Even though James Packer and Mariah Carey were never married, they are in deep discussions regarding the terms of their settlement. She wants him to buy her a Los Angeles mansion and hand over $50,000,000 because she uprooted her life from New York to be out west.
Mariah Carey, James Packer agreed to a ‘$65 million prenup deal but it was never signed’
MARIAH Carey has reportedly demanded $US50 million ($AU65 million) from estranged fiance James Packer, the amount they agreed on in their unsigned prenuptial agreement.
TMZ reports it has seen emails from February detailing the former couple’s prenup negotiations, including that Carey would have received millions if she split from the Australian billionaire.
The agreement contained a clause that would require the 46-year-old pop star to return any gift bought by Packer if they split, unless he signed a note saying it was a gift, according to TMZ.

The entertainment website reports the pair wanted the 100-page document signed by March 1 this year so they could wed in Bora Bora.
When Packer was told there were delays with the agreement, he reportedly fired off a terse email.
“I don’t know who’s working for who because there are a lot of names I haven’t heard before on this email chain. The people who work for me — message — do as I say or f--k off. I want to get married on March 1st. James,” he wrote, according to the gossip site.
The news comes as Carey officially divorced Nick Cannon after six years of marriage.
Cannon, host of America’s Got Talent, originally filed for divorce in January 2015, but it became official overnight.
Extra’sAJ Calloway caught up with Nick Cannon at the show’s H&M studios in Times Square, where he commented on ex-wife Carey’s split from Packer.
When asked if he has spoken to her since the news of her breakup with Packer, Cannon said, “Yea. It’s all love. You know how that is. I think the media comes up with all this speculation and stuff, but everybody is keeping it moving… that’s what it’s all about.”
Exactly what that means is anyone’s guess.
It comes after love notes sent by Packer to Carey as late as last month emerged, where the billionaire affectionately called her “MCP” — Mariah Carey Packer. Awwww.
According to TMZ, in one email Packer declared his love for Carey. He added that he was keen to tie the knot with her “forever”.
He even called her his “soulmate”.
The email subject line also read “Will U marry me soon MCP pls-:))))).”

The emails come after numerous rumours have emerged about why the A-list couple had a fight in Greece and suddenly ended their relationship.
TMZ reported Packer allegedly did “something really bad” that involved Carey’s assistant and there are other allegations about his behaviour.
Carey’s camp released a statement saying: “Mariah Carey and James Packer had a fight in Greece. They have not seen each other since,” the statement read.
“The fight was not because of cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah. James is one of the most successful businessmen in the world,” it continued.
“They are trying to work it out but right now they are not sure if they will stay together. They are discussing it and plan to release a statement about their future.”
Other reports say sources close to the songstress say she is blaming her breakup with Packer on Scientology influences.
The New York Post reports those sources say she believes Packer’s business manager Tommy Davis, a former Church of Scientology spokesman, poisoned their relationship.
Insiders in Carey’s camp claim Davis took control of Packer’s finances, and even allege he has put the billionaire on a detoxification program known at the church as a “Purification Rundown” and ordered Packer to “disconnect” from the diva.
Sources close to Packer strongly deny this and say his split with Carey was due to her excessive spending and the drama surrounding her as she films a reality show for E!
Earlier reports suggested that Carey was allegedly caught cheating with Bryan Tanaka, Carey’s Brazilian choreographer and backup dancer.
Since the split with Packer, Carey has been spotted out with him. But Tanaka has denied the cheating allegations.
Packer has not commented on the split since the news made world headlines.
