My name is Mike Jones, and I'm a barista at Third Rail Coffee right by Washington Square Park in New York City. I'm going to teach you some basic coffee-making skills.
Alright I'm gonna show you how to make a Cafe Mocha. Now all this is, is basically a latte or cappuccino with chocolate in it. So you start off with a high quality cocoa. Something that's not too sweet is nice, but just a little bit of sugar so that the cocoa flavor mixes well with the espresso.
In a cafe environment we would take a lot of this cocoa powder and mix it with hot water and have syrup pre-made. But as far as making one drink its easy to just start off with the powder and add a little bit of hot water in there. And then stir it up to make a syrup. Then I'm actually gonna pull the espresso directly over the chocolate, stir it again and then pour just as if with a cappuccino or a latte. So I'm gonna get the shot ready, and the milk and then we'll pour.
Alright, so we pulled the shot right over the chocolate and we;re just gonna incorporate that together.
And then again, our into the same as with a latte. And we'll do a nice Tulip on this one. Alright, that's a Cafe Mocha.

PERFORMANCES & TOURS:
The Mocha Girls regularly perform at various venues around Manila, and have toured and performed abroad in countries in the Middle East and Asia, as well as in other regions of the Philippines.
Throughout November and into early December 2012, the girls toured and performed shows for the first time in various parts of the US and Canada. A second tour of the US took place in February and March 2013. And Last Nov 2013 Mocha Girls had their first Japan Tour consist of 15 shows.

Dark horse
A dark horse is a little-known person or thing that emerges to prominence, especially in a competition of some sort or a contestant that seems unlikely to succeed.
Origin
The term began as horse racing parlance for a race horse that is not known to gamblers and thus is difficult to place betting odds on.
The earliest-known mention of the concept is in Benjamin Disraeli's novel The Young Duke (1831). Disraeli's protagonist, the Duke of St. James, attends a horse race with a surprise finish: "A dark horse which had never been thought of, and which the careless St. James had never even observed in the list, rushed past the grandstand in sweeping triumph."
In the political arena
The concept has been used in political contexts in such countries as Iran,Philippines,Russia,Egypt, and the United States.
Politically, the concept came to America in the nineteenth century when it was first applied to James K. Polk, a relatively unknown Tennessee politician who won the Democratic Party's 1844 presidential nomination over a host of better-known candidates. Polk won the nomination on the ninth ballot at his party's national nominating convention, and went on to become the country's eleventh president as a result of the presidential election.

Mamma Lottie (Mother) thinks she is still a teenager. Drinks, smokes weed, and loves her some young handsome man. When the love making is over, she writes them a nice fat check. But there's one problem, she doesn't have a dime in her account.

PERFORMANCES & TOURS:
The Mocha Girls regularly perform at various venues around Manila, and have toured and performed abroad in countries in the Middle East and Asia, as well as in other regions of the Philippines.
Throughout November and into early December 2012, the girls toured and performed shows for the first time in various parts of the US and Canada. A second tour of the US took place in February and March 2013. And Last Nov 2013 Mocha Girls had their first Japan Tour consist of 15 shows.

The Mocha Girls are an all-female singing and dancing group from the Philippines. The current line-up consists of members Mocha Uson (the group’s lead vocalist and original member), Mae Dela Cerna (formerly of the EB Babes), Franz Fainsan, Georgina Knight (Half Puerto Rican-Half Filipina), Seika Hashizume (Half Japanese- Half Filipina). Jhane Santiaguel and Pepper Guitierrez (Half Spanish- Half Filipina). The Mocha Girls have released four albums: A Taste of Mocha (2006), Mocha (2007), Deliciosa (2008), and Pinay Ako(2012), and have sold 30,000 album units in the Philippines
PERFORMANCES & TOURS:
The Mocha Girls regularly perform at various venues around Manila, and have toured and performed abroad in countries in the Middle East and Asia, as well as in other regions of the Philippines.
Throughout November and into early December 2012, the girls toured and performed shows for the first time in various parts of the US and Canada. A second tour of the US took place in February and March 2013. And Last Nov 2013 Mocha Girls had their first Japan Tour consist of 15 shows.
