I run a small business. I have worked for a big company and I have seen how much their charge for a small job ripping innocent customer's. I decided to open up my own company to save money to my clients. I'm fully licensed pest controller.
My jobs comes with a 6 months warranty (Depending on how bad the house is infested,)

Ravi from Rap Pest Control was thorough and efficient. He used gel baits and spray throughout the house and dust for the key infested areas. He even lay on the floor and unscrewed the lower section of my oven to vacuum out dead bugs and dust that area. Ravi was also friendly and informative, and readily answered my many questions about cockroaches. When I first moved into the place, I was initially seeing 5-10 cockroaches a day, but after Rap Pest Control came, I haven't seen any for around a week so far. They were also reasonably priced and good value for money.

Ravi was efficient and provided good value for money. In addition to standard service for cockroaches, he dealt with a bee problem on a section of our balcony. I'd recommend Ravi to family and friends. Mark, Parramatta

I couldn't have been happier with the service Ravi from Rap Pest Control gave us. It was easy to contact him to work out the details of the job and the schedule, and when he arrived he was very friendly, professional and seemed very thorough. The price we agreed on was competitive compared to quotes from other companies, and I have no doubt that thanks to Ravi we'll have a cockroach-free summer! I would definitely recommend Rap Pest Control to anyone looking for an affordable, quality service.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
I'm a licensed pest controller. I have previous work experience before I started my own business. I don't charge customers big $$ for small jobs. I believe I should charge someone what I deserve.

How do you normally charge for your service?
I accept cash and I do provide a sale docket for tax purposes. I do take bank transfers in extreme circumstances, but it has to be pre-approved.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
- make sure that the kitchen cabinets are well organised,. (easy to gel and dust) - I can access your fence line for a good spray for spiders - House is clean with nothings thrown on the floor

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
number of children, numbers of bedroom, number of levels, any pest you may have, importantly what is your major concern.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
yes I have insurance for my business. I also provide six months warranty on my job. This mostly depend on how bad your house is infested. I usually discuss this with clients as the location after I have made my assessment.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I love to be on time and if I'm running late I do inform my customers that I'll be late and an estimate time of arrival. I like doing things right the first time. At the end of my job I explain to the customers what work I have done, so that they are aware that their money wasn't wasted.

What questions do customers most commonly ask you and what is your answer?
1: Is the chemical you use is save? I rely, "Yes. Its low toxic but don't go licking it. 2: How long is the warranty for?. I say, " 6 months but it depends on who bad the house is infested."

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy driving to different suburbs, meeting different nationality of people, explaining what my job involves and help people to get rid of the little bugs that we all hate

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
I have recently pest controlled a house in (Badly infested). The owner wasn't home at the time. I took photographs of the cockroaches behind his fridge and sent it to him. He was really shocked to see how badly his house was infested. I had to resprayed and now he has minimize the cockroaches....

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I use to pay my pest controller a lot of money to pest control my house. I thought I will save money if I do it myself. I did the course and here I'm running my small business and saving money for everyone.

I'm a qualified pest controller. Most of my jobs includes getting rid of cockroaches and spiders. I also do bed treatment.
