Rolo
Rolo (pronounced "Row-lo", referring to the roll-styled candy) is a brand of truncated-cone-shaped or frustum-shaped chocolates with a caramel centre, the shape resembling that of a shallow inverted bucket or tub or a traditional lampshade. First manufactured in the United Kingdom by Mackintosh's in 1937, they are made by Nestlé, except in the United States where production has been under licensed by The Hershey Company.
History
The Rolo product was developed in the UK by Mackintosh's, (later Rowntree-Mackintosh), simply a combination of Mackintosh's Toffee and a chocolate coating. Rolo was first sold in 1937.
They were also produced in Norwich until 1994, when all UK production moved to Fawdon in Tyneside, by Nestlé. There have now been Rolo biscuits, ice-cream, muffins, birthday cake, desserts, cake bars, doughnuts, mini Rolos, big Rolos, (all of which use the same type of caramel) yogurts and Easter eggs made. In May 2011, McDonald's combined chocolate pieces and caramel sauce with their soft-serve McFlurry product to simulate the Rolo flavour profile in a cross-branded product.

We wouldn’t have had the Run n Shoot if he stayed. And, he was actually demoted from OC to “co-OC.” He doesn’t even call the plays. At first I was relieved since then Rolo said he would be the OC and call the plays but then just before the season started he said HC was too much work and he would let Smith be the OC. Someone should’ve helped with the admin part of the Job so he could call some plays ... ....

There ‘s another possible walk on to help the team this season John Ursua currently slotback with football was a stellar point guard in Utah. Ursua who has Polynesian roots back on the big isle played quarterback and point guard in high school ... Hoping Rolo gives the kid his blessing so he can help the BB team ... ....

To all who said he was a top notch QB. Hmmmm.guess none of you really knew better than Chow or Rolo who saw him every day and knew he wasn’t ready for prime time. Imagine, waiting for 2 years to get a chance than falling flat when given the opportunity. Well, at least Rolo knew better than to put Woolsey back in. As good as it’s going to get with the bunch Rolo’s been saddled with ... ....

The way things are going, which unfortunately kind of knew it would happen, means some people will get their chance soon. I don’t want see Rolo sent to oblivion like Chow because he is young and has potential but he wanted to be the big kahuna before he was ready but there is no place to hide in his line of work. Even sympathetic media trying to protect newbies cannot stave off the inevitable outcome ... ....

JJ and Miano both applied for the head coaching job after Chow and Maitlin chose Rolo over JJ and Miano. I felt Maitlin should have moved heaven and earth to convince JJ, Miano AND Rolo to coach UH TOGETHER after Chow, with JJ as head coach but his salary would be almost equal to assistant coaches Miano and Rolo....

Yes, the SA comments about Rolo’s salary was completely out of line, IMO. Why is UH so anxious to give long contracts to unproven coaches? Chow was never a head coach. Rolo was never a Head coach. The writers are acting like salaries are assigned to positions, ala Teacher’s Union. It just seems like the expectations of UH Football are very low. Who’s in charge? ... ....

With that said, Rolo said he will review everything. I do hope without any doubt, that Coach Rolo remove Brian Smith from the play calling and name Ex-St.Louis Crusader, former Warrior player under June Jones ......
