  • Hans was excellent, he worked hard and explained what needed to be done quickly. He was cheerful and went above and beyond to make sure my pest problem was sorted out and did not come back.

  • Had a good experience hiring them through oneflare. Got a punctual and value for money service for a pest treatment on a single storey house. Only thing suprising was I had to chase them for a tax invoice upon completion of job to pay the money :-)

  • I called RedKnight to come over and check if there were termites, and if there were, to give a quote to rid of them. He came over to check and found that it was just normal wood rot because of dampness. There were no termites. It was a relief. RedKnight didn't even charge me for it, but advised that I should get an inspection certificate next time for $180. He also quoted to do general pest control for $250 at my property. Friendly service and reasonable price. I'll look him up next time.

  • Very friendly and easy to talk to however canceled the job on the morning of the job which was a firday so i couldnt get anther company out last min and seeing we have a problem whit white tail spiders and 2 toddlers in the house it was of some ergancy to get the spaying done , i also never got a call back to re book

  • Hans turned up a little later than scheduled however was extremely friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Communication with the office was always friendly and informative. The treatment has only just been finished and would imagine within the next couple of months we will have more information regarding the effectiveness. I would recommend this company.

  • We have only just had our home fumigated. So far have not seen any spiders, cockroaches, ants etc so seems to be very effective. I found their service very good and will definitely use them again and will also recommend to anyone who is requiring a pest control service. We had to pay a little more than what was originally quoted due to a serious ant problem in the area.

  • We thought the noises came from possum, Hans came and told us from the droppings he thinks there are rates, so he placed rates poisons, and told us it should be given within a week, and 6 month warrantry.

  • Would not recommend. Technician Originally pulled out mice traps. I asked for something that wouldn't have to be retrieved he suggested baits that would make mice thirsty meaning they would not die in the roof. They died in the roof and are now stinking out the house. i spoke to them earlier today and they advised it would cost me more money to remove them. I also had the indoor/outdoor sprayed for spiders mainly but i have seen the same amount of spiders since they sprayed. my in-laws also used them for millipedes but they haven't noticed a decrease either. They came in cheaper with the quotes but there is a reason for that. I should have stuck with the more expensive guy i had last time. He guaranteed his work and was willing to come back and spray again within the first 3 months if there was still as many spiders. I should have just gone to bunnings and bought mice bait and thrown it up there myself. Thought i was doing the right thing getting it done properly. Not happy:(
