Hey guys & girls! My housemate Casey and I are looking for someone easy going, bubbly and fun to move in with us. We've been in this property for nearly 5 months now. We're looking for someone who is willing to move into a bigger house with us within the next 2 months. This is not to say you're not welcome to move in now, because by all means we're hoping for that. :-) If you're a student and struggle to pay the rent required above, than perhaps this isn't ideal for you. Moving into a bigger house requires more money usually. We're not looking to spend hundreds of course, just someone a little bigger than what we're in now. We are looking to stay in the same area and when it comes to house hunting, of course your opinion matters! We are very excited :-). We have a bed frame (no mattress) and a side table if you require one. If you have your own bed and furniture, then it's too easy to pull down the one in the room at the moment. The house is lovely and modern. It's very close to most everything. We're a 4 minute drive to the pimpama junction, which include various places to eat out, a Woolworths, a nail bar, BWS for those who enjoy the sneaky beer or wine, has a doctors surgery and many other awesome features. The neighbourhood is fantastic and our neighbours are awesomely rad. Your room is average size, easily fits a queen bed with side tables. You would be sharing a bathroom with the lovely Casey and her beautiful cat, Chai. I too have a little dog with the best personality called Bruiser. So someone who loves animals is a must. .

3 bedroom house with myself only occupying one. You can select one of the two other rooms available - (I wont rent out the third room - i plan on turning it into a study). Both rooms have built in robes and are identical in size, one faces North, the other faces south. You will have a private bathroom, shower, toilet for yourself. There is also a toilet downstairs that is shared. House has ADSL2+ internet with a new N300 router, Netflix, 65inch LED TV, PS4, Xbox and a Super ninendo! We have a little back deck with wireless speakers and a webberQ. Deck faces West, making it perfect for the occasional summer sunset wine/beer. *firepit TBC on one side of the deck-hoping to get that sorted ASAP. Split system aircon down stairs and a ridiculous central heater running through out the house. All carpet is brand new along with new flooring and blinds, and every single appliance in the place (fridge, washing machine, microwave etc). Great place to live if you, like myself, cant cook for peanuts. There is every single take away place within walking distance (wokd, Pizza, Mcdonalds, KFC, HJ's, Fish chips etc). If you do endulge in all of the above there is a Jetts 24/7 gym also within walking distance too! Eden rise shopping centre, Berwick main street, Berwick train station, Monash/Chisolm all under a 3minute drive away. - queen size mattress in one of the rooms for scale. Up to you if you want to utilise it or not. - Some garage space potentially available. - Given the houses positioning at the back of the block there is little to no traffic noise heard.
