2nd Annual Pep Rally. The event was not only to motivate students to support each other in athletics, but to take Pride in themselves, school, and community. Also during the Rally students recognized the No Kid Hungry program with a skit and generous donations. Overdoses Kill In Clinton County June 9, 2016 By Russ Kaspar The “Death Snore” happens when a heroin addict turns blue and snores 1-2 times per minute. This is a good indicator that the drug abuser is in very serious trouble and the “Death Snore” is also an indicator that administration of NARCAN may save this life. Kim Newhart is a Clinton County member of PALS (Parents of Addicted Loved ones) and predicts that there is an average of one serious drug overdose occurance in Clinton County each week. Some of these overdoses result in death.
