Minor to Moderate Flood Warning for the Murray and Edward Rivers

at Barham, Wakool Junction, Boundary Bend, Mildura, Wentworth, Deniliquin and
Moulamein

Flood Warning Number: 96

The main flood peak along the Murray River is now downstream of Boundary Bend.

Murray River Tocumwal to Barham:
Moderate flooding is easing at Barham.

Murray River Barham to Wentworth:
Moderate flooding is occurring at Wakool Junction and Boundary Bend.

The Murray River at Boundary Bend peaked near 8.58 metres Monday 07 November
and is currently at 8.56 metres and falling.

The Murray River at Euston is likely to peak around 8.70 metres around
Wednesday 9 November, which is below the minor flood level.

The Murray River at Mildura Weir may reach 36.30 metres AHD around 17 November
with minor flooding.

The Murray River at Wentworth may reach 7.62 metres (32.40 metres AHD) around
19 November with minor flooding.

Edward River:
The Edward River at Stevens Weir has fallen below the minor flood level. Minor
flooding continues to ease at Deniliquin and moderate flooding is easing at
Moulamein.
