This was a very easy and simple recipe to make. I was a little confuse with instruction regarding the orange so I agreed with the previous comment regarding an extra orange it was easier and less fiddly. The taste wasn't extraordinary however it would be a great side dish for a roast or a fish dish. I added freekeh to the dish because I didn't have sufficient amount of cous cous.

Very family friendly and easy. I would recommend that you have an extra orange or a jug of orange juice on hand to get the juice needed for the dressing. There was absolutely no way that I could get 1/4 cup of juice from the membranes of the segmented orange as suggested in the recipe. That must have been one very juicy orange that they used!
