She suffered serious injuries to her head, face, legs and buttocks when the dogs set upon her at Success Hill Reserve on a Friday afternoon.
Her 16-year-old brother picked her up and carried her home.
The 50-year-old woman has been charged with unlawful wounding in relation to the dog attack and will face Midland Magistrates Court on November 25.
The woman's lawyer, Terry Dobson, had previously told Radio 6PR the woman's primary focus after the incident was to remove the dogs from the area.
"They had behaved in a way they had never done before," he said.
"She grabbed both dogs by their collars and restrained them.
"My client is a responsible dog owner. She is horrified by what happened."
