    Bluewater Pest Management charges the customer on their specific requirements. Our price list is a guide only. Everyone has specific requirements and every home is different including constructiion types. Single storey brick 3bedroom home on a concrete slab is totally different to a two storey 3 bedroom home which is elevated on piers.   • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

    Bluewater Pest Management is fully insured and Licenced to complete all work offered in Pest Management. Every job has a guarantee however these may change depending on the circumstances. There are minimum free periods that we offer on treatments. This is all discussed up front with the customer.

  • What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

    Typically we will ask a customer is they have had any pest problems in recent times. What areas, can they identify the pest or send a photo. We will then ask a series of questions about their home from there we will be able to give a quote. Sometimes depending on the situation we may even visit the home for a free quote*.

  • What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

    I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry with 10 years in the Pest Industry. Various experience in new homes and existing homes. I am a qualified and licenced Pest Manager, i am a qualified Carpenter. Licenced & accredited for Altis Termite Reticulation systems, Xterm Termite Baiting system, Jinhong Termite System.

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

    As i come from the construction industry i saw mainy situations that Termites especially were destroying peoples homes. I decided to specialise in preventative treatments rather than cures. From there i have developed varied experience and still learning every situation is different.

  • What do you like most about your job?

    The thing that i like most is been able to manage peoples pest problem, so that they can enjoy their home life in a healthy environment. In treating the customers home we have also educated them in the reason why they had a problem. This is very satisfying. Happy customers.

  • Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

    at the end of the day its entirely up to the customer as to whom they wish to have treating their home. Bluewater Pest Management will advise the client usually over the phone of their options, warranty and costs. The customer will then make their decision we dont mislead customers, we are honest and this is what brings the referal customers.

  • Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

    We are qualified in all aspects of what we are trained, so all areas are treated as specialised areas. General Pests and Termites are pests so if your competent you are able to deliver a service to your customer. The customer needs to deal with Professional people. Bluewater Pest Management will only commit to protecting araes which they are trained and certified.

    The customer usually asks how long will the treatment last, how much, warranty periods, how long you have been in the industry. The answers are always truthful treatment, depends on the situation. Pricing depends on your situation not your neighbours. Treatments to suit your requirements at a value for money commercial price.

  • What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

    Reliability is the key always communicate with your customer. Treat your custmer with respect the trust will develop its not granted automatically you earn trust and respect.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

    Been competitive is one thing been but pricing is difficult. Each company services a customer differently, as well as their overheads are variable. Price your job to suit the customers problem, value your customer. At the end of the day you sometimes get what you pay for. Pay too little you will pay twice.

  • How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

    Customers can sometimes save money but sometimes some things are unavoidable or unknown. The biggest way to save money in Pest Managent of your property is trust you Manager and follow ther guidance. It will vary there are no exact 3 tips your problem is different slightly to the next or last customer. Each job will probably have numerous options to save money in time. Get everything in writing, make sure they are licensed and insured. Most important that they are acreditted to perform that task.

    It is important to understand your treatment and be fully aware of your warranty periods including exclusions. All our treatments have service warranty periods.
