The Red Hood. A new foe to Batman has appeared in Gotham, the masked vigilante know by the name of Red Hood. He's been taking criminals off the street but in doing so he's been murdering them. Bruce (Batman) can not stand for this and decides to end this vigilantes little game. But theres more to the Red Hood then meets the eye. He's not only here to try and save Gotham but also to get revenge.

Under the Hood Café
Under the Hood Café was a coffee house located at 17 South College Street in Killeen, Texas. It provided services for soldiers located at Fort Hood, one of the largest American military installation in the world. Under the Hood Café was first managed by Cynthia Thomas,
but later managers were Kyle Wesolowski, Lori Hurlebaus and Malachi Muncy. Under the Hood is a project of the Fort Hood Support Network. It bills itself as being a safe place for local soldiers to spend off-duty time at, where the normal issues of rank are irrelevant. It is also the host of the monthly Killeen Poetry Slam.
The coffeehouse closed its doors in 2015 but the Fort Hood Support Network still exists as a project that has received a construction permit from the FCC to operate a low-power FM radio station serving the Fort Hood-Killeen community.
Anti-war activities
Under the Hood Cafe describes itself as being part of the tradition of The Oleo Strut, a famous GI coffee house during the Vietnam war. The cafe continues in this tradition by hosting the Fort Hood chapter of Iraq Veterans Against the War, which holds its meetings at Under the Hood. In 2009, the coffeehouse was the staging area for the first anti-war marches in Killeen since the Vietnam War. It also provided support for two war resisters, Victor Agosto and Travis Bishop, in their public campaigns against the War in Afghanistan. The cafe has also been outspoken in encouraging combat veterans to be tested and treated for TBI (traumatic brain injury), and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)

Robin's Hoods
Brett Robin is a prosecution official who is determined society is not always best served by locking up young offenders, but tries to give a good number of them the real second chance they get nowhere else, 'taking them under her hood'. They all live together and the rehabilitation project includes cohabitation, domestic chores and earning enough money as a club to keep in business. Of course their past regularly creeps back to complicate everybody's lives, as if reeducation weren't hard enough.

Robin Hood
Returning from five years of fighting in the crusades, Robin of Locksley and his manservant Much discover their beloved home under the rule of the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham. To fight the tyranny, Robin becomes the leader of a band of outlaws with Will Scarlett, Allan A Dale, Royston White, Little John, and Djaq. Meanwhile, feisty Lady Marian inspires the love of both her childhood sweetheart Robin and the Sheriff's second-in-command Sir Guy of Gisborne. Later episodes find the addition of friends and foes such as Prince John, warrior monk Tuck, village girl Kate, Guy's sister Isabella, and mysterious Archer.

Solo Travel in Porto, Portugal!
I spent 3 days in the beautiful Northern city of Porto in Portugal where I visited the Livraria Lello bookstore which is said to be where J.K. Rowling used to come as she spent 10 years living in Porto. She used to sit upstairs and drink coffee in the cafe and is where she got a lot of the inspiration for Harry Potter, especially Dumbledores staircase. Outside the bookstore you'll find students from the nearby college wearing long black capes and a fountain of Griffins. I also spent a day exploring Espinho, a town about 30 minutes from Porto by train. Enjoy Sophie xx

In this travel video tour of Portland, Oregon, I travel to Portland, one of the most unique cities in the United States.
I started my trip off by hopping off a plane and then immediately hopping onto a bus. But not just any bus, a bus operated by Brewvana Brewery Tours, the mostly women-run craft beer brewery tour company. Portland, or know as Beervana to some, is home to 55 breweries within its borders, and is truly a beer-lover's paradise. On my tour we made stops at Rogue Ales & Spirits, Laurelwood Pubic House & Brewery, Widmer Brothers Brewery and Sidecar Bar, where I had the chance to sit down over a pint with the founder and owner of Brewvana, Ashley Rose Salvitti.
While in Portland, I stayed at the Tiny House Hotel, a hotel made up of, you guessed it, tiny houses. In the next portion of my video guide I give a tour of my "crib" to show what it's like to live and stay in a tiny house.
Then, in an effort to get a chance to experience the famed brunch scene in Portland, I stopped in at The Tin Shed Garden Cafe, located down the street from where I was staying in the New Alberta Arts District.
In the interest of learning more about food, I headed to the downtown location of the Portland Farmers Market, located in a beautiful stretch of downtown Portland. Here, I got a tour of the grounds with Mona Johnson, then had the opportunity to meet up with some of the vendors, including Matt Choi of Choi's Kimchi Company, and famed chef and artisanal pickle impresario, David Barber of Picklopolis and Bingo! Sandwiches.
In need of a little peace and serenity, I then visited the Lan Su Chinese Garden, a peaceful and beautiful oasis in an otherwise busy and hectic part of downtown.
When visiting Portland, there's no reason to spend all your time in the city, especially with so much to do outside the city limits. The next day I took a road trip with local Matthew Domingo to explore the Columbia River Gorge and the numerous trails and waterfalls just off the road you can check out.
Then, to wrap things up, we stopped in at Hood River Organic near the riverside town of Hood River, an organic orchard and farm run by East Coast ex-pat Dan Thall, who gave us a tour of his land. Once the day ended we then headed out to happy hour at Solera Brewery in the imposing shadow of Mount Hood and then into town for a dinner featuring mushroom pizza with mushrooms Dan had grown and recently delivered to the restaurant.
