Street performance or busking is the act of performing in public places for gratuities, though "busking" is particularly associated with singing or playing music. In many countries the rewards are generally in the form of money but other gratuities such as food, drink or gifts may be given. Street performance is practiced all over the world by men, women and children and dates back to antiquity. People engaging in this practice are called street performers or buskers.
Performances are anything that people find entertaining. Performers may do acrobatics, animal tricks, balloon twisting, caricatures, clowning, comedy, contortions, escapology, dance, singing, fire skills, flea circus, fortune-telling, juggling, magic, mime, living statue, musical performance, puppeteering, snake charming, storytelling or reciting poetry or prose, street art such as sketching and painting, street theatre, sword swallowing, and ventriloquism.
The term busking was first noted in the English language around the middle 1860s in Great Britain. The verb to busk, from the word busker, comes from the Spanish root word buscar, with the meaning "to seek". The Spanish word buscar in turn evolved from the Indo-European word *bhudh-skō ("to win, conquer"). It was used for many street acts, and title of a famous Spanish book about one of them, El buscón. Today, the word is still used in Spanish but mostly relegated for female street sex workers, or women seeking to be set up as private mistress of married men.

The film's sets were designed by the art director Max Seefelder. It was made by Bavaria Film at the Emelka Studios in Munich.
Quality Street can refer to:
Quality Street is a comedy in four acts by J. M. Barrie, written before his more famous work Peter Pan. The story is about two sisters who start a school "for genteel children".
The original Broadway production opened in 1901 and ran for only 64 performances. The show was then produced in London, where it was a hit, running for 459 performances. It was frequently revived until World War II.
Quality Street is a popular selection of individual tinned or boxed toffees, chocolates and sweets, produced by Nestlé. Originally founded in 1936, Quality Street was made in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England and were named after a play by J. M. Barrie.
In 1890 John Mackintosh and his wife opened a shop in Halifax, Yorkshire, England where they created a new kind of sweet by mixing hard toffee with runny caramel. These toffees were made from inexpensive local ingredients such as milk, sugar beet and eggs. They were so successful that in 1898 they expanded the operation to build the world’s first toffee factory. It burned down in 1909 so John bought an old carpet factory and converted it into a new facility. When John Mackintosh died his son Harold inherited the business and in 1936 he invented Quality Street. The name was inspired by a play of the same name by J. M. Barrie.

[Intro: cee-lo green]
I pour out a little liquor (uh-huh)
Rip to my niggas (rest in peace)
I pour out a little liquor
[Verse 1: jadakiss]
Evil thoughts in your mind keep running through
Not quite sure what you wanna do
Like, what is this world coming to?
Life goes on even if you don't want it to (uh-huh)
It's a sad ride home
If the good die young do the bad die old? (let me know)
I'm just trying to carry my load
Another good nigga livin but the bad got gold
Lookin for the lord but the devil spoke to you
When you lose a loved one or somebody that's close to you
People turning they back meaning the most to you
Then you find out your man is sending them folks to you
Maybe you she'd a tear and you never cry
Always true to your word and you never lie
Got your hand on them birds you would let em fly
Yeah, cause real niggas never die (what?)
[Hook: cee-lo green]
Somebody tell me why
Why the good die young
Sometimes it makes me cry (cry)
To know that you're mine
Hold on to the memories
Not a day goes by I
Hear a voice and dry those eyes
Cause real niggas never die (real niggas never die)
They never die, no
Real niggas never die (real niggas never die)
They never die
Real niggas never die
[Verse 2: nipsey hu$$le]
I had love for this music
But ain't know how to pursue it
Was frustrated as a teen
I needed money for buicks?
My shirt was stained from the sewage
Niggas rockin' the newest
I dealt with it for the moment but couldn't call it the future
I'm down a block from the shootin'
It started to sound like recruitin'
Seein' niggas I grew which lead to funeral music
And I was only fifteen
I parted ways with my schoolin'
My first seven and? of work were like my holy communion
And now I'm turnt out
The block hot, niggas burnt out
With no heart it's cold cash that we search out
We got? we heard shots then we 'sperse out
Retaliation, get back
Exactly what the turf bout
And it's a game of young niggas I was heard 'bout
On the real I almost she'd tears in the church house
Back when I thought real niggas couldn't die
Turned out I was wrong but still couldn't cry
[Hook]
[Verse 3: young jeezy]
She said everybody real, where the fakers at?
She said everybody trill, where the flakers at?
Trynta break em down, where the tables at?
Dufflebag full of cash like, where vegas at?
? tables life's a gamble, what a nigga want?
Now I'm lookin round like, what have a nigga done?
My lord my god, I'm used to hustlin hard
Guess they find it hard how a nigga beat the odds
No illuminati never been a fan of saints
That's what happens when you room biggest in the states
Same rubberband my cuttin tire? braids with
We ain't cut the same car my auntsie played spades with
What you know about fire eatin off a half
Let's fire muhfuckas now you do the math
I'd say more on these rap niggas don't lie
This is real nigga shit and real niggas don't die
[Hook]
[Outro: cee-lo green]
I pour out a little liquor
Rip to my niggas
I pour out a little liquor
Rip to my niggas
