Confidentiality - Where necessary, tables in this dataset have had small values randomised to protect confidentiality. As a result, sums of components may not add exactly to totals. Cells with 0 values have not been affected by randomisation. These very minor adjustments allow for a greater amount of data to be released, and do not affect the utility of the data. Accordingly, the ABS does not recommend summing small cells together to aggregate data.
