'Forever Guilty' -Text by Panagiotis Argirou on the trial for the 250 attacks of the CCF / FAI-IRF (Greece)

FOREVER GUILTY.

The trials of anarchist prisoners who chose to give a violent form to their ideas and values, who chose to associate with fire, explosives and bullets their hatred towards Power, is another instance of a war between the Anarchist Revolt and the world of Sovereignty. That’s why, reaching the end of such a trial, the third one in a row I have to face due to my action as a member of the anarchist group of direct action Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, I feel the need for my words to meet again with every anarchist comrade outside the walls.

Since September 2009 when I made the leap towards illegal freedom while being wanted, choosing to continue anarchist action through taking part in the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire until now, it’s been six years. Six years, five of which have run through the concrete time and space and the suffocating reality of captivity. About 1825 days walking endless kilometers in circles under a piece of sky carved with barbed wire thorns. About 1825 days locked before sundown.

Five years away from wandering in the wild streets of anarchist action, away from those beautiful moments where attack shatters regularity. Five years where the appearance of comrades, friendly and loved ones is being reflected in the windows of predetermined visiting hours and days, completing a puzzle of faded portraits of so many people who have a living reason to cross the threshold of the prison hoping in “sometime together again”.

Yet in these five years there has not been a single moment when I looked back doubting whether it was worth it. Because the value and the beauty of anarchist revolt cannot be replaced by the cold mathematics of court sentences.

In these five years of continuous prosecutions, the decades of penalties imposed on me, the courts to add on more decades, more years, more exiled days in this armored Neverland, I still remain proud of my choices and for joining the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and its overall action, which undergoes your trials again and again constantly repeating the same and the same charges :

Terrorist, terrorist, terrorist…

THUS, THAT’S THE WAY IT GOES IF YOU THINK SO.

For your own rotten civilization
For the poisoned ideals and values that you represent
For the brutality and horror on which you step building your careers

I WILL ALWAYS BE A TERRORIST

Because although being captive my heart is wherever anarchist Conspiracies are being concocted against the culture of Power, next to those who burn flatness, next to those who incite in any way the constant anarchist insurrection and next to those who live at the limits through the attack on sovereignty and for that reason

I WILL ALWAYS BE GUILTY

As for the overall action of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, I’m a living part of it just like it is my own living part. However, this concerns only me and my comrades and in no way am I willing to assist the judicial authorities in their work. But all judges who have actively assisted in the war against Anarchist Insurrection should have in mind that responsibilities never retire and will always go after them.

And I know from history that always throughout the years there are consciousnesses who choose to walk in the trails of anarchist revolt and to arm their desires. To all those comrades who perhaps are already moving in the shadows or perhaps move there in the future, I have to say that if I occasionally feel some moments of freedom it is through the anarchist attacks which remind me that the Constant Anarchist Rebellion is being continued.

So I feel proud that even now, after five years of captivity and multiple more years hanging over me I can still yell through the cracks of your, reinforced with double concrete layers and triple rows of barbed wire, walls:

NOT A SINGLE MILLIMETER BACK
9MM TO THE HEADS OF THE JUDGES

Civitavecchia: FAI / FRI communique for the explosive attack on the court (Italy)

Sunday, February 7th, 2016

My heart abhors and defies
The powerful of the earth,
My arm makes war on the cowardly oppressor
(Rebel Love – Pietro Gori)

We are living in a state of permanent global war, the perpetual war between oppressors, we know it and we know the main and secondary characters of dominion. Above all the oppressed know it, those who suffer arbitrary power over their lives.

Right now we are witnessing the passage of tanks and military in the streets of the rich and opulent West, the increase in controls and garrisons in defence of the order of commerce and consumption, the militarization of the territory.

Changes that strike even the most dormant minds, but which the strategy of global control will try to make us digest.

Among the exploited, gentlemen, there are two classes of individuals. Those of one class, not realizing what they are and what they might be, take life as it comes, believe that they are born to be slaves, and content themselves with the little that is given them in exchange for their labour. But there are others, on the contrary, who think, who study, and who, looking about them, discover social iniquities. (Auguste Vaillant)

We are not so short-sighted as to believe that this global war has such clear and sharp sides. Just as we recognize the enemies of freedom, we cannot bear the resignation and tolerance of those who are willing to give a piece of their lives every day. That is why we don’t delude ourselves that we are working for any revolution, we see clearly that the only anarchy realisable is what we experience when we finally free ourselves of every burden and decide to attack power. An experience that we feel we share with comrades around the world participating in the project of spreading the F.A.I / F.R.I. anarchist seed.

Tonight we planted this seed in the form of an explosive device placed in one of the key locations of State repression dispersed throughout the territory: the court of Civitavecchia. We decided to take our freedom ourselves. We have sharpened tools, analysed tactics, because we thirst for anarchy, and we are impatient.

Courts and prisons are simply outposts of dominion; places that are not just symbolic, but physical, where the State and the authorities stamp those who do not conform to the dictates of global control with the brand of condemnation, guilt, imprisonment and exclusion.

While holy doors are opening wide to spread miserable feelings such as mercy and compassion, we are breaking down ideological and real walls to allow the real hatred that motivates us to be reconciled with the love of a free life. Today we acted convinced that we don’t want to carry the experiences of the comrades we have lost, like those who are locked up or on the run, in some antrum of our heart, but to free them, leaving them to arm our hands, warm our flesh.

That is why our greeting goes to the comrades and prisoners who with their non-submission contribute to the spreading of joyful conscious subversion.

FREEDOM TO THE ANARCHIST PRISONERS ALL OVER THE WORLD!
FIRE TO THE PRISONS !! BLACK POWDER TO THE COURTS !!!
LONG LIVE THE F.A.I / F.R.I.

Athens: CCF escape case trial set for February 15th 2016 (Greece)

Tuesday, January 12th, 2016

February 15th: Trial date for the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire escape plan – Prosecution against relatives of political prisoners

The trial concerning the plan of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire comrades to escape from Koridallos prisons has been set for February 15th. A total of 28 people are accused in this trial. Conspiracy of Cells of Fire comrades have taken responsibility for the escape plan from the outset, defending their choice as a means to continue anarchist struggle.

However, this time the judicial mafia has experimented on our comrades by applying an insidious and vengeful blackmail against them.

In addition to making the heaviest possible indictment against several of the accused, whose relation with Conspiracy of Cells of Fire members was solely limited to friendly contacts, they’ve prepared new guillotines.

The inquisitor Eftichis Nikopoulos (special appellate judge against terrorism) and the judicial councils that followed, have also put forward for trial relatives of political prisoners: Athena Tsakalou (the mother of CCF members Gerasimos Tsakalos and Christos Tsakalos), Evi Statiri (the partner of Gerasimos), and Christos Polidoros (the brother of CCF member Giorgos Polidoros), on charges of “membership in the terrorist organisation Conspiracy of Cells of Fire”!!!

Athena Tsakalou and Evi Statiri were originally remanded in March 2015, and then broke out of captivity.

Athena was released a month after her arrest, following the hunger strike of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire members and anarchist comrade Angeliki Spyropoulou. Six months later, Evi was also released from prison, following the hunger strike undertaken by her and her partner Gerasimos Tsakalos.

During the two hunger strikes, a multifaceted movement developed against the judicial coup, expressing solidarity by means of gatherings, banner drops, occupation of buildings, acts of sabotage and incendiary attacks…

Nevertheless, after the release of Athena and Evi, the solidarity movement gained half a victory.

Judge-executioners “granted” them a crippled freedom. Athena was exiled to Salamis Island, and Evi is restricted to one kilometer from her home by a “freedom distance-meter”.

At the same time, they have been prohibited from any communication with their relatives, thus isolating them behind invisible grids.

We see this strategy of Power of isolating political prisoners being broadened, as is the case with the recent visitation ban against Revolutionary Struggle member Nikos Maziotis [whose friend and comrade was recently prohibited from visiting him in prison].

Similarly, the judicial mafia continues its sorcery against relatives of political prisoners, having remanded Maria Theofilou [the partner of Giorgos Petrakakos].

On February 15th, Power will once again try to erect its guillotines against relatives of political prisoners.

They’ve made their intentions crystal clear by now. According to the accusatory dossier, which is over 10,000 pages, they’ve chosen to call only 20 witnesses to the stand (half of whom are anti-terrorist police officers), with the purpose of fast-tracking proceedings; it seems convictions have already been issued…

February 15th marks the beginning of a new wager for people in struggle, negators of Power, people in solidarity… Our wager is to nullify the Power’s vindictive plans, stand side by side with the comrades, and continue what we’ve started… To subvert the judicial coup and stand against the prosecution of political prisoners’ relatives.

Because this trial prefigures future persecutions. What is being tested today against relatives of political prisoners, tomorrow will be tested against friends, people in solidarity, people in struggle…

For this reason and all the reasons in this world, once again we are preparing to venture into new battles against the laws of cops, judges and the Power’s priesthood.

Our quiver contains many arrows, such as the recent memory of gestures against the fascist persecutions of political prisoners’ relatives, but also the fresh traces of actions for Black December, that have strayed from the silent paths of social peace.

In the face of challenges posed by the State and judicial mafia, we respond with the challenge of insurrectionist action. With the trial on February 15th as a point of encounter, to oppose the persecution of relatives, let’s make this New Year beginning our own restart – with international call-outs, assemblies, counter-information, demonstrations, occupations, acts of sabotage, attacks – for the complete overthrow of the existent. With not even a single moment wasted.

“Stone, iron, wood can be broken… but it is impossible to break a determined human being with a conscience.”

Solidarity with Conspiracy of Cells of Fire comrades and anarchist Angeliki Spyropoulou

Against the prosecution of political prisoners’ relatives

Athens: Arson attack against 2 banks by FAI-IRF for Black December (Greece)

Tuesday, January 12th, 2016

Athens, 04.01.16: We take responsibility for the arson of the Alpha bank on Akadimias street and the arson of a National Bank ATM in Peristeri. Both actions were carried out as part of the Black December called by the imprisoned comrades N. Romanos and P. Argirou.

Although this came in late for the timeframe of December, we hope that the Black December will not end. We plan to continue on with diverse actions. We are not going to write much else because the time has come for actions not words.

LONG LIVE ANARCHY!

PS: All of you who rushed to negatively criticize the call for Black December are just looking for reasons to ‘politicize’ your inaction.

As long as the flames of rebellion burn within us, Black December will always be burning everywhere!

Proyecto Fénix 2016: Artefacto Incendiario Contra Empresa de Seguridad (Chile)

Sunday, January 10th, 2016

ENGLISH VERSION

y defensores/as del control social.

Letter by CCF member Panagiotis Argirou on the occasion of the nearing end of the Phoenix Project trial (Greece)

Wednesday, December 30th, 2015

TO ALL COMRADES WHOSE ACTS HAVE GIVEN ME MOMENTS OF FREEDOM

“Only in those moments when our tension for freedom encounters with praxis do we really manage to live anarchy, here and now. Unfortunately the dream we carry in our hearts is too great to avoid the risk of finding ourselves up against the monstrous wall of authority raised in defense of the state and capital. When we really put our life at stake, inevitably we end up confronting the hardness that’s inherent in the struggle: death and prison.”
Nicola Gai; anarchist comrade held prisoner in Italy, who has assumed responsibility for his participation in the attack claimed by Olga Cell of FAI-FRI (the shooting of Roberto Adinolfi, the chief executive of Ansaldo Nucleare)

Shortly before the end of the trial of the 4th consecutive case against the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, and against me personally as an anarchist who has assumed responsibility for his participation in the CCF, I’d like to say some things not to the court, but rather to all comrades whose action gave impetus and substance to the Phoenix Project.

For obvious reasons, all imprisoned members of the CCF saluted the comrades of Sole–Baleno Cell (a cell of sympraxis between Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and Consciousness Gangs), a gesture which initially cost us our prosecution for incitement [in Greek, moral instigation] to 4 Acts of the Phoenix Project: explosive attack on personal vehicle of the Koridallos prison director in Athens, explosive attack on personal vehicle of a chief warden serving at Nafplion prison, incendiary attack on a hotel unit in Indonesia, and parcel-bomb mailing to a former commander of the antiterrorist police unit in Athens.

The competent authorities realised in hindsight that the accusation of inciting the attack in Indonesia, claimed by Anger Unit/International Conspiracy for Revenge FAI/IRF, would never stand up in court, so the particular charges were dropped even before the stage of court proceedings.

However, as far as the other attacks are concerned, I am offended by the incitement charges brought against me, because as an anarchist I abhor hierarchical relationships of any level; on the other hand, these charges help me understand that domination feels threatened when anarchist guerillas, even from a position of captivity, seek to make their mark and connect with the struggle outside the prison walls by saluting the hostilities waged by their comrades. Domination feels threatened when it realises that the condition of incarceration is not nearly enough to crush the combative energy of anarchist prisoners. This alone is enough for entire indictments for incitement to attacks to be drafted. In no case, however, is it enough to break my morale and my will to connect myself with all comrades holding a combative position. (more…)

"I do not regret anything…" : Political declaration of Christos Tsakalos for the third CCF trial (Greece)

Friday, December 25th, 2015

On Thursday, November 5th, I’m asked to apologize to the first court conducted for 2.5 years now against the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire . It is the trial for the 250 attacks of the organization.

In a courtroom inside the prison, full of judges, cameras, cops, secret police, anti-terror police, a few relatives and even fewer friends and comrades, they judge the actions of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire.

But how to fit in a room of a few square meters our actions that tried to challenge the wise and obedient history of our time…

An action which interrupted the eternal sleep of quiet ’peaceful’ people for several nights, agitated through the explosion of the enslaved silences of the metropolis and with our proclamations denied the rules of a life where the bosses’ violence is always present and we are constantly absent…

Through our attacks, we wanted to smash the tyranny of a brutal reality. We intend to overturn the balance of terror of a mechanically routine life. We tried to cancel the compromise with the death of caused by the wage slavery, the technological control, the boredom and empty relationships.

We wanted to make war with the “peace” of the banks, the judges, the rich, the cops, the fascists, the journalists, the politicians, but also with the “peaceful” citizens who instead of crying out, and being enraged and act, they’re hiding in resignation and grow old along with their furniture … These “peaceful” and law-abiding citizens are the most responsible of all, because through their “quietness” they allow ugliness to rule our lives. Incendiary attack by Alexandros Grigoropoulos Cell / FAI in Athens (Greece)

Wednesday, December 9th, 2015

via ContraInfo:

In the fiery craters of our inner volcanoes, made with the lava of emotion and the fire of passion, we’ve fed our lust for life… And to Society that wanted to impose its laws and its morals on us, we will firmly respond with our “no,” while all others repeat their cowardly “yes.”(Enzo Martucci)

In the early hours of Friday December 4th [in Lycabettus area in Athens], we approached the house of the high priest of corruption, and former Minister of PASOK party, Kostas Laliotis and placed incendiary devices at his home entrance and his car.

As has rightly been said, the responsibilities of those who have served in administration centres of the capitalist machine can neither be forgotten nor retire.

Kostas Laliotis has been one of the most corrupt politicians following the metapolitefsi [transitional period after the fall of the Greek military junta]; his name and trajectory are linked to greed, deception, scheming, interwoven interests and arrogance, all of which are basic and integral characteristics of puppets staffing the political personnel of capitalist domination.

Maggots like Kostas Laliotis and his likes should be beaten or shot; they should see their houses burn, and live their miserable and crappy life in fear.

The fires of anarchist insurgency that lit at the house of a powerful former state official of the establishment was a contribution to the call for a Black December, which is spreading inside and outside the prisons all over the world, creating a multifaceted insurrectionary anarchist front that, having informal coordination, the acceptance of multiformity and the lasting anarchist insurgency as tools, crystallises the prospect of a generalised anarchist offensive against the world of Power.

Our captive comrades Nikos Romanos and Panagiotis Argirou have put an idea on the table of anarchist dialectics. They have proposed an idea relating to a theme any of us could set at the edge of a month of coordinated actions – actions originating from the entire spectrum of anarchist practices, from public gestures to guerrilla actions.

It is a proposal that opted to set the seven years since the assassination of comrade Alexandros Grigoropoulos as a theme, so as to test an experimentation of an informal coordination of multiform anarchist action in practice.

Those who have the appropriate analytical tools understand that it is a proposal concerning any anarchist individuality or collectivity that’s not clinging to theoretical patterns or immersed in apathy and reformism.

This is also why the kneelers of petty politics and professional search of disagreements do not lose the opportunity to shoot the arrows of their slanderous criticism once again.

But, as much as the “official” anarchist circles of cafes and gossip want to engage in mudslinging and slander, they cannot hide their discontent with the fact that the apathy which permanently pervades them is revealed in the clearest way.

Now, leaving aside those skilled in political speculation, let us talk about the essence of this proposal.

We believe anarchy must pose a real threat to the State, and to do this, anarchy needs to stay away from vanguards, leaderships, press offices, away from the logics of political cleansing and expulsions.

Informal organising doesn’t need to arise from agreements in charters and proclaimed positions one has to embrace. In our anarchy, every individual and every group can contribute to a theme, a campaign, a strategy by synchronising and coordinating their action, irrespective of whether they share common political backgrounds.

To evolve spontaneity, which often prevails in the anarchist milieu, does not mean anarchy has to turn into a party; all that is needed for the feasibility of a formulation of strategies and actions chosen to be put in motion is a will to act and communicate with other comrades.

For we love the kind of anarchy that travels through the streets of fire, occupies space and time in the metropolises, and creates strongholds for the diffusion of anarchist theory and practice. The kind of anarchy that blows up the pillars of normality, robs our lost time, and throws the morals of this world into fire.

This kind of anarchy does not fit in the hypocritical respectabilities of this society, nor does it make concessions on its discourse or practices to be pleasing to the social majority.

Surely there’s so much to say, but what comes first is intensifying our attacks, thickening the chaotic paths of liberatory struggle.

We will be back soon

Guerrilla signals to the FAI cells who have actively supported Black December in Greece, Chile, Spain, and those currently preparing their attacks; to the comrades of the Anarchist Insurgent Movement (M.I.A.) from Brazil; to all arsonists and rioters who set fire to the symbols of domination.

Strength and solidarity to all anarchist comrades inside and outside the prisons who support Black December with texts, translations, posters, flyers, graffiti and banners that complete the mosaic of multiform anarchist action.

A hug full of affection to our brothers and sisters who are locked up in prisons in Spain, Chile, Switzerland, Italy, Mexico, Germany, the US, and elsewhere; to Mónica Caballero, Francisco Solar, Marco Camenisch, Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, Juan Aliste, Freddy Fuentevilla and Marcelo Villarroel, Juan Flores, Guillermo Durán, Nataly Casanova, Enrique Guzmán, Thomas Meyer-Falk, Ignacio Muñoz, Tamara Sol, Michael Kimble, and all other captive comrades whom we have unwittingly forgotten to mention.

Barcelona, Spanish State: The attack continues in the face of the blows inflicted by power

After the recent police operations against anarchist milieus, so much has been written and said; statements and opinions mainly denounce or ‘condemn’ the repression inflicted by the authorities. After the latest repressive operation and the reactions that followed, we reckon we should give our point of view.

Starting from the fact that the ongoing repression is the State’s logical response to those who consider themselves (or the State considers) its enemies, we don’t understand certain communiqués full of victimization, where in practice (and with the most appropriate words, of course) they beg the State to stop unleashing its cops ‘indiscriminately’ against anarchists. And they say that repression is unjustifiable, and of course they use and abuse the word ‘frame-up’, and say we do nothing wrong, and that they attack us because we ‘think in a different way’… They try to give a picture of ‘normality’ and endeavour with all means to make this picture clean and socially acceptable. They do their best to take distance from violent words and actions; and as they become entrapped in the game of power and use the latter’s language, they make distinctions between ‘good’ anarchists and ‘bad’ ones, thus promoting criminalization from within their ranks.

At this point some of these ‘anarchists’ don’t feel ashamed at giving pitiful interviews to the media, and what is worse they pose as spokespersons of the ‘anarchist movement’ (and then of all social movements); these would-be politicians and leaders of the masses try their best to alienate anarchism from its subversive and conflictual character, and present anarchism as a simple movement of activists, deprived of any words or actions that clash against power and the established order.

Then there are those who just talk of how terrible repression is, how all comrades are under strict surveillance, and one can’t do anything; this kind of attitudes only spread collective panic and paranoia, and these are the attitudes of those who hide their inactivity behind the pretext of ever present repression, surveillance, ‘I’m being strictly watched’, etc. Anyone who is reluctant to take responsibility can be so according to their personal decisions; but to hide oneself behind uncontrolled and often groundless fear and to spread discouraging feelings wherever one goes, is dangerous and counter-productive. This doesn’t mean that there are the ‘brave’ ones and the ‘cowardly’ ones; it’s perfectly normal to fear police checks, prison, beatings, torture and murders committed by cops and jailers…

But spreading fear leads to panic and paranoia, and in turn this leads to discouraging speeches calling for inaction, maintaining that ‘to behave’ is better for both oneself and other comrades so as not to be the objects of police investigations.

To conclude this topic it must be said that even if the State has shown us nothing more than the tip of the iceberg, this is nothing compared to what could happen; in fact it’s sufficient to look at repression currently occurring in other areas of the world (and not even that far) or in the Spanish State itself a few decades ago. It should be clear that as we stand as anarchists we live with the risk and possibility to be hit by the machine of repression, also at the margins of our practices, because, as we’ve seen, there are times when the same repressive machine tries to stir fear among the enemies and strikes everyone rather than inflict targeted blows; as a consequence anyone of us can be a target.

However, in spite of the deployment of police operations, arrests and slanders that have been carried out (and in spite of what has to come yet), power knows that there will always be individuals who cannot be controlled or frightened, no matter what, our desire to destroy everything that oppresses us cannot be put off. We are glad to see how in spite of everything, they didn’t manage to stop the attack on the existent; every day there are some who still don’t give in to fear and social submission and go on constant attack. Multiform anarchist action keeps on spreading through many neighbourhoods, cities and countries in the form of publications and militant texts, posters, graffiti, banners, sabotage, fires and explosions, roads blocked with barricades, clashes, attacks on the buildings of power and disorders during demonstrations…

Although the Spanish state prefers not to make claims known so that actions are silenced, we know for certain what’s happening, with more or less frequency. The violence of the minority will continue, and we talk about violence openly and without troubles because we are convinced that power won’t fall by itself, nor will any Messiah come from heaven with a solution.

We don’t use words such as ‘self-defence’ or ‘counter-violence’; nor do we talk of anarchist violence only in a context of mass uprising when it’s more acceptable. We’ve found out that in spite of everything, insurrectional practices and attacks are still possible; police can’t be everywhere, they don’t spy on us all or control us all, some common sense, good planning and good will are more than enough to prove that the picture of a controlled and pre-arranged world is just an illusion; it’s up to us to break this illusion of tranquility.

For in the face of the blows of power and the misery of some ‘anarchists’ who only care to give an image of good innocent boys to society in order to be safe, we arm our desires and passions, and go on the attack. To the masses and their inactivity we offer our aggressiveness, we expect nothing and throw ourselves into constant anarchist revolt.

We are the rebels who have decided to carry on and run the risk, and dare live anarchy here and now.

Words without action are dead words to us, so we take the occasion of this communiqué to claim the following actions carried out in several neighbourhoods in Barcelona: the fire on vehicles of security companies, private ones as well as State-owned ones; attacks on bank branches through damages to windows and ATMs caused by hammers, stones, paint and fire; fire and destruction of urban structures.
With this communiqué we want to give our warm greetings to our prisoners, especially Monica and Francisco, who have been in pre-trial detention for over two years always with their heads held high; to comrades Nicola and Alfredo, the comrades of the CCF and the comrades imprisoned in Chile; and we want to remember our fallen ones and greet those who day by day continue to bet on constant conflict and anarchist insurrection, and make anarchy be once again a threat.

For a Black December everywhere!
For the black international of the anarchists of action!
For the spreading of chaos and Anarchy!

Nothing ends, the war continues…

Diciembre Negro: Sabotaje a tienda de animales exóticos (Chile)

Thursday, December 3rd, 2015

UPDATE: ENGLISH VERSION

explotadores/as y mercaderes de animales.

los/as animales.

PRESOS/AS ANÁRQUICOS /AS DE CHILE Y EL MUNDO.

MEMORIA INSURRECTA A DOS AÑOS DE LA CAIDA EN COMBATE DEL COMPAÑERO
SEBASTIAN OVERSLUIJ.

LIBERACIÓN ANIMAL.LIBERACIÓN HUMANA.LIBERACIÓN DE LA TIERRA.

¡¡¡ABAJO LAS JAULAS DE LAS SOCIEDAD CIVILIZADA!!!
¡¡¡SABOTAJE, BOICOT Y ATAQUE DIRECTO CONTRA TODAS/OS LAS/OS
EXPLOTADORAS/OS!!!

'For a new combative position of anarchist insurgency – For a Black December' by Nikos Romanos & Panagiotis Argirou of CCF (Greece)

Thursday, November 12th, 2015

Full coverage of Black December via Contra-Info on this #tag.

Also read: International call for a Black December.

I hate the individual who bends his body under the weight of an unknown power, of some X, of a god.

I hate, I say, all those who, surrendering to others, out of fear, out of resignation, a part of their power as a man, are not only crushed themselves but crush me, and those I love, under the weight of their frightful cooperation or their idiotic inertia.

I hate, yes, I hate them, for I sense it, I do not bow before the officer’s braid, the mayor’s sash, the capitalist’s gold, moralities or religions; for a long time I have known that all of this is just baubles that can be broken like glass.

Joseph Albert (Libertad)

There are times in history when the randomness of some events can cause dynamic variables, able to almost entirely paralyse the social space-time.

It was Saturday night, on 06/12/2008, when the culmination of a conflict between two worlds took place in just a few moments. On one hand, the youthful, enthusiastic, spontaneous and impetuous insurrectionary violence; on the other hand, the official state institutional organ that, legitimately, claims the monopoly on violence through repression.

No, it was not about an innocent kid and a paranoid cop found in the wrong place at the wrong time, but a rebellious young comrade who attacked a patrol car, in an area where clashes with the forces of repression were common, and a cop who patrolled the same area and, out of a personal perception about the honour and reputation of the police, decided to confront the troublemakers on his own. It was a conflict between two opposing forces: on one Insurgency, on the other Power, with the main protagonists of this conflict each representing their own sides.

The murder of Alexandros Grigoropoulos by the cop Epameinondas Korkoneas, and the large-scale riots that ensued, caused a powerful, high-tension social electroshock, because the image of “social peace” was shattered and the existence of these two opposing worlds was made visible, in the most manifest way, triggering situations from which there was no easy return, at least not without a creation and manifestation of events whose momentum nobody could any longer pretend they did not notice, they did not see, they did not hear, they did not take into account. Statement from the 9 anarchist comrades released from detention (Spain, Catalunya)

Wednesday, November 4th, 2015

via Publicacion Refractario & Insurrection News:

On Wednesday October 28 nine of us were arrested in connection with a new anti-terrorist operation orchestrated by the Catalan Regional Police in collusion with court number 3 of the Spanish National Court. After the ransacking and looting of our homes and the Libertarian Ateneo de Sants (an anarchist social center in Sants) we were taken to different police stations on the outskirts of Barcelona. The next day we were delivered to the Civil Guard and transferred to Madrid. On Friday at noon we were brought before Judge Juan Pablo Gonzalez. The judge ordered two of us to be released with charges, 6 of us to be bailed upon payment of a bail surety and unconditional imprisonment for our comrade who is currently locked up in Soto del Real prison.

We the detainees who at present are back on the street wish to make a series of reflections and political positions:

The generic accusation against all 9 of us is “belonging to a criminal organization with terrorist aims.” Specifically we are charged with being part of ‘GAC-FAI-IRF,’ which as we all know is a concept that has been constructed by the police. A set of acronyms which they have quite calculatedly mixed together – the coordination of anarchist collectives (GAC) along with the ‘signature’ used internationally by some groups to claim acts of sabotage (FAIIRF).

The construction of this organizational framework gives the police all of the repressive
resources that the anti-terrorism laws provide: closed courts, greater legal uncertainty, much tougher sentences for comrades convicted of carrying out certain actions, isolation, special prison regimes, the criminalization of personal friendships / partners and relatives, amplified media coverage and social stigmatization etc. It is enough to say that during the whole process of our detention – from the moment we saw our homes being invaded and looted right up until we were brought before the judge – we did not even know what we were being accused of.
