Bobby Olen Pinson (born August 10, 1972) is an American country music artist. Signed to RCA Records in 2005, Pinson made his debut that year with his album Man Like Me. Its lead-off single, "Don't Ask Me How I Know", peaked at No. 16 on the Hot Country Songs charts, and was his only Top 40 country hit. Two more albums, I Mean Business and Songs for Somebody, followed in late 2005 and 2007, respectively. He has also written several singles for other artists, including four Number One hits for Toby Keith and another four for Sugarland.
Bobby Pinson was born August 10, 1972 in Tulsa, Oklahoma but raised in the Panhandle, Texas. Influenced by poet and songwriter Shel Silverstein, Pinson began entering writing and storytelling contests, and by high school, he began writing songs as well, citing Johnny Cash, Bruce Springsteen and Steve Earle as influences. Because his father was a football coach, Pinson was moved throughout the state of Texas, and played football himself in high school.
Bobby is a nickname for Robert, Roberta, Robin, or Babu.
Bobby or Bobbie may also refer to:
Sanctuary city is a term that is applied by some to cities in the United States or Canada that have policies designed to not prosecute undocumented immigrants in the United States. These practices can be by law (de jure) or they can be by habit (de facto). The term generally applies to cities that do not allow municipal funds or resources to be used to enforce federal immigration laws, usually by not allowing police or municipal employees to inquire about an individual's immigration status. The designation has no legal meaning.
Certain cities in the United States began designating themselves as sanctuary cities during the 1980s. The policy was first initiated in 1979 in Los Angeles, to prevent police from inquiring about the immigration status of arrestees. The internal policy, "Special Order 40", states: "Officers shall not initiate police action with the objective of discovering the alien status of a person. Officers shall not arrest nor book persons for violation of title 8, section 1325 of the United States Immigration code (Illegal Entry)." Some of the 31 American cities are Washington, D.C.; New York City (see also undocumented immigration in New York City); Jersey City; Los Angeles; Philadelphia, San Francisco; Santa Ana; San Diego; San Jose; Oakland; Salt Lake City; Houston; Detroit; Chicago; Salinas, California; Minneapolis; Miami; Denver; Baltimore; Seattle; Portland, Oregon; New Haven; Somerville; Cambridge; and Portland, Maine. These cities have adopted "sanctuary" ordinances banning city employees and police officers from asking people about their immigration status.
"And I" is a song written by American R&B singer Ciara, and produced by Adonis Shropshire for Ciara's first album, Goodies (2004). It was released as the album's fourth and final single on August 30, 2005 (see 2005 in music) in North America.
The song was originally the third choice for the fourth single. Ciara has mentioned in an interview that "Thug Style", "Hotline" or "Pick up the Phone" would be the fourth single, but when Ciara suggested "And I" to executives at her previous record label LaFace, they were unhappy because they wanted "Next to You" to be the fourth single.
At the time of the U.S. release of "And I", Ciara's collaboration with Bow Wow, "Like You", and her collaboration with Missy Elliott, "Lose Control", were at the height of their popularity. "And I" peaked at 96 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and 27 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart, which were poor positions compared to those attained by the first three singles from the album Goodies. It was not released outside North America because of this, and it is Ciara's least successful single.
"Never Have I Ever", also known as "I've Never…" or "Ten Fingers", is a drinking game.
The verbal game is started with the players getting into a circle. Then, the first player says a simple statement starting with "Never have I ever". Anyone who has done what the first player has not must drink. Play then continues around the circle, and the next person makes a statement. An additional rule – uncommon, but beneficial to the game –is that if there is no one taking a drink, then the one who said the particular "I have never…" must take a drink. This rule often forces the players to strategize more and makes for less disposable/pointless suggestions.
A further variation holds that whenever only one person is drinking, that person must give a detailed account of why they are drinking. Another variation of this game involves putting up five or ten fingers, putting one down whenever something mentioned has been done. Those who end up putting down all of their fingers must take several successive drinks.

Prince had a tremendous impact not only on musicians from all genres, but on people from all around the world, in all walks of life. My friend, Country Rocker Singer/Hit Songwriter Trent Tomlinson often covers "Purple Rain" in his live shows. I recorded the full song at his 12th and Porter show in Nashville on March 2, 2016. Port Charles March 13th, 1998 Kevin became furious when he learned about Lucy's plan to stay married to Rex and blamed Scott for encouraging her. Despite Kevin's vehement protestations, Lucy went ahead with her plan to remain Mrs. Rex Stanton. Kevin then stormed out and went to the hospital, where he poured his heart out to Eve. Meanwhile, Lucy commiserated with Scott and tried to justify her actions to herself. Kevin later returned to the lighthouse and Lucy apologized and tried to make Kevin understand why she had to stay married to Rex. Lucy then got some bad news when the chief chemist for Jacks Cosmetics told her that he was resigning. Matt and Grace narrowly escaped from Bobby as he searched the warehouse. Prior to fleeing the warehouse, however, Grace had placed a phone call to Ell...

We use some Mustang parts from NPD to fix our destroyed 1969 Fairlane Sway Bar Mounting Brackets. The fix will also work on 1966 1967 1968 Fairlane and Torinos. And most of the tips will apply to 1965 to 1970 Mustang. We also use Pro Spotweld Cutters from Eastwood Co, a plasma, cut-off wheel and air tools to complete the job. Me and Billy Joe Taylor joined each other at the hip
I loved him like the brother I never had
He was my go-to-guy on 3rd and 10, made me look good at the quarterback. Texas had a man in the stands the night we beat the Panthers
Said they had a spot for both of us that next fall
We were ridin' high on pride and big time futures
Small town paper said we had it all
Chorus:
Up until the night me and Billy Joe drank way too much for Blue Buck Road
"born to be wild" on the radio, god I still hate that song
Both of us died there in that crash
But I lived to wish I had that night back
After that football didn't mean that much
But until then, I thought that's who I was
Daddy had a hardware store where hard work was his livin'
Peddelin' the hammers that built this town
I broke his heart that summer, I told him what I wasn't planin'
How to sell the nails by the pound
Spent my last paycheck on an RC and a Greyhound
A front seat to the world I'd never seen
I got a job, got a girl, had some cash and world in my pocket
Thought I'd found my place in the great machine
Chorus:
Up until the night I got the call
Mama said daddy didn't feel nothin' at all
She broke down at the fellowship hall said baby we need you here with us
I told my boss to wish me the best, I told my girl she wish we never met but I don't regret what I gave up
Cause until then I thought that's who I was.
I drove straight through some twist and turns
Went through some crash and burns
Stumbled through some lessons learned with the weight on my shoulders
Went around the world to find the girl god had in mind
Gave me a better love than the one I scratched up
But until then I thought that's who I was
