Not enough quotes + long time coming
I started using this service thinking it would save me time searching suitable tradies and it started out well on my first call but after that, every time I used them, they only provided me with one quote. Not enough tradies put up their hands to help. Probably due to the fact that they have to pay to submit their services. I'm not getting the service I need so I don't use them any more. I've gone back to finding my own tradies the hard way. Shame 'cause it could have saved me time and effort.
You can't beat word of mouth, you know what you getting!!
As if running around giving free Quotes isn't bad enough this mob actually want to charge you for doing quotes!!! Even if you don't win the job!!!! If you need to use this service you obviously haven't got enough friends, The only way to find a Quality job at competitive prices is to ask someone that has had work done by a quality tradesmen that is happy with the quality of work, Service and price it's that simple!!
Easy to use
We have been using this app for our trade business for a year now. It's simple, easy to use and brings us the majority of our work. The customer support for the app is great. One suggestion - it needs a 'decline all' option for periods when you can't/won't accept work, such as holidays.
