A train meet is the situation in railroading or rail transit operations in which or the location where a train traveling in one direction "meets" another traveling in the opposite direction, either while traveling on parallel double or multiple tracks, or while stopping and waiting on a railroad siding for the other train to pass on a single track mainline. Determining the time and location of where such trains meet is paramount in railroad engineering particularly in single track sections to avoid collisions or to allow faster trains to bypass slower service trains.
Determining when and where a train meet occurs is also a classic mathematics problem.
Meet may refer to:
A train is a form of rail transport consisting of a series of vehicles that usually runs along a rail track to transport cargo or passengers. Motive power is provided by a separate locomotive or individual motors in self-propelled multiple units. Although historically steam propulsion dominated, the most common modern forms are diesel and electric locomotives, the latter supplied by overhead wires or additional rails. Other energy sources include horses, engine or water-driven rope or wire winch, gravity, pneumatics, batteries, and gas turbines. Train tracks usually consist of two running rails, sometimes supplemented by additional rails such as electric conducting rails and rack rails, with a limited number of monorails and maglev guideways in the mix. The word 'train' comes from the Old French trahiner, from the Latin trahere 'pull, draw'.
There are various types of trains that are designed for particular purposes. A train may consist of a combination of one or more locomotives and attached railroad cars, or a self-propelled multiple unit (or occasionally a single or articulated powered coach, called a railcar). The first trains were rope-hauled, gravity powered or pulled by horses. From the early 19th century almost all were powered by steam locomotives. From the 1910s onwards the steam locomotives began to be replaced by less labor-intensive and cleaner (but more complex and expensive) diesel locomotives and electric locomotives, while at about the same time self-propelled multiple unit vehicles of either power system became much more common in passenger service.
"Meet Virginia" is a song written and recorded by American pop rock band Train. It was released in October 1999 as the second single from their eponymous first album, Train. The song reached a peak of number 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in January 2000, becoming their first top 20 hit, and their first single to chart on the Hot 100. It also reached the Top 30 of Billboard's rock charts, Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks (number 21) and Alternative Songs (number 25).
Roxanne Blanford of Allmusic says "Meet Virginia" is one of a few songs from the album Train that has "inspired hooks and reflective lyrics". Christa L. Titus, of Billboard magazine in her review of their second album, called the song an "ode to a wrong-side-of-the-tracks girl full of quirky contradictions."
"Meet Virginia" has a music video that takes place in a country diner and stars the actress Rebecca Gayheart.

Meet the Beatles! is the second Beatles album released in the United States. It was the first US Beatles album to be issued by Capitol Records, on 20 January 1964 in both mono and stereo formats. It topped the popular album chart on 15 February 1964 and remained at number one for eleven weeks before being replaced by The Beatles' Second Album. The cover featured Robert Freeman's portrait used in the United Kingdom for With the Beatles, with a blue tint added to the original stark black-and-white photograph.
After constantly rejecting requests by both Brian Epstein and George Martin to release Beatles records in the United States, in November 1963 EMI label head Sir Joseph Lockwood sent a deputy to Los Angeles ordering Capitol Records to commence releasing and promoting Beatles product in the United States. Despite the "first album" claim on its cover, ten days prior to its release Vee-Jay Records of Chicago beat Capitol to the punch with the release of the Beatles' American debut album Introducing... The Beatles, which had been delayed for release for various reasons since the previous summer. Perhaps as a result of the Vee-Jay release, Liberty Music Shops advertised in the New York Times of 12 January 1964 that Meet the Beatles! was available for purchase, an ad not authorised by Capitol.

MobiCard 04/03/2017 Monday Training Meeting
Anyone, caught in your mystery
Keep it angry, keep it whispy
I've fallen down, drunk on your juices
Turn my head
Turn my head
It's aimed at you
Funky temple, your dress is torn to shreds
Your eyes are crazy, I bowed to save my head and
I can't forget you, but I can't remember
Turn my head
Turn my head
It's aimed at you
Turn my head
Turn my head
It's aimed at you, baby, baby
Oh no, we came to love you all day
These bastards are leavin', somebody's got to stay
Whatever we called you, just a name, just a name
Turn my head
(Turn my head)
Turn my head
It's aimed at you, yeah, now
Turn my head
(Turn my head)
Turn my head
It's aimed at you
It's aimed at you
