How to make yoghurt at home
Fill the Easiyo jar with room temperature water to the marked line. Add the Easiyo sachet. Seal and shake well to combine.
Fill the Easiyo maker with boiling water to the top of the baffle and place the full jar inside the Easiyo maker.
Stand the Easiyo maker at room temperature for 8 hours for the cultures to develop into yoghurt. Remove jar from maker and place in the fridge until chilled.
