is responsible for the SA Lotteries business). [For the lawyers to note, this means one notice but multiple codes of practice.]

The notice was published in the Government Gazette on 18 December 2013 (No. 81), at pages 4798–4844, as GR Notice No. 8 of 2013.

The table sets out the notice as it has read at each stage since it became operative on 1 March 2014.
