Nemesis Project: Bomb threat against a military residential village in Santiago by Insurrectional Column ‘Wrath and Plot’ – FAI/FRI (Chile)

Tuesday, December 6th, 2016

“The big city also has a massive concentration of attack targets. (…) A few combatants can put large contingents of enemy forces in check by means of appropriate actions, the guerrilla must make it very clear that their attacks are directed in principle against all institutions of the enemy class, against all administrative positions, police and trustees but also against senior officials of these institutions, against judges, directors etc; Making it very clear that the war will bring them to the residential quarters of the rulers. (…) It uses surprise as a weapon and it the one that determines the time and location of operations.”

The Modern Capitalist State and the Strategy of Armed Struggle / RAF.

The ideas and practices antagonistic to capital and the state have been a headache for the bourgeois order since it penetrated strongly into Chilean territory centuries ago generating diverse reactions executed by the armed apparatuses of the state whether in dictatorship or democracy.

During the 60s the OPV took power while in the 1970s the various armed Marxist groups were formed to combat the established power of their respective epoch. While the OPP fought during Allende’s rule, the MIR, FPMR and Mapu Lautaro fought against the military dictatorship, becoming part of the war against domination and against the state.

During the democratic transition these organization felt the offensive blow of the state and dismantled, however some of their fighters decided not to surrender.

During the 90s resurgent new currents of autonomy and horizontality emerged from the reduced anti-capitalist expression and came to public attention, mainly via demonstrations and street violence. From anonymity, sabotage with explosive devices against different targets of state and capital began to resonate and it was in the following decade when these actions led to anarchy being placed under the watchful eye of police intelligence.

The living expression of this new stage of anti-capitalism began to solidify the new autonomous and libertarian subversion in Chilean territory.

In the minds of agents of power there was no possibility that in the midst of democracy that there were individuals willing to violate and disrupt social peace and capitalist production. Bombings, street fighting, long days of protest accompanied by strong attacks against the police, sabotage, destructive fire and propaganda of insurrectionist ideas via multiform methods began to be part of the new diverse and decentralized praxis without command nor leadership of the anti-capitalist expression, the praxis of the insurrectionary anarchist struggle.

Over time, the state began to restructure itself, armed to the teeth, making its vigilance constant and abundant and introducing its discourse in society under the protection of its ever-faithful friend: the press. Simultaneously, modifications made jail an effective punishment for those who stray from the imposed normality, physical and mental annihilation under tons of concrete, and if possible murdered, this being the ultimate for of punishment for the subversives.

Using these tactics the state classified the subversive struggle as delinquency. For those of us who make it our lives this has no relevance because the vindication of revolutionary honor will always contradict their ‘truths’. However we need to understand that this qualifier aims at the prevalence of the interests of the powerful. Therein lies the aim of the insurrectional attack, to strike and to disrupt the power until they are unable to control its disgusting order.

In this way under the prism of the ideas and events exposed we have returned generating a series of actions which have not ceased, and we continue. Today we claim as part of our project: Bullets sent to the parish priest of the Church of the Sacrament in March, robberies in universities for political means in July, the placing of an incendiary device on a Transantiago bus (without passengers) in August. All these actions were claimed by the Death Brigade, Illegalist Band Sebastían O. Seguel and the Hermina Concha Nuclei of Attack, allied to the FAI-FRI are now part of the Antagonistic Nuclei of the New Urban Guerrilla.

On December 2nd, we left a fake explosive device inside the West Military Village located at Av. Pajaritos, Central Station, Santiago, Chile.

Our device consisted of a fire extinguisher with a cell phone wired to it to resemble a remote control (see photo). As we have already noted, the non-placement of an actual explosive device was a political decision. Because although despicable being who deserve to die live in this place there are also workers here day and night who are not our targets.

For this same reason we used fake devices at the Plaza Alameda Mall and on a Transantiago bus (with passengers) in December 2015. It contrast to this was the explosive device we left at the Gendarmerie Reinsertion Center in February of this year which was composed of 1kg of ANFO that was strategically placed next to a gas cylinder.

Now, returning to the morning of December 2nd: This hostile action where the military and police live was designed to demoralize the historical enemy of the revolutionaries. An enemy we will fight with all of our weapons and our forces. From our position we warn those of power: today was a simulation but we have weapons and explosives and we will not hesitate to use them when we decide on the day, time and place to strike.

From now on we warn you: disgusting military, tread with care: Maria Riquelme (Block 4, Apt. 12), Iván Pinto (Block 11, Apt. 24), Luis Orellana (Block 11, Apt. 1123), Oscar Moya (Block 11, Apt. 1124), Sergio Martínez (Block 11, Apt. 1142). Your peace and quiet is over. Today we chose randomly, anybody could be here, with caution we observed them.

Finally it is necessary to send a combative greeting and a sign of complicity to the comrades of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire (in prison and on the street) in Greece. With this action we wish to humbly contribute to the initiative of the Nemesis Project. We hope that this proposal resonates with every revolutionary and is materialized via concrete actions throughout the world.

Neither do we forget our brother in prison. Marcelo Villarroel, Freddy Fuentevilla and Juan Aliste, nine years since the manhunt began against them. We do not forget how the extinct torturer Alendro Bernales gave his message between the lines via the press: “They walk with death”. Neither do we forget the extensive legal process they had to face in a case initiated by the Military Justice which was eventually transferred to Civil Justice by the Military Prosecutor Roberto Reveco. A transfer which resulted in no major change in the predominant desire of power for huge sentences. Even so our brothers remained staunch and immovable, dignified and ungovernable. To you our solidarity.

We also wish to send a symbolic internationalist greeting to the autonomous guerrilla women who give life to the Revolution in Rojava in the Middle East. Women who practise ideas antagonistic to capital, state and patriarchy in the midst of an ongoing military conflict against bastard police and soldiers opposed to freedom and autonomy.

Finally we remember our brother and partner Sebastián Oversluij Seguel, 3 years since his death in an attempted bank robbery on December 11th, 2013 in the commune of Pudahuel, Santiago, Chile. Murdered by the hands of the vigilante William Vera, a military man with a lengthy resume, an assassin of capital with experience in military conflicts overseas.

For all this and more: Attack the Military Corps!
Hostility is fully justified!
War on the enemy in your territory!
Everything continues..We will be back!

(more…)

Letter from imprisoned comrades Juan Aliste, Marcelo Villarroel & Freddy Fuentevilla in solidarity with Monica & Francisco (Chile, Spain)

Tuesday, March 1st, 2016

In active solidarity with our comrades Francisco Solar and Monica Caballero, anarchist prisoners in Spanish state jails.

From the high security prison of Santiago, Chile, we make an international call for active solidarity with Francisco and Monica, who soon will face the legal farce of the Spanish State. They are accused of being part of Insurreccional Commando Mateo Morral who have claimed responsibility for two explosive attacks on historic symbols [1, 2] of the Spanish Catholic church in the course of the year 2013.

On the next 8, 9 and 10 March, the trial in the National Court in Madrid is determined to perform an exemplary punishment on the lives of our comrades.

With rants and cockiness the judiciary orders more than 40 years in prison for various charges as the servile Chilean State celebrates and rejoices the omen of a long sentence hanging over these dear fellow anti-authoritarians. (more…)

Responsibility claim for the burning of police vehicles in Keynsham by 'Uncivil Disobedients / FAI' (UK)

Saturday, September 6th, 2014

From the midst of the terror-fervor, the advance of the surveillance state, and display of force by the law.

This is to report incendiary action bringing life to our hatred for the police, inkeeping with our wider effort for the eradication of authority and it’s civilisation and with not a step back before repression which fails to inhibit us…

It took place in Keynsham (on 3rd September) at the police-station where a fleet of support group vans and other marked force vehicles are kept close to the ring-road which skirts Bristol. We rigged all three mobile-CCTV vans at their charging station inside the perimeter to the side of the cop-den with short fuses, then more fuel in containers was primed to incinerate an extra riot squad minibus parked to the front after we’d left the area. When the fires were detected, the riot bus and at least one of the camera vans were already burnt. According to the media an individual was arrested shortly after, who they are probably even now dimly realising they have no evidence to charge because we alone are responsible for the blaze under their snouts.

The police-station is situated close to the massive Keynsham Police Centre due to now open which is also to assimilate the functions of the old Bath and Radstock stations as part of a newly-constructed series of the force’s multi-purpose detention suites, crime investigation centres, an operations base and the tri-force firearms facility which was burned down by the hands of anarchists one year ago.

Letter of “Security Case” comrades, Freddy, Juan, Marcelo and Carlos – About their refusal to assist at their sentence reading trial, and a call for insurrection (Chile)

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014

Translated by Sin Banderas Ni Fronteras

[Note from Sin Banderas Ni Fronteras: comrades Freddy, Juan and Marcelo were declared guilty by the enemy’s justice in a trial that ended on June 06.
The sentence reading against Freddy, Juan & Marcelo will take place on July 03, for the accusation of a bank robbery and a police murder that happened near the “Security Bank” on 2007. After years of clandestinity, the comrades have been imprisoned about six years in preventive prison. Comrade Carlos was captured later, and power inserts him in a different trial. These comrades were members of Marxist urban guerrilla groups that did not stop armed struggle when democracy returned in Chile (1990). Now, they declare themselves as autonomous and libertarian anti-capitalist.]

With Entirety and Conviction

Here we go with revolutionary fortitude that will not fit into a paper, with Libertarian Skin and conviction, entirely in the direct confrontation with the capitalist state and its machinery of subjection. We don’t deny our ties, and memory is present in a continuum of struggle and resistance. Today, democratic inquisition justice with its journalistic carrion, will celebrate publicly announcing their sentences, pretending to perpetuate our lives in prison. In this present confrontational war against power, it is important to mention that we are one more part of those who fight. We are the visible result of a a consciousness development that resists and refuses to live under the designs of Kapital, God of subjection, of domination and all its authoritarian network seeking to annul the dreams, desires and needs of Total Freedom.

Conscience calls to us, the fight is our life as autonomous subversives, therefore we salute to all comrades by the daily practices of solidarity against prisons. With the same intensity we make the call for this July 02, 2014, when the Democratic Inquisition justice will sentence us, to show our anger and repudiation to everything that smells like Power and its imposed order.

Let this day be one more excuse for more subversion, let every street and corner become a fertile stage for action, from individual to collective, from simple to complex. Every real gesture is provided with Entirety when it points accurately towards Power.

We notify to all of our every dear brothers and comrades, families and close ones … We will not assist at our sentence reading… This part of the show, of the theater/circus, does not interest us in a definitive way. And we convocate to everyone to demonstrate autonomously in each space and place we found propitious for it.

A revolutionary, Libertarian embrace of complicity, with all our affection for those who fight.

Prisoners to the streets: Street for insurrection!
No State, Judge or Police can stop subversion!
Only the struggle makes us Free!
While Misery exists, there will be Rebellion!

Phoenix Project #12 : ICR – FAI/IRF take responsibility for arson barrage in solidarity with Adriano Antonacci, Gianluca Iacovacci, other worldwide anarchist prisoners and the combative memory of Sebastian O. Seguel (Indonesia)

Friday, May 16th, 2014

Phoenix Project #12 [previous acts here.]

“Our words, carve today like a blade and our actions burn the bridges with yesterday… With tenacity and will, until we murder authority.”

Conspiracy of Cells of Fire: Prisoners Cell, Andreas Tsavdaridis and Sypros Mandylas, (Letter to Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai)

The declarations of war against authority won’t stop with one single action nor one single letter of publication. It is a totality of our lives, each one of us, who stands here as egoists under the name of International Conspiracy for Revenge (ICR) as part of the Informal Anarchist Federation/International Revolutionary Front. We won’t step back, even if we are isolated or deserted by the other “revolutionary anarchists” who devoted themselves to the dreams of society, those who let their own values as anarchists be imposed wholly by reformism, negotiation and conformity. We are out of their league and we won’t play their game. We have our own, one of violence and direct action. With nihilist comradeship through fire and fists to our comrades locked behind bars everywhere, in Europe, in South America and Mexico. Our comradeship also goes to those anonymous comrades who went underground to carry on a constant confrontation with Power.

Recent Situation Concerning the General Election in Indonesia

Since the first New Year fireworks started, all forms of oppression revelled in the curiosity and impatience before the general election (both the parliamentary election and the presidential election). We saw how the oppressors and the oppressed were walking hand-in-hand to celebrate what they call: The time of new hope for a better change. They printed the faces of those who are running for parliament and others are debating what should they do to contribute to make democracy better than they have it nowadays. Mass and social media all filled with empty words and the camouflage of how the general election will bring the oppressed to gain their freedom. And that is definitely right, because Indonesians will have the chance to choose who will be their oppressors for the next five years.

We are not even surprised when we found out that those who claimed themselves as anti-authoritarians were also merely trapped into the logic of giving your voice during an election or abstaining.

They producing memes, producing posters, shouting it out, organizing people, just not to vote. To say no to voting boxes, to say no to the parliaments candidates; they say no to the parties, they say no to every infrastructure of the voting system, but forget one important thing. To say no to the boundaries that kept them away from real freedom. They wish a different result by trying the similar way as used by Power. And how it can lead you to freedom? A question that doesn’t need an answer, since it is useless to question the choices of these people.

Anarchism is dead. And these people are the ones who proudly carry the coffin of their so-called ideology: Anarchism. An ideology of the weak and cowardly who called us “obsessed with violence” to cover up their fear. They are afraid to arm themselves and walk alone into battle, a long battle without end or goal.

And how different are we from these mobs?
We performed our disagreement with both those mobs by burning down two offices of the general election committee located in Donggala, Central Sulawesi on 16th April. We won’t stay away and let our enemy play around with their party of democracy. We directly sent our anger and transformed it into fire. We are not abstaining in this war. We attack.

We are not those anarchists who went to voting spots and painted slogans and chants on the ballot boxes. We won’t smear our values by letting our finger be painted with purple ink, a sign used by the authorities to identify who voted and those who did not. We won’t let one single inch in our body be polluted by our enemy. On the contrary, we attacked them without compromise.

On another chance, we sabotaged two cars (28th April) which were planned to transfer the ballots from South East Minahasa district to the capital city of province, Manado. We hit them not only to cause delay, but for our further action, which we cancelled because of an intervention by some “good citizens”. Next time, we will hit those who prevent us from our actions. With violence, of course.

Abstaining by not giving our voices is not enough for us. We want to bring this confrontation to be more wild than mere words or posters. We want to speak through fire, as we mentioned in one of our communiques before. But we don’t invite anyone to join us. We are not interested to have new members. We are not a party nor an anarchist collective. We are an armed group of the tendency of violence. To attack, and not to open a dialogue with our enemies.

Solidarity and Fire

During our campaign, we targeted some important spots which were never targeted before. We are expanding our targets by adding some more variety to them. On 19th April, for example, we burnt down the branch of the national electric office in Madiun, East Java. This action is part of our campaign to hit the vital spots of the enemy. By causing as much damage as we can. Causing terror as wide as we can. We set the fire early morning 3.00am, and let the flames do the rest. Awakening people in the morning with fire is our way to show our sarcasm to the workers who need to get up in the early morning for eight hours of slavery.

We chose this target as our way to send a message to Adriano Antonacci and Gianluca Iacovacci. Both are Italian comrades arrested and accused for several actions claimed by Anti-Civilization Subversive Individualities FAI/IRF. And our fire is specifically dedicated to two of them, to share our thoughts and dreams, our values and solidarity and to let both of them know that they are in our hearts. We will never forget comrades who are captured by the enemy.
And revenge is the only way to reply to this repression.

We continued our campaign by putting a similar incendiary device in the national electric company located in Semarang, Central Java, in early morning 23rd April, which failed to ignite. In fact, we swarmed over the security guard that came by when we were sneaking into the office. He is lucky we decided to let him down and not put an end to his life.

It’s not a mercy from us, but merely a warning that we are not playground kids who are playing around with fire. If one steps before our path, we won’t regret to help you to meet your end. All snoopers or wannabe good-citizens are part of the enemy for us. And please take it serious and do not say that we never warned you beforehand.

In the early part of this month, we continued our campaign by attacking another three power plants in three different places. One in Ternate (5th May), North Maluku and another two in Ambon (8th May), Maluku. We would like the enemy to know that all the regions are not safe and we will attack more and more next time.

All these actions are dedicated to our beloved comrades, Conspiracy of Cells of Fire; Prisoners Cell, Andreas Tsavdaridis – Spyros Mandylas, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, Marco Camenisch, Monica Caballero, Fransisco Solar, Tamara Sol Vergara, Fredy Fuentevilla – Marcelo Villarroel – Juan Aliste Vega, Hans Niemeyer, Alvonso Alvial – Hermez Gonzales, Alfredo Cospito – Nicola Gai, Giannis Mihailidis, Grigoris Sarafoudis, Andreas-Dimitris Bourzoukos, Alexandros Mitrousias, Dimitris Politis, Fivos Harisis, Tasos Theofilou, Argiris Dalios, Giorgos Karagiannidis, Babis Tsilianidis, Giannis Naxakis, Nikos Romanos.

And to remember our brother, Sebastian O. Seguel, who fell in the battle against the enemy in Chile. These acts of revenge are for you, brother.

Through these actions, we want to re-call our comrades of FAI-IRF to once again strike and re-launch the Phoenix Project. This time, harder than before. We want to call all active cells of FAI/IRF to once again go to reinforce the war, this time until the end.

Violence of war against the existent

Barclays bank firebombed in Bristol – statement and reflection by a FAI group (UK)

Monday, September 2nd, 2013

Censored by the reactionary civil servants who administer Bristol IMC:

The full weight of our entrapment in within this society presses down on us unbearably. Un-named grief, frustration, loneliness and insecurity are the stories of our lives for the most part, stretching back generations. Like money talks loudest and silences all other principles, like concrete and tarmac isolate us from the rest of the planet as it sickens, and like the dominant culture casts humans as robots to work-consume-reproduce-obey… we are physically and emotionally smothered every day by a cheapened, artificial existence keeping us far from our dreams outside the mould.

Awakening anger pierces the fog of confusion from our alienated condition, seeking out worthy targets for the rage. Any notion of truce with the ruling institutions aiming at reform only conforms to the disarmed roles they would coerce us into. Immediate insurrection seems vital. We raise our masks and step out into the night to speak through a language as old as Domination: sabotage and conspiracy. (more…)

Brief Message To The Enemies (Phoenix Project part 5)

[Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4]

We will not talk about “unfair prosecutions”, about “the climate of terror against those who fight”, nor about the “new totalitarian-ism” and things like that. That’s because we know that none of these is new. These are simply snapshots of the ancient war between two incompatible words: on the one side lies the disgusting world of the Authority, of the submissive crowd and of the social cesspit and on the other side, the anarchist insurgents, the insubordinate fighters of the Negative, those who do not bow down to nobody. We will neither talk about the others. The ones who these days feel secretly happy and relieved. Now it’s not the time nor the place to do so. They should bear in mind, however, that the time will come to talk about these things. –
Freedom To The Wolves of The North

When we said “nothing is over”, it’s not only just words. Our threats will turn into action, time by time, every second we get the chance. And every time, we will bring our actions closer to your face. Directly in front of your guns, uniforms and prison – repressive tools that are often used to kidnap our revolutionary comrades. We will never let you sleep well, because our war is not over yet. (more…)
