Paige Collings have been getting partial highlights but I wanted to make her blonder but she is afraid of bleach. I have used the Scruples Illusionist on her that lifted her hair and deposited color at the same time. I added some lowlights with Hypnotic to give her dimensions and contrast. Low-life
A low-life or lowlife is a term for a person who is considered morally unacceptable by their community. Examples of people who are often called "lowlifes" are thieves, drug dealers, hustlers, freeloaders, scammers, gangsters, gangster girls, drug users, alcoholics, thugs, underage mothers, prostitutes and pimps.
Often, the term is used as an indication of disapproval of antisocial or destructive behaviors, usually bearing a connotation of contempt and derision. This usage of the word dates to 1911.
Repudiation
Upwardly mobile members of an ethnic group, committed to schooling, education and employment prospects, will often repudiate as lowlifes those who opt instead (willingly or unwillingly) for street or gang life.
Attraction
The lure of the low-life for those in established social strata has been a perennial feature of western history: it can be traced from the Neronian aristocrat described by Juvenal as only at home in stables and taverns - “you'll find him near a gangster, cheek by jowl, mingling with lascars, thieves and convicts on the run” - through the Elizabethan interest in cony-catching, up to William Burroughs' obsession with the hobo, bum, or urban outlaw, and through to the anti-heroes of Cyberpunk.

The Weeknd
Abęl Makkonen Tesfaye (born 16 February 1990), known professionally by his stage name The Weeknd (pronounced "the weekend"), is a Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer. In late 2010, Tesfaye anonymously uploaded several songs to YouTube under the name "The Weeknd". He released three nine-track mixtapes throughout 2011: House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence, which were critically acclaimed. The following year, he released a compilation album Trilogy, thirty tracks consisting of remastered versions of the mixtape material and three additional songs. It was released under Republic Records and his own label XO.
In 2013, he released his debut studio album Kiss Land, which was supported by the singles "Kiss Land" and "Live For". His second album, Beauty Behind the Madness, which became his first number one album on the Billboard 200, included the top-five single "Earned It" and produced the number-one singles "The Hills" and "Can't Feel My Face". The songs have simultaneously held the top three spots on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart, making him the first artist in history to achieve this.

In this video, I take a look at the Nikon D7100's in-camera HDR capabilities. Later in the video, we'll look at some night shots at different ISO's, from ISO 100 up to ISO 6400 and zoom in to see image noise firsthand. I used the standard kit lens that is included with the D7100 and D7100, the Nikon 18-105mm VR lens.

The main goal of this lab is to measure the output power of a low-intensity LED from across the room in daylight. You will become acquainted with some common laboratory equipment, signal detection with a phase-sensitive lock-in amplifier, a spectrum analyzer, an FFT, and others. You will learn about 1/f noise sources in laboratory measurements, and pick up some basic measuring techniques. The lab is organized so that you will perform many "mini" experiments leading up to the main challenge of measuring the output power of an LED.

What are all those annoying little warning lights on your vehicle’s dash trying to tell you? Here are some of the more common ones with a straight-forward translation of their meaning ... This level is certainly low enough to cause internal damage, but your dash won’t warn you about that (that’s what the dipstick is for) ... But don’t take this for granted – if your engine is running low on oil pressure, it may not run for long....

New research by scientists from the University of Bristol has revealed that domestic LED lights are much less attractive to nuisance insects such as biting midges than traditional filament lamps ... 'We were surprised by the number of biting flies drawn to the traditional tungsten lights ... 'As lighting manufacturers, we welcome that a link between LED lights and low attraction to insects has been proven....

The Italian National Institute of Astrophysics (INAF) has unveiled the ASTRI project, the first prototype for a new low-cost, ground-based telescope that will look at gamma-ray emissions from the sky ... Gamma-rays don’t penetrate our atmosphere but interact with the gas molecules present, generating a cascade of subatomic particles that move faster than light in air (but still slower than light in a vacuum)....
