About Lesley Docksey

Lesley lives in rural Dorset and her first love has always been the British environment and wildlife. She has also had a lifelong interest in the ancient history, myths and legends of this land.

Lesley worked for many years in the entertainment business, making historical costume for films and TV, but over the last few years has concentrated much more on her writing.

She has been involved in campaigning against war and for some years was the editor the Abolish War newsletter. At the same time, she also wrote on war and related political issues for international websites such as Global Research.

Lesley is currently focussing on the badger culls, publishing in the Ecologist, Dissident Voice and Global Research. Her work is followed by the wildlife groups and those working to stop the culls.
