They didn't turn up !! Said they had no record of the booking (to my husband who was on site ready to let them in) yet were communicating with me back and forward !!??!!

Extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, on time and affordable. Had the treatment done almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to see any sign of the pests returning - so all in all a good job done.

Very happy with service so far. Spiders and coachroaches were appearing and dying within the hour. Haven't seen any ant activity since? (which was our main problem). So hopefully resolved.

The service provided was good but he opened the back gate in order to go round the back and didn't close it. We have a dog who luckily didn't go down the side of the house to notice the gate open, because otherwise she'd have been gone.

Pest be gone solutions did me a great service. They were very quick to provide a full comprehensive report of my new property before settlement and did this with most speed. I contacted them on the Sunday and a full report was done by Tuesday night in time for my deadline for final inspection. They made it very easy for me and were very quick to complete the work without even having much contact with them personally. This made it an easy process and when the invoice finally came through I was very happy to pay. Thanks again.

Had the house treated for spiders, was happy with the price as I had not had it done before and was expecting to pay more after I was told all that would be done. He sprayed in the roof, all around the outside, the fences, garage, and spot-sprayed inside very thoroughly.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Pest Control has been a past down knowledge and on site experience from my father which has been in the Pest Control industry in Perth for over 25 years. Before I even obtain my Licence number I had invaluable industry knowledge and on site experience I worked with my father for years in the school holidays for years.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Whether your living in a new house with a physical Barrier, or an existing house with a chemical Barrier, Your must have your premises inspected by a professional at least once a year to maintain any warranty to the Australian standards. If you fail to have a regular inspection as recommended by your professional; your warranty is likely to be invalid, and any termite damage will be your responsibility. Ask yourself this question would you drive a $50,000 car without insurance? Then why leave one of your biggest assets unprotected for termites to invade and cause hundred of thousands of $$$ damage! True or False Termites can't eat treated wood! "False" Termites will consume treated timber under certain circumstances. Most treated timbers are not fully treated right through to the center, only treated through to a certain thickness, leaving the center susceptible to termite infestation by the wood being cut, also wood decay past point of treated thickness also an enter point for termites. Moisture is a significant problem in some treated timbers. Termites Won’t Exist or be present when Black Ants Are Around! "False" Some black ants will eat termites; however termites build mud tubes to conceal their presence from sunlight and predators. But often you find termite and black ants nesting in the same tree stump. Are White ants the same as Termite? "True" The term ‘White Ant’ has been used to describe termites as they lack the protective pigment which limits their ability to cope with exposure to sunlight. There is only one type of termite! "False" There are many different species of termites in Australia and around the world with over 2,500 different species being identified. Most termite in Australia are Subterranean termites which require moist environments. To satisfy this need, they usually nest in or near the soil and maintain some connection with the soil through tunnels in wood.

ITS AMAZING WHAT TERMITE CAN DO! couple quick story I always remember being called for a job where the customer discovered a termite mound in his shed the floor of the shed was concrete the termite came up the side and made a big mount over 1M high. built straight through a A frame of the trailer. A asked him when the last time he been in here and he said he used that trailer only a week ago. Just last week a attended a property up for sale in Dalkeith, the purchaser wanted a quote for termite as the house was vacant for 6 months the whole roof and been eaten out. section of the roof had the tile fall through the ceiling.

What do you like most about your job?
What do I like most about pest control? I like that in pest control I see work with many different type of job requirement and environments. one day I'm conducting a Termite Barrier protecting someone house and the next install a Rodent system on a house. Then i might attend a restaurant for a cockroach service to ensure this premises is a safe place to eat.
