This edition of Iran takes us to Ramsar, a unique city surrounded by sea, mountains and lush plains in the northern part of Iran.
The city, located in the northern province of Gilan, is a tourist attraction and visited every week by the lovers of the Mother Nature.
The show also moves to the streets of Iran’s capital, Tehran, where a puppet festival is underway attended by many enthusiasts.
The third segment of the show is a cultural tour of Malek Library and Museum, an old center hosting invaluable books and artifacts.

When it comes to Tehran, it's impossible to avoid politics and easy to overlook the Iranian city's thriving culinary scene. In our first installment of The MUNCHIES Guide to Tehran, our host Gelareh Kiazand introduces us to the bustling street food offerings in the city.
We begin our journey at the capital city's Grand Bazaar, since that's where commodities first arrive. Gelareh beelines for the market's food stands, where she samples dried fruits and nuts while waiting out the line at Moslem Restaurant, frequented by up to 5,000 kebab connoisseurs daily—well worth it for her favorite tah chin. At the more modest and bygone Tajrish Bazaar, she's the proverbial kid in a candy store, wading through copper and carpet vendors in search of sweet snacks, such as grape molasses and lavasak (fruit leather).

برای نخستین بار تصاویری از یکی از پایگاه های موشکی سپاه پاسداران در اعماق ۵۰۰ متری زمین و در دل کوه منتشر شد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از صداوسیما، سردار امیرعلی حاجی زاده فرمانده نیروی هوافضای سپاه گفت: پایگاههای زیرزمینی موشکهای دور برد جمهوری اسلامی ایران در همه استانها و شهرهای این مرز و بوم مستقر و آماده هستند و در اعماق ۵۰۰ متر زیر کوههای بلند قرار دارند.
وی که برای نخستین بار فقط به رسانه ملی اجازه تصویربرداری از یکی از پایگاههای موشکی در دل کوه را داد، افزود: موشکها در بردهای مختلف در همه پایگاهها بر روی پرتابگر (لانچر) سوار، آماده پرتاب و دستها بر روی ماشه است و فقط منتظر دستور فرمانده معظم کل قوا هستیم.

When it comes to Tehran, it's impossible to avoid politics and easy to overlook the Iranian city's thriving culinary scene. In our first installment of The MUNCHIES Guide to Tehran, our host Gelareh Kiazand introduces us to the bustling street food offerings in the city.
We begin our journey at the capital city's Grand Bazaar, since that's where commodities first arrive. Gelareh beelines for the market's food stands, where she samples dried fruits and nuts while waiting out the line at Moslem Restaurant, frequented by up to 5,000 kebab connoisseurs daily—well worth it for her favorite tah chin. At the more modest and bygone Tajrish Bazaar, she's the proverbial kid in a candy store, wading through copper and carpet vendors in search of sweet snacks, such as grape molasses and lavasak (fruit leather).

برای نخستین بار تصاویری از یکی از پایگاه های موشکی سپاه پاسداران در اعماق ۵۰۰ متری زمین و در دل کوه منتشر شد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از صداوسیما، سردار امیرعلی حاجی زاده فرمانده نیروی هوافضای سپاه گفت: پایگاههای زیرزمینی موشکهای دور برد جمهوری اسلامی ایران در همه استانها و شهرهای این مرز و بوم مستقر و آماده هستند و در اعماق ۵۰۰ متر زیر کوههای بلند قرار دارند.
وی که برای نخستین بار فقط به رسانه ملی اجازه تصویربرداری از یکی از پایگاههای موشکی در دل کوه را داد، افزود: موشکها در بردهای مختلف در همه پایگاهها بر روی پرتابگر (لانچر) سوار، آماده پرتاب و دستها بر روی ماشه است و فقط منتظر دستور فرمانده معظم کل قوا هستیم.

Persepolis is situated 70 km northeast of city of Shiraz in Fars Province in Iran. The earliest remains of Persepolis date back to 515 BCE. It exemplifies the Achaemenid style of architecture. Founded by Mohammed Aga Khan it is a vibrant place that ranks among the most densely populated cities on Earth. Its biggest transformation in its recent history was due to religious leader, Ayatollah Khomeyni, who in 1979 established the Iranian Republic, a theocracy within the teachings of the Koran. The Saad-Abad Palace complex was the first summer residence of the Qadjarian kings. Following several extensions, from the 1920’s eighteen palaces were used by Reza Shah Pahlevi and his family. The city of Kashan prospered under the Safavid, Shah Abbas The First, who designed the Bagh-E-Fin Garden according to a model of a Persian paradise garden. Outside the city, the settlement mound of Tepe Sialk uncovered finds that can be traced back to the seventh millennium B.C. At the time of Shah Abbas, Kashan was fortified with a double city wall that contained more than six thousand buildings, plus forty mosques and three Koran schools. The Koran Gate leads to the city of Shiraz, a city of love, roses and poetry. Famous Persian poets once lived here and created works of great beauty. Today their mausoleums are visited with much reverence, such as the Hafiz Tomb. For fifty eight years, Ionic stonemasons, Babylonian brick makers, Median and Egyptian goldsmiths, worked in Persepolis, they created what was an indelible symbol of the Achaemenid Empire. The highest level contained the royal residences with living rooms, a fire temple and harem. Iran is still a land of desert, palaces and mosques, a country that is timeless, captivating and historic.
