Self defence
Learning self defence gives you the confidence to protect yourself effectively should you ever feel threatened by another human being.
There is no overarching self-defence association in Australia, so search for a school in your local area and take up the offer of a free trial lesson (most instructors offer this).
For more information on Jackson's courses, visit Personal Safety Australia at www.personalsafetyaust.com.
Many people also find an introductory course in self-defence stimulates a broader interest in martial arts training.
