I know both the parties in this video working night shift my self i delt with both, Mr Donmez and the Accused Officer were in my work place on a regular scale both parties had good conversation with myself. Mr Donmez seem to be a larrikin bringing in new back packers all the time usually picking them up drunk after a night out at the omelly's or one of the other pubs around town i leave no comments after that and for the police officer mentioned in this video he's also come into work firstly coming into looking normally then hours later returning into work looking like how he is in this video towards the near too the end of my shift, and i admit it i was looking similar too the Police office in this video. So you decide if this is the real deal or just a winge. I saw this video and from my first opinion was omg a stoned cop, second thought was hang on a tick i know these people and thought about it and yes if i got pulled up after doing night shift looking like this id be offended but this Police officer is probably been suspended for this video while at the end of the day he is definitely a great cop not only a asset too the Victoria Police with the dedication too his job as the law states dropping cigarettes out of a car is littering including ash a minor issue but whats with the mobile phone used making this video which is also against the law this video just the fact its in his hand and non of his employees (future ACA complainers perhaps) are being a part of it. He's innocent if he is suspended for this video that's totally wrong he should be taking a holiday for his great work and promoted and he should be definitely kept in Mildura not transferred.
