Grasshopper is a Hong Kong Cantopop male group formed in 1985. The band consists of Edmond Chi-Wai So (Chinese：蘇志威), Calvin Yat-Chi Choy (Chinese：蔡一智) and Remus Yat-Kit Choy (Chinese：蔡一傑). Calvin and Remus are brothers and grew up with neighbour Edmond in a poor neighbourhood in Hong Kong. It was Remus who was interested in dancing and singing at the beginning. His mother was his dancing teacher. In order to enter a talent competition, the 16-year-old Remus enlisted Calvin and Edmond as his back-up dancers. The act did not make it far in the competition but began to perform as a trio. They later named themselves Grasshopper inspired by their agility and favourite cocktail.
In 1985, the trio auditioned in the Hong Kong New Talent Singing Awards where Anita Mui was one of the judges and its first ever winner.
Due to a black-out during the audition, Anita began to chat with the trio. Soon after, they were invited to perform as back-up dancers/singers for Anita Mui. She acted as their mentor and even visited them at their low cost houses in her limousine. This created a big scene at the housing area.
The trio released their first album in February 1988 and continued to go on tour with Anita Mui. In 2000, Edmond was approached by TVB to star in a series. This started a period where the Grasshopper members pursued their respective solo careers. Contrary to popular belief, the band never was dissolved.
They stopped singing and focused on acting for a few years, but returned to music in 2005 when they opened a few successful concerts. They are best known for their talent and their physical features.
The band currently hold concerts all over the world including in Las Vegas.
Edmond So has 2 daughters, Yumi (born in 1999) and Ina (born in 2007), with his wife, former singer Winnie Lau Siu Wai. The pairs met and began dating in the early 1990s and got married in 1998. This caused anger from fans of Roger Kwok as Winnie was Roger's girlfriend at that time. Roger and Edmond starred in a TVB series together in 2003 called the Greed Mask. Calvin Choy has a daughter and a son, but also a stepdaughter Gigi from his wife's previous marriage, but his brother, Remus Choy, is still unmarried.

Fan Lau
Fan Lau (Chinese: 分流) is a peninsula and area in the southwest tip of Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It is also the southwest end the territory of Hong Kong. The very end of the tip is Fan Lau Kok (分流角). The peninsula separates water into Fan Lau Tung Wan (分流東灣, lit. "East Bay") in the east, and Fan Lau Sai Wan (分流西灣, lit. "West Bay") and Fan Lau Miu Wan (分流廟灣; lit. "Temple Bay") in the west.
Fan Lau Tsuen
Fan Lau Tsuen (分流村) is a village on the flat land between the peninsula and the main trunk of Lantau Island. It is located on the west bank of Fan Lau, facing Fan Lau Sai Wan. The village was previously named Shek Sun Village (石筍村, "Village of Stone Shoots") and there were not more than 200 people in the village in the heyday. Most of the villagers have moved out of the village and some stayed in Tai O and Pui O of Lantau Island In January 1997, only three people were still living in the village.
Features
Fan Lau is a Cantonese name that means separating water flows. The tip points to Lantau Channel dividing the current from Pearl River and the water of South China Sea. Due to its military strategic position, Fan Lau Fort was built in Qing Dynasty to defend the territory.

Hong Kong
Hong Kong (香港; "Fragrant Harbour"), officially Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, is an autonomous territory on the southern coast of China at the Pearl River Estuary and the South China Sea. Hong Kong is known for its skyline and deep natural harbour. It has a land area of 1104 km2 and shares its northern border with Guangdong Province of Mainland China. With around 7.2 million inhabitants of various nationalities, Hong Kong is one of the world's most densely populated metropolises.
After the First Opium War (1839–42), Hong Kong became a British colony with the perpetual cession of Hong Kong Island, followed by Kowloon Peninsula in 1860 and a 99-year lease of the New Territories from 1898. Hong Kong remained under British control for about a century until the Second World War, when Japan occupied the colony from December 1941 to August 1945. After the Surrender of Japan, the British resumed control. In the 1980s, negotiations between the United Kingdom and the China resulted in the 1984 Sino-British Joint Declaration, which provided for the transfer of sovereignty of Hong Kong on 30 June 1997. The territory became a special administrative region of China with a high degree of autonomy on 1 July 1997 under the principle of one country, two systems. Disputes over the perceived misapplication of this principle have contributed to popular protests, including the 2014 Umbrella Revolution.

Così fan tutte, ossia La scuola degli amanti (pronounced [koˈzi ffan ˈtutte osˈsiːa la ˈskwɔːla deʎʎ aˈmanti]; Thus Do They All, or The School for Lovers), K. 588, is an Italian-language opera buffa in two acts by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart first performed on 26 January 1790, at the Burgtheater in Vienna, Austria. The libretto was written by Lorenzo Da Ponte, who also wrote Le nozze di Figaro and Don Giovanni.
Although it is commonly held that Così fan tutte was written and composed at the suggestion of the Emperor Joseph II, recent research does not support this idea. There is evidence that Mozart's contemporary Antonio Salieri tried to set the libretto but left it unfinished. In 1994, John Rice uncovered two terzetti by Salieri in the Austrian National Library.
The title, Così fan tutte, literally means "Thus do all [women]," but is usually translated into English as "Women are like that". The words are sung by the three men in act 2, scene 13, just before the finale; this melodic phrase is also quoted in the overture to the opera. Da Ponte had used the line "Così fan tutte le belle" earlier in Le nozze di Figaro (in act 1, scene 7).

The Sword
The Sword is an American heavy metal band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2003, the band is composed of vocalist and guitarist John D. Cronise, guitarist Kyle Shutt, bassist Bryan Richie, and drummer Santiago "Jimmy" Vela III. Originally signed to Kemado Records, the group released its debut album Age of Winters in 2006, the material for which had been largely written by Cronise. Follow-up album Gods of the Earth was released two years later and gave the group its first entry on the US Billboard 200 chart.
In 2010 the band released Warp Riders, a concept album centered on an original science fiction narrative, which marked the first time the band had enlisted an external producer in Matt Bayles. Wingo left the group later in the year and was replaced briefly by Kevin Fender, before Vela joined in 2011. After signing with Razor & Tie in 2012 the group released its fourth album Apocryphon, which was promoted worldwide on the Apocryphon Tour. The band's fifth album, High Country, was released in 2015.

Wang Leehom
Wang Leehom (born May 17, 1976), sometimes credited as Leehom Wang, is a Chinese-American singer-songwriter, record producer, actor and film director. He is currently based in Taiwan. Formally trained at the Eastman School of Music, Williams College and Berklee College of Music, his musical style is known for fusing Chinese elements (such as Beijing opera, traditional styles of ethnic minorities, Chinese classical orchestra) with hip-hop and R&B. Wang has been active since 1995 and contributed in 25 albums. He is also a four-time winner of Taiwan's Golden Melody Awards, the "Grammys" of Taiwanese music. His concert at the Beijing Bird's Nest on April 14, 2012 was the first solo pop concert to be held at the venue.
In addition to his music, Wang also acted in several films, including Ang Lee's Lust, Caution and Jackie Chan's film Little Big Soldier. He is an environmental activist, and his album Change Me was dedicated to raising eco-awareness among Chinese youth. Wang was one of the first torchbearers for the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics, and performed in the Olympics' closing ceremony in Beijing. He was again a torchbearer for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, making him the only person in the Mandarin pop circle to have taken part in the event twice. He is a longtime ambassador for World Vision Taiwan and was appointed World Vision Malaysia's 15th anniversary ambassador (from October 2011 to September 2012).

Grasshopper is a Hong Kong Cantopop male group formed in 1985. The band consists of Edmond Chi-Wai So (Chinese：蘇志威), Calvin Yat-Chi Choy (Chinese：蔡一智) and Remus Yat-Kit Choy (Chinese：蔡一傑). Calvin and Remus are brothers and grew up with neighbour Edmond in a poor neighbourhood in Hong Kong. It was Remus who was interested in dancing and singing at the beginning. His mother was his dancing teacher. In order to enter a talent competition, the 16-year-old Remus enlisted Calvin and Edmond as his back-up dancers. The trio released their first album in February 1988 and continued to go on tour with Anita Mui. In 2000, Edmond was approached by TVB to star in a series. This started a period where the Grasshopper members pursued their respective solo careers. Contrary to popular belief, the band never was dissolved.
They stopped singing and focused on acting for a few years, but returned to music in 2005 when they opened a few successful concerts. They are best known for their talent and their physical features.
The band currently hold concerts all over the world including in Las Vegas.
Edmond So has 2 daughters, Yumi (born in 1999) and Ina (born in 2007), with his wife, former singer Winnie Lau Siu Wai. The pairs met and began dating in the early 1990s and got married in 1998. This caused anger from fans of Roger Kwok as Winnie was Roger's girlfriend at that time. Roger and Edmond starred in a TVB series together in 2003 called the Greed Mask. Calvin Choy has a daughter and a son, but also a stepdaughter Gigi from his wife's previous marriage, but his brother, Remus Choy, is still unmarried.

US Trip #10: Los Angeles (3) & Orange County (quận Cam)
We made a trip to Orange County, where many Vietnamese people have been currently living and doing businesses. We went to Phuoc Loc Tho - a large supermarket and try some dried jerky beef and fruit (which were really nice, in deed!). I just cannot bring them home because of luggage limitation. Breakfast by "Bun thit nuong" (grilled pork with vemicilli) in a restaurant named Pho Co Ha Noi, which I really recommend :) Bikini Cafe (Cafe Lu) video will be uploaded in the next. When I think of the most under-rated countries to visit in SE Asia Malaysia comes to mind. With a rich culture and diversity - unlike any other nation in Southeast Asia - there is something for everyone. Some of my favorite places to visit in Malaysia include Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Penang and the Cameron Highlands. The following is a top attractions travel guide for the best things to do in Malaysia:

1) Few architectural wonders can compete with the Petronas Towers. Equally as impressive by day as they are at night, it is an absolute must landmark to visit in Kuala Lumpur.
2) Night markets in Malaysia are well worth a visit. My personal favorite is the Jonker Street Night Market located in Melaka. On the weekends Jonker street shuts down to traffic and turns into a sea of people and stalls selling everything from trinkets to street food. While we were there we made sure to cool down with Cendol, which is our favorite Malaysian street food snack.
3) The Batu Caves are of my favorite attractions that is absolutely free! Taking the commuter train from KL Sentral we arrived early in the morning before all of the package tourists. The caves themselves, an important Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Murugan, are worth the 272 step climb to the top. You'll notice many of cheeky monkeys.
4) The KL Bird Park is a quirky attraction worth checking out. Its claim to fame is being the largest walk in aviary. Home to thousands of birds you'll be able to spot peacocks, flamingos and many other exotic ones.
5) While you're in Georgetown, Penang consider visiting a recently opened cat cafe! The Purrfect Cat Cafe in George Town is home to some adorable cats.
6) Whenever I head back to Malaysia I can't help but break out in a smile because I know I'm going to get a chance to eat dim sum.
7) When I mentioned Malaysia was a diverse country, I was referring to the people and cuisine. Indian food is one of my favorite cuisines and having the opportunity to eat a delicious banana leaf thali set is something I wouldn't miss for the world. Loaded up with rice, dal, vegetables, roti, papad, chutney and pickles. Coming in at only 22 Ringgit (for the two of us) it's an inexpensive but delicious meal.
8) Want to visit the biggest Buddhist temple in all of Southeast Asia? Would you be surprised to learn that it is in Malaysia? Kek Lok Si temple, also known as the Temple of Supreme Bliss, is located in Air Itam. The temple combines Mahayana Buddhism and Chinese rituals. To visit take bus 201, 203 or 204 from Komplex Komptar in the heart of George Town, Penang.
9) The Petronas Towers are brilliant by day but 'wow' do they ever shine bright at night. They have really cool light shows.
10) You can't visit Malaysia without having Roti Canai for breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or a snack. An Indian flat bread, similar to a pancake, it comes in all different sizes, shapes and flavors. Our two favorites being cheese and banana.
11) While in Malacca it's a great idea to take a Melaka River Cruise at night as the city really lights up at night. You'll notice wonderful old colonial architecture and street art along with traditional homes alongside the Kampong.
12) The Clan Jetties are an important part of George Town's heritage and the last bastions of old Chinese settlements.
13) Georgetown is one of the most hot and humid cities I've ever visited. If you're looking to escape that for a while head over to the Botanical Gardens just outside of the city. In shady conditions you'll have the opportunity to walk around this massive park where you'll surely spot monkeys and other wildlife.
14) When visiting Malacca be sure to check out a Baba-Nyonya restaurant. A mixture of Chinese and Malaysian cuisine at its finest. Some of our favorite dishes included Nyonya Laksa, Rojak and Popiah.
15) Bling. Bling. That's not the sound of a horn but instead the decorations on a rickshaw in George Town. For around 30 to 40 Ringgit you can take a full one hour city tour. It certainly beats walking around in the heat. Highlights for us included going through Little India.

Visiting Toledo, Spain on Audrey's Birthday Travel Video Transcript:
Well Hello,
So today is July 23rd. Which means it is my birthday! So Sam and I are going to take a little day trip. We've been staying in Madrid but Toledo is only thirty minutes away by train. So we're going to head out and have some birthday adventures in a new city.
We've arrived and it is a beautiful train station. Time to get the birthday girl some lunch. Yes.
So we decided to walk into the city which was maybe a mistake considering it is almost forty degrees out. We should have just grabbed a taxi but at least they have these escalators that help you reach the summit of the center of the old town I guess. So yeah, it is nice being in the shade and not having to climb stairs.
It is kind of funny because just outside of the escalators are these old ruins. So you have something very modern and then you have the ruins right beside it. Yeah, quite the contrast.
So we made it to the top. And this is our reward. Check out these views.
Birthday girl, what is your starter? Alright, so we found a nice little restaurant and I've ordered Gazpacho which is a cold tomato soup with onions, peppers and cucumbers. But you can't see any of that because it looks like they've just liquefied it and turned it into a bit of a cream. But let's try it.
Mmmmm.
Refreshing? That is so refreshing on a day like today. And it is a little bit tart and tangy which I really like.
I could drink this out of a glass it is so good.
And what is your entree? I'm trying something I've never tried before. It is called Migas de Pastor. And if you look down here it has got meat, it has got some kind of breadcrumbs here and it also has veggies. I think these maybe peppers. Let's take a bite with the meat and the breadcrumbs. How is it? It's really good. I think that is a piece of like chorizo meat. Nice! Spicy!
And what does the birthday gal have?
So I'm having a type of Tortilla which is basically potatoes and egg. Kind of like an omelette style meal. This also has ham in it. And I've got some pork right underneath. They've soaked it in ketchup which I'm not a huge fan of. But it is alright. I actually had this for breakfast today and that was a little bit better.
So I see your main dish has arrived. You know what, this is actually my favorite Spanish dish that I've tried since I've been to Spain. It is called Paella. Take a look down here. We're going to be doing a bit more of a dedicated video to this soon but for now you can basically know that it is a mixed type of rice with seafood and vegetables. Alright, let's take a bite of that.
And over here in Spain wine is like water. I had a choice between water and wine so I got my own bottle. I think I made the right decision.
Aren't you glad we got about a thirty minute break in between our main course and dessert? What do you have? I am having flan. And I don't really know how to describe this dessert except to say that it is popular in South America and in Spain. And your Mom makes a really good flan. Yes, and the brown stuff you see it is kind of like caramelized sugar but I really can't explain the dessert itself because I have no idea what it is made with even though I've eaten it my whole life.
So we are now visiting the Alcázar, which is the one building that dominates the city skyline. And they also have a really cool military museum. And normally I wouldn't be into that but because it is so hot outside it has actually been really nice being indoors with AC. Just learning a bit of the history by force.
I'm beginning to realize that Spain is more of a winter destination. All we've been doing since we've come here is sweating like pigs.
So we are hiding indoors again. We found a little corner store with lots of fans and Popsicles. So trying to cool down here people.
So I think that is about all we can handle for today. So cooling off yet again with ice cream cones this time. And now we're going to head back to the train station and try to get back to Madrid a little bit earlier than planned.

We made a trip to Orange County, where many Vietnamese people have been currently living and doing businesses. We went to Phuoc Loc Tho - a large supermarket and try some dried jerky beef and fruit (which were really nice, in deed!). I just cannot bring them home because of luggage limitation.
Breakfast by "Bun thit nuong" (grilled pork with vemicilli) in a restaurant named Pho Co Ha Noi, which I really recommend :)

Cobh (pronounced 'cove') is a charming waterfront town on a glittering estuary, dotted with brightly coloured houses and overlooked by a splendid cathedral. It's popular with Corkonians looking for a spot of R&R;, and with cruise liners – each year around 60 visit the port, the second-largest natural harbour in the world (after Sydney Harbour in Australia).
It's a far cry from the harrowing Famine years when more than 70,000 people left Ireland through the port in order to escape the ravages of starvation (from 1848 to 1950, no fewer than 2.5 million emigrants passed through in total). Cobh was also the final port of call for the Titanic; a poignant museum commemorates the fatal voyage's point of departure.
Cobh is on the south side of Great Island, one of several islands which fill Cork Harbour. Visible from the waterfront are Haulbowline Island, once the base of the Irish Naval Service, and the greener Spike Island, formerly a prison, now owned by Cork City Council and visitable.

The howl of the storm almost knocks you off-balance, there's a bit of fake vomit on the deck, and the people in the pictures all look pretty miserable – that's just one room at Cobh Heritage Centre. Housed in the old train station (next to the current station), this interactive museum is way above average, chronicling Irish emigrations across the Atlantic in the wake of the Great Famine.
There's also some shocking stuff on the fate of convicts, shipped to Australia in transport ships 'so airless that candles could not burn'. Scenes of sea travel in the 1950s, however, might actually make you nostalgic for a more gracious way of travelling the world. There's also a genealogy centre and a cafe.
St Colman's Cathedral
==================
Dramatically perched on a hillside terrace above Cobh, this massive French Gothic Cathedral is out of all proportion to the town. Its most exceptional feature is the 47-bell carillon , the largest in Ireland, with a range of four octaves. The biggest bell weighs a stonking 3440kg – about as much as a full-grown elephant! You can hear carillon recitals at 4.30pm on Sundays between May and September.
The cathedral, designed by EW Pugin, was begun in 1868 but not completed until 1915. Much of the funding was raised by nostalgic Irish communities in Australia and the USA.
Spike Island
=============
This low-lying green island in Cork Harbour was once an important part of the port's defences, topped by an 18th-century artillery fort. In the second half of the 19th century, and again during the Irish War of Independence, it served as a prison and internment centre, gaining the nickname 'Ireland's Alcatraz'. Today you can enjoy a self-guided walking tour of the island and its fortifications, or pay more for a guided tour (€13.50/8.50); the ferry (www.spikeislandferry.com) from Kennedy Pier, Cobh, is included in price.

Cobh (pronounced 'cove') is a charming waterfront town on a glittering estuary, dotted with brightly coloured houses and overlooked by a splendid cathedral. It's popular with Corkonians looking for a spot of R&R;, and with cruise liners – each year around 60 visit the port, the second-largest natural harbour in the world (after Sydney Harbour in Australia).
It's a far cry from the harrowing Famine years when more than 70,000 people left Ireland through the port in order to escape the ravages of starvation (from 1848 to 1950, no fewer than 2.5 million emigrants passed through in total). Cobh was also the final port of call for the Titanic; a poignant museum commemorates the fatal voyage's point of departure.
Cobh is on the south side of Great Island, one of several islands which fill Cork Harbour. Visible from the waterfront are Haulbowline Island, once the base of the Irish Naval Service, and the greener Spike Island, formerly a prison, now owned by Cork City Council and visitable.

The howl of the storm almost knocks you off-balance, there's a bit of fake vomit on the deck, and the people in the pictures all look pretty miserable – that's just one room at Cobh Heritage Centre. Housed in the old train station (next to the current station), this interactive museum is way above average, chronicling Irish emigrations across the Atlantic in the wake of the Great Famine.
There's also some shocking stuff on the fate of convicts, shipped to Australia in transport ships 'so airless that candles could not burn'. Scenes of sea travel in the 1950s, however, might actually make you nostalgic for a more gracious way of travelling the world. There's also a genealogy centre and a cafe.
St Colman's Cathedral
==================
Dramatically perched on a hillside terrace above Cobh, this massive French Gothic Cathedral is out of all proportion to the town. Its most exceptional feature is the 47-bell carillon , the largest in Ireland, with a range of four octaves. The biggest bell weighs a stonking 3440kg – about as much as a full-grown elephant! You can hear carillon recitals at 4.30pm on Sundays between May and September.
The cathedral, designed by EW Pugin, was begun in 1868 but not completed until 1915. Much of the funding was raised by nostalgic Irish communities in Australia and the USA.
Spike Island
=============
This low-lying green island in Cork Harbour was once an important part of the port's defences, topped by an 18th-century artillery fort. In the second half of the 19th century, and again during the Irish War of Independence, it served as a prison and internment centre, gaining the nickname 'Ireland's Alcatraz'. Today you can enjoy a self-guided walking tour of the island and its fortifications, or pay more for a guided tour (€13.50/8.50); the ferry (www.spikeislandferry.com) from Kennedy Pier, Cobh, is included in price.

Grasshopper is a Hong Kong Cantopop male group formed in 1985. The band consists of Edmond Chi-Wai So (Chinese：蘇志威), Calvin Yat-Chi Choy (Chinese：蔡一智) and Remus Yat-Kit Choy (Chinese：蔡一傑). The trio released their first album in February 1988 and continued to go on tour with Anita Mui. In 2000, Edmond was approached by TVB to star in a series. This started a period where the Grasshopper members pursued their respective solo careers. Contrary to popular belief, the band never was dissolved.
They stopped singing and focused on acting for a few years, but returned to music in 2005 when they opened a few successful concerts. They are best known for their talent and their physical features.
The band currently hold concerts all over the world including in Las Vegas.
Edmond So has 2 daughters, Yumi (born in 1999) and Ina (born in 2007), with his wife, former singer Winnie Lau Siu Wai. The pairs met and began dating in the early 1990s and got married in 1998. This caused anger from fans of Roger Kwok as Winnie was Roger's girlfriend at that time. Roger and Edmond starred in a TVB series together in 2003 called the Greed Mask. Calvin Choy has a daughter and a son, but also a stepdaughter Gigi from his wife's previous marriage, but his brother, Remus Choy, is still unmarried.

ABERDEEN have launched an investigation into incidents involving their fans after the Dons exited the Europa League qualifiers with a 2-0 defeat against Apollon Limassol at the AEK Arena. A video on social media appeared to show some visiting fans clashing with stewards in the stand after the 3-2 aggregate loss in Cyprus.
