Texas /ˈtɛksəs/ (Spanish: Texas or Tejas [ˈtexas]) is a state in the United States of America. It is the second most populous and second largest state by area in the US. Geographically located in the south central part of the country, Texas shares an international border with Mexico to the south and borders the states of New Mexico to the west, Oklahoma to the north, Arkansas to the northeast, and Louisiana to the east. Texas has an area of 268,820 square miles (696,200 km2) and a growing population of over 27.5 million residents (July 2015).
Houston is the largest city in Texas and the fourth-largest in the United States, while San Antonio is the second largest in the state and seventh largest in the United States. Dallas–Fort Worth and Greater Houston are the fourth and fifth largest United States metropolitan statistical areas, respectively. Other major cities include Austin (the state capital) and El Paso. Texas is nicknamed the Lone Star State to signify Texas as a former independent republic, and as a reminder of the state's struggle for independence from Mexico. The "Lone Star" can be found on the Texan state flag and on the Texan state seal. The origin of the state name, Texas, is from the word, "Tejas", which means 'friends' in the Caddo language.
Texas State University is a state university located in San Marcos, Texas, United States. Established in 1899 as the Southwest Texas State Normal School, it opened its doors in 1903 to 303 students with a focus to educate students to become teachers. Since that time it has grown into the largest institution in the Texas State University System and the fourth-largest university in the state of Texas boasting an enrollment of over 38,000 students. It has 10 colleges and about 50 schools and departments, including nationally recognized programs in Geography, Criminal Justice and Music. President Lyndon B. Johnson graduated from the institution in 1930.
Texas State's main campus consists of 245 buildings on 492 acres (1.99 km2) of hilly land along the San Marcos River. It also has a satellite campus that started as a multi-institution teaching center offering undergraduate and graduate programs at the Texas State University Round Rock Campus (RRC) in the greater north Austin area.

[Lyrics Texas - Maybe I] I couldn't be Always what you need Maybe I didn't care Which was hard and unfair Maybe I didn't need to Breathe in and reach you Always, forever Forever, together All the time Lately, all the time Maybe I didn't help Handed you everything to yourself I could not leave you For the hell you gave to me I could not leave you Nor could you have left me Always forever We'll take it together You're half on your knees And I'm on the floor It's always forever You've kept us together And each time you leave I need you here with me Maybe I didn't mind Maybe I didn't cry I needed everything to die
I found this on my phone its my son rapping while I was in the store. He's from Texas.. 💓maybe I should take him there one day. Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, Ohio, Dow syndrome, rapper
The video pretty much sums it up, but I wanted to do this so that maybe someone out there will be touched and also continue this chain of PAY IT FORWARD. My name is Alex Rios of Edinburg, Texas. I wanted to surprise my employee Veronica Solis with a car of her own. She is a cancer survivor and has inspired my life to never give up and always work hard. Earlier this week, I did call Vero because she was going into work late. She started crying (I never really get after my employees) and she said for me to look for another employee because she did not have a car and had no one to give her a ride. After hanging up with her, I felt in my heart to just go buy her a car. It is not everyday that we can do something like this for other people, but right now that I am able to, why not do it for so...
The Rapidash Way To Get Six Pack Abs: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH2Bz -- Hey guys, It's Jonny here, with my good friend Emily. Emily is one of the big Pokémon Go fans in our office, so I invited her out with me today to show me what all this Electabuzz is about. I didn't understand much about this game at first and I thought it was pretty Oddish that everyone was so obsessed with it... I mean, was it really THAT Tentacool?! However, Emily showed me how people are waking out of their Drowzeeness and Snorlaxing to go outside, explore, and exercise, even in the Flameon Texas heat! I knew I had to give it a Chansey... And maybe even see what else we could do to help people go from Puff to Tuff. We ended up making a video while we wandered around this park here in Austin, TX that is...

I can't believe that it's been 9 months since my last update on this project! Oh well, I'm glad that I was able to get an update posted before I am separated from it, while moving back home. The Camaro is so close to being finished, but I've got too many other things going on right now to be able to work on it. Getting out of the military, figure out how I'll be supporting my family and moving 15 hours away has consumed any spare time that I've had. But soon I will be back home and going hard on the videos. I'll be done, moved and back home in San Antonio Texas by January. I plan to hit the videos often, maybe even full time, as I open a shop. Cant wait! Keep on Wrenchin! Paul McCartney in Austin, Texas. Brilliant show, I just thought this was so cute, he's such a professional. I love him so much! (This is my personal video from the Out There Tour, I don't own anything else.)
A cynical man returns to his family's homestead in Texas and starts up a golf course with his brothers and sisters. Slightly more info here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0244122/ So, as you can tell, this video is not super-high quality. It is actually terrible quality. I am on the lookout for a higher quality version (maybe without the VHS tape scratches?) so if anyone knows where I can download or purchase this video, please shoot me a line. In the meantime, please enjoy Misha Collins with a Texas accent.
http://learntruehistory.com You've probably heard this argument before: "Only the original 13 States and maybe Texas or Hawaii can secede. The other States were created by the federal government." This is wrong on so many levels. I talk about granted or delegated powers and the creation of American States in this episode. It's too meaty to miss.
This is my Full Video Shot for the Special edition for Savannah Chesney's Waiting For Santa Join Along. It may look cheesy but this is what she was waiting for. Sorry it's taking long I'm just waiting for Ruth Barron's video shot I keep asking her if she did her video shot yet but she might need some more time. This is one of my join along shots for one of my Barney Join alongs. Maybe Jason will be in it. Join me Jason MyJazzy-mac and Robert Corley in their first concert in the Majestic Theater in Dallas Texas. (Disclaimer) I don't own anything from the original .
This week on Comic Book Zeroes we discuss Preacher "Book One" which collects issues 1-12. Also we compare the TV show to the book. We had mixed feelings about the book and we HATED the TV show. Seriously the show is WAY different than the book and different in a very very bad way. The first story arch of Preacher is seriously one of the coolest and most badass comics I've ever read so if anything I (RYAN PATRICK) recommend maybe just picking up Preacher "Gone to Texas" and if you like that then you can continue on in your Preacher journey. This is a fun episode. Goudy was a total mess during the episode. He may or may have not been drunk. You be the judge. Ok he wasn't THAT bad but let's just say he was a little more loose than usual. As always every episode of Comic Book Zeroes is NSF...
As what would Ben T. Looney said, "when I was a kid..." and there are cartoons that are crud like we have Pickle and Peanut. If there's one thing I LOVE besides spa days and college, it has to be looking back on my childhood. If you make fun of me for looking back on my childhood, I won't like it. I might think Arthur is for kids Arthur's age, 8 (but it was just my opinion) TripleB780 has his childhood shown like Arthur, Nature Cat, Wild Kratts, Maya and Miguel, Cyberchase, and Postcards from Buster, so why not my childhood? (and it was one of my ways of telling everyone a tad about myself) I don't own the list, just my reaction to the list in a nostalgic manner. Sorry I cut off my reaction while Dora closed her eyes. I'll reupload the reaction video when I get to it. I promise. What ...
This dungeon's gimmick? You have to spin gears to open the way to the next gear you need to spin, to open the way etc. I wonder if this will all end with a Coal Miner's Glove Match, or maybe a Texas Death Match?

When I see you, when I see the things you do
When I hear you, when I hear the things you say
I wonder what I'm doing here
Hanging on to what I know is going wrong
Maybe I'm intentionally blind
Maybe I'm wiser than I think
maybe I'm intentionally blind
Is it history repeating itself?
Is it science, biology or something else?
That leads me down familiar streets
Ignoring warnings and the danger signs that I see
Maybe I'm intentionally blind
Maybe I'm wiser than I think
maybe I'm intentionally blind
You tell me you're good for me
And believe me there's no other place I'd rather be
When I'm down and need someone to hold me tight
that's the moment that makes it all alright
Maybe I'm intentionally blind
Maybe I'm wiser than I think
maybe I'm intentionally blind
