How to make a quick kale smoothie
Give yourself a super-healthy boost with this nutrient-packed drink.
Step 1
Use a sharp knife to roughly chop 5 large de-stemmed kale leaves. Transfer the kale to a blender.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger, 1 chopped banana, 1 cup apple juice and a small handful of ice.
Step 3
Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass to enjoy at home or a plastic sports bottle to drink it on the go.
