The Last Leg (known during its first series as The Last Leg with Adam Hills and for its end of year special as The Last Leg of the Year) is a British television show that originally ran alongside the 2012 Summer Paralympics every night following the main coverage on Channel 4. Hosted by Australian comedian Adam Hills and co-hosted by Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker, it gave an alternative review of the day's events. The Last Leg is also broadcast in Australia on ABC Television.
Featuring a mix of comedy, guests and Paralympics highlights, the show received strong reviews and regularly pulled in more than a million viewers each night of the Paralympic Games.
Since then, the show has become a weekly show giving an alternative look at the week's events. Micky Flanagan co-hosted the first show of 2014 as a temporary replacement for Brooker, who was in Austria as co-host of The Jump.
The Last Leg is summed up by Hills as: "Three guys with four legs talking about the week." This is based upon Alex Brooker missing his right leg and Adam Hills his right foot.
The Last may refer to:
Andrew is the English form of a given name common in many countries. In the 1990s it was among the top ten most popular names for boys in English-speaking countries. In Italian, the equivalent to "Andrew" is "Andrea", though "Andrea" is feminine in most other languages. "Andrew" is frequently shortened to "Andy" or "Drew". The word is derived from the Greek: Ανδρέας, Andreas, itself related to Ancient Greek: ἀνήρ/ἀνδρός aner/andros, "man" (as opposed to "woman"), thus meaning "manly" and, as consequence, "strong", "courageous", and "warrior". In the King James Bible, the Greek "Ἀνδρέας" is translated as Andrew.
In 2000, the name Andrew was the second most popular name in Australia. In 1999, it was the 19th most common name, while in 1940, it was the 31st most common name. Andrew was the first most popular boys name in the Northern Territory in 2003 to 2015 and continuing. In Victoria, Andrew was the first most popular name for a boy in the 1970s.
Andrew was the 20th most popular name chosen for male infants in 2005. Andrew was the 16th most popular name for infants in British Columbia in 2004, the 17th most popular name in 2003, and the 19th most popular name in 2002. In 2001, it was the 18th most common name. From 1999 – 2003, Andrew was the sixth most often chosen name for a boy.
An executive producer (EP) enables the making of a commercial entertainment product. The EP may be concerned with management accounting and/or with associated legal issues (like copyrights or royalties). An EP generally contributes to the film's budget and may or may not work on set.
In motion pictures, an executive producer oversees the filmmaking with regard to film finance. Executive producers liaise with the line producer and report to production companies and distributors.
In television, an executive producer often supervises the creative content as well as the financial aspects of a production. Some writers (for example Stephen J. Cannell and Tina Fey) have been the creator and also the producer of the same TV show. Other dual roles may include the executive director(s) starring in the show they produce, such as Full Throttle Saloon reality TV star, Jesse James Dupree. Still other shows may have more than one executive producer working on a TV show where there can be one among them who outranks the others. This position is known as the "showrunner," or operational executive producer.
Joshua Michael "Josh" Widdicombe (/ˈwɪdɪkəm/; born 8 April 1983) is an English comedian and radio presenter, best known for his appearances on The Last Leg (2012–present), Insert Name Here (2016–present) and his BBC Three sitcom Josh (2015–present).
Widdicombe was born in Hammersmith but grew up in Haytor Vale near Widecombe-in-the-Moor in Devon. He then attended South Dartmoor Community College and later studied linguistics at the University of Manchester.
Widdicombe's elder half-brother, Henry, is now a comedy promoter and one of the founders of the Machynlleth Comedy Festival.
Widdicombe began performing live in 2008, and made it to the final of "So You Think You're Funny" at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival during the same year. In 2009 he co-wrote and performed in the sketch show Superclump, and appeared with James Acaster and Nick Helm.
In 2010, Widdicombe worked as a contributer for the Dora the Explorer magazine, and in 2011 he performed his debut solo show "If This Show Saves One Life..." at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and was subsequently nominated for Best Newcomer by the Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Awards and for the Malcolm Hardee "Act Most Likely to Win a Million Quid" Award.

I've missed more than 100 shots in my career
I've lost more than 50 games
Many times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot
And missed!
I've failed over and over again in my life
That's why I'm succed
When have you proved yourself?
When have you done enough?
How many games?
How many championship?
How far do you have to go?
And when do you know you were there?
Challenge me, doubt me, disrespect me
Tell me I'm old, tell me I'm slower
Tell me I can no longer fly
