ABC Building Manager
We have an opportunity for an experienced building Manager with strong technical knowledge of property portfolios, assets, plant and equipment as well as compliance regulations and standards.
You will be responsible for managing WHS and Contractor WHS, contractor performance, maintenance contracts, programmed maintenance schedules and maintenance activities.
