A MONTH out from her 30th birthday, reality star Anna Heinrich says she is more confident than ever.

Posing naked for the cover of Women’s Health magazine, Bachelor Tim Robards’ socialite girlfriend said she signed up with the aim of inspiring and empowering other women to love their bodies.

“For me, it’s not what you look like, it’s how you come across,” she said.

“Someone once said I had a positive energy and I’ve held onto that — that’s something I love to hear more than, ‘you look great’. There have been times in my life when I haven’t felt confident, times when I’ve been like, ‘I don’t like that part of my body.’ But I’m turning 30 in December and I’m probably more confident than ever. Every year that I get older I become more confident, I love myself more, I love my body more, and I just hope that everyone can kind of get to that stage.”

Heinrich, who works as a lawyer when not attending events, is one of several women to have posed naked for the magazine that hits stores tomorrow.

Others to strip for the issue include nutritionist and author Lola Berry, TV chef Poh Ling Yeow and model and TV presenter Erin Holland.

Working in the legal field made Heinrich hesitant about getting her clothes off for the shoot.

“I’m a practising lawyer; I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to jeopardise that in any way,” she said. “But I spoke to a lot of people and everyone was really, really positive. I wanted to celebrate the female body, strength and confidence. What better way to do it?”

Heinrich added: “For me it’s not about size, it’s more about whether or not I feel healthy inside. When you do, you just get more out of life. I don’t do anything drastic. I’ve only ever gone on one diet – it was a juice diet; I did it for about a day, I think I was meant to do it for a week or so. I just don’t think you can maintain something like that.”
