A motorcyclist has died in a single vehicle crash on Tidbinbilla Road, west of Canberra, on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted to the crash near Paddys River shortly before midday, however the man died at the scene.
The road remained blocked off at 3.30pm from Point Hut Road to the Tidbinbilla Ring Road. Those heading towards Tidbinbilla Road from Corin Road could only turn left on Tidbinbilla Road and were forced to head into Canberra via Stromlo.
No other details are known about the man at this stage. His death brings the ACT's road toll to 10.
ACT Policing's crash investigation team attended the crash site and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
