Have you gone mad for matcha yet? If not, it's about time you started, especially if you care about all things hip and healthy in foodland. Matcha is the finely ground powder from steamed whole, high-grade green tea leaves. If you thought green tea was healthy, it's not a patch on matcha, with the powder providing at least three times as many antioxidants as standard green tea leaves.
