Rotorua (/ˌroʊtəˈruːə, -toʊ-/, from Māori: Te Rotorua-nui-a-Kahumatamomoe, "The second great lake of Kahumatamomoe") is a city on the southern shores of the lake of the same name, in the Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand's North Island. It is the seat of the Rotorua District, a territorial authority encompassing Rotorua and several other nearby towns. The majority of the Rotorua District is in the Bay of Plenty Region, but a sizable southern section and a small western section are in the Waikato Region. Rotorua is in the heart of the North Island, just 60 kilometres (37 mi) south of Tauranga, 80 kilometres (50 mi) north of Taupo, 105 kilometres (65 mi) east of Hamilton, and 230 kilometres (140 mi) southeast of the nation's most populous city, Auckland.
Rotorua has an estimated permanent population of 56,800, making it the country's 10th largest urban area, and the Bay of Plenty's second largest urban area behind Tauranga. The Rotorua District has a total estimated population of 69,200, of which 3,600 live in the Waikato section.
http://www.expedia.com/Rotorua.d6048125.Destination-Travel-Guides Rotorua, New Zealand is positioned amid some of the most stunning and volatile landscapes on earth, and has become a prime spot for adventurous souls. Its volcanic activity makes it a prime spot for hot springs and geysers, and previous geothermal movement has carved impressive landscapes out of the earth. To truly experience the region’s history, your Rotorua tour should include a stop at Te Wairoa, also called the Buried Village. It was engulfed in soot and ash in 1886 when Mt. Tarawea erupted, and many of the artifacts and buildings that were buried have since been extracted and are on permanent display. Test your nerves in the grade 5 rapids of the Kaituna River, or hop into a boat for a high-speed cruise through the ...

Rotorua represents everything bad about tourism over saturation. When a place just expects the tourists to keep arriving, complacency sets in. In my story, I decided to go back to the origins of why Rotorua became a tourist town, it's healing mineral waters. Local gym owner Belinda Bennett takes me to a secret location, but insists on blindfolding me, handcuffing me and locking me in the boot of her car, in order to keep the spot under wraps. I interviewed Maori Masseuse Wiki about Maori healing techniques, such as romiromi massage and the use of healing plants like Kawakawa. I then visit Te Puia National Maori Carving School where I interview Cori Marsters about this ancient art. Finally I realize that after Rotorua, my films will never be the same again. Can the geothermal activity under...
http://www.expedia.com.au/Rotorua.d6048125.Destination-Travel-Guides Rotorua is 50 miles from the Bay of Plenty on New Zealand’s north island. The region is one of the earth’s most ancient adventure playgrounds, where high adrenaline adventures take place amongst volcanic mountains and rivers. Five-minutes from the centre of town is Whakarewarewa, a living village with around 500 hot pools and active geysers. The Te Arawa people have co-existed with the landscape for more than 600 years. Learn about Maori traditions such as carving and tattooing at the Te Puia Cultural Centre. In 1886 Mt Tarawera erupted, engulfing villages and entombing over 150 people. Visit Te Wairoa, the Buried Village, just a short drive out of town. Visit the deepest spring on the North Island at Hamurana, whe...

Location: Rotorua New Zealand The biggest tourist attraction in Rotorua New Zealand is the natural hot springs. However, a lot of the hot springs in New Zealand cost $30 to visit. We didn’t exactly want to pay $30 to watch water boil so we explored two free hot springs options in Rotorua New Zealand. First we dug our own natural hot spring on the shore of lake Rotorua. Digging your own natural hot spring is one of those things that sounds way better than it is in real life. You’ll just have to watch the video to see! Next we visited free local park with tons of natural hot springs and geothermal activity. That was plenty for us, but if you want see a geyser unfortunately you’ll have to pay to visit Hell’s Gate or one of the paid geothermal parks in Rotorua New Zealand. If you want to ...

And party and bullsh-t...
And party, and party
I stumbled up to the window
Opened the curtains to blinding light
Make up all over the pillow
What went on? what went on?
What went on last night?
You look so sweet while you're dreaming
Holding your bottle of tango red
It isn't even the weekend
Maybe thats, how I know, you're the one for me
Hook:
I wanna party and bullsh-t
And party and bullsh-t (with you)
And party and bullsh-t
And party and bullsh-t
And party, and party
Cause when the sun sets baby
On the avenue
I get that drunk s-x feeling
Yeah, when I'm with you
So put your arms around me baby,
We're tearing up the town
Cause that's just how we do
We got that sweet heart loving
Dancing in the dark
Out in the streets we're running,
Shut down every bar
So, put your arms around me baby
We're tearing up the town
Cause that's just how we do, how we do
Yeah, that's how we do
How we do, that's just how we do
How we do, that's just how we do.
Hungover I think I'm broken
You said the fix is a shot of jack
I said man what are you smoking
But alright, pour a glass and we'll throw em back
I wanna party and bullsh-t
And party and bullsh-t
And party and bullsh-t
And party and bullsh-t
And party, and party
Cause when the sun sets baby
On the avenue
I get that drunk sex feeling
Yeah, when I'm with you
So put your arms around me baby,
We're tearing up the town
Cause that's just how we do
We got that sweet heart loving
Dancing in the dark
Up in the streets we running,
Shut down every bar
So, put your arms around me baby
We're tearing up the town
Cause that's just how we do, how we do-o-o
Yeah, that's how we do
How we do, that's just how we do
How we do, that's just how we do.
