Casey Austin "Case" Keenum (born February 17, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at Houston, where he became the NCAA's all-time leader in total passing yards, touchdowns, and completions.
In the 2008 college football season, Keenum ranked first nationally in total offense and second in total passing yards. As a result of his on-field contributions to Houston's success, Keenum was named to several All-American lists. He is the only quarterback in Division I FBS football history to have passed for more than 5,000 yards in each of three seasons. On October 22, 2011, Keenum became the Football Bowl Subdivision's all-time leader in total offense. On October 27, 2011, Keenum became the all-time leader in total touchdown passes by an FBS quarterback. During that game he threw for nine touchdowns and 534 yards.
Keenum threw for 1760 yards and 9 touchdowns in the 8 games he started for the Texans, before being waived on August 31, 2014. Keenum was picked up by the St. Louis Rams the next day and was on their practice squad. He re-signed with the Houston Texans on December 15, 2014 after their starting and backup quarterbacks were injured. On March 10, 2015, the Rams traded a draft pick to the Texans for Keenum.
Case Keenum is clearly woozy after getting his head slammed to the ground but stays in the game anyway then fumbles two plays later to set up the game winning field goal for the Ravens.

On October 18th, Case Keenum was named Starting QB for the Houston Texans. And so his legend begins...
Case Keenum - Houston Texans Football sports writers and radio commentators and bloggers predicted Gloom and Despair when the Texans first three quarterbacks went down. Most were being smug and making fun of the fourth string QB brought back, Case Keenum. But Keenum played very well the two games he started in 2014. This funny video clip reminded me of Houston's quarterback situation. Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ryan Mallett and Tom Savage all went down with injuries in a two week span. Texans backup QB Case Keenum didn't make the NFL highlight reel but had a couple of gutsy performances and was helped by a standout Texans defense. The Houston Texans are like most teams in the NFL Draft, still looking for a franchise Quarterback.

(Los Angeles) Rams & QB Case Keenum have a blessed season.
Case Keenum played probably his worst NFL game of is career today as the Houston Texans lose to the Jacksonvill Jaguars 13-6. He took time to speak with the media and answer questions about his play today. http://www.distinctathlete.com In a matchup of the AFC's worst teams, the Houston Texans couldn't stop their skid Sunday. Maurice Jones-Drew ran for a season-high 84 yards and a touchdown and the Jacksonville Jaguars extended the Texans' losing streak to a franchise-record nine games with a 13-6 victory. The two-time AFC South champions haven't won since Sept. 15. Jones-Drew's touchdown on Jacksonville's first drive put the Jaguars (2-9) on top, and they never trailed against an inept and ineffective Texans offense. Josh Scobee kicked field goals of 30 and 53 yards to help the Jag...
