We are definitely coming back here. There's nothing particularly unique about this park, but the facilities it has are very good, well maintained and clean. The scenery is great. There is rafting close by and endless hiking. it feels remote, but a good sized town, Cottonwood, is only 5 miles away. If you want major mall stores, Flagstaff is a reasonable outing at about 60 miles away, altho we haven't needed a major mall run for the 8 months we have been on the road.
DirectTV Campground signal is strong. Wifi is available at the family center, but not throughout the park. You can get you own Verizon here, but it is very, very slow during the day. In the wee hours of the morning, it flies.

We are definitely coming back here. There's nothing particularly unique about this park, but the facilities it has are very good, well maintained and clean. The scenery is great. There is rafting close by and endless hiking. it feels remote, but a good sized town, Cottonwood, is only 5 miles away. If you want major mall stores, Flagstaff is a reasonable outing at about 60 miles away, altho we haven't needed a major mall run for the 8 months we have been on the road.
DirectTV Campground signal is strong. Wifi is available at the family center, but not throughout the park. You can get you own Verizon here, but it is very, very slow during the day. In the wee hours of the morning, it flies.
